数字资源权益与服务管理系统构建研究

摘要：数字资源管理和开发利用中面临着复杂的权益问题，有必要构建一套系统化、规范化的数字资源权益管理方案。本研究分析图书馆数字资源权益管理系统有关的研究与实践现状，研发中国科学院文献情报中心数字资源权益管理系统，介绍系统的建设背景、目标定位、建设框架与功能设计、关键业务流程、技术方法等内容，进一步思考数字资源权益管理系统的未来发展方向。

英文摘要:In order to effectively solve the complex rights and interests problems in the process of digital resource management, and build a set of systematic and standardized digital resource rights and interests management scheme available to digital library, this study reviews the research and practice status of digital resource rights and interests management system in library, This paper introduces the construction of the digital resource rights and interests management system of National Science Library, Chinese Academy of Sciences, including the construction background, target positioning, construction framework and function design, key business processes, technical methods, etc., and puts forward some thoughts on the future development of the digital resource rights and interests management system of the digital library.
