Analysis of Index and Citation Checking Based on Talent Evaluation in Universities
摘要: 目的/意义 图书馆查收查引服务为职称评聘、学科评估、各类学者申报等高校人才评价工作提供决策情报信息。 方法/过程 本文通过调研39所985工程高校的图书馆网站，以查收查引服务为出发点，探讨高校人才评价面临的指标片面化、局限化问题；利用VOSviewer知识图谱聚类分析方法，从研究者及合作者的角度进行情报分析，拓展论文评价指标。 结果/结论 以期推动图书馆服务的高质量发展，并为人才评价工作提供决策支撑。
Abstract: [Purpose/Significance]The index and citation checking service of the library provides decision-making intelligence information for the evaluation of talents in colleges and universities, such as professional title evaluation, subject evaluation, and various scholars ' application. [Method/Process]Based on the investigation of the library websites of 39 '985 Project' universities, this paper intend to discuss the problem of one-sided and limited indicators faced by university talent evaluation from the index and citation checking service；Utilizing the VOSviewer knowledge graph clustering analysis method, this study conducts intelligence analysis from the perspectives of researchers and collaborators, expands the indicators for evaluating research papers. [Result/Conclusion] With the aim of promoting the high-quality development of library services and providing decision support for talent evaluation.
