数智赋能辽宁省高校图书馆全民阅读高质量发展——从“以书为中心”到“以人为中心”的实践路径谈起

摘要: 【目的】为深入贯彻落实习近平总书记指出的图书馆是国家文化发展水平的重要标志，是滋养民族心灵、培育文化自信的重要场所。并落实世界读书日第二届全民阅读大会、文化和旅游部办公厅印发的《关于组织开展2023年公共图书馆、文化馆服务宣传周活动通知》的相关政策。【方法】有效梳理了辽宁省高校图书馆信息化服务的多元路径和多项举措，文章以时间为序，从拓展服务内容，打造媒体矩阵加强文化引领，营造数字推广夯实文献保障，加强行业合作三个维度对改革开放四十年辽宁省开放、智慧、包容、共享的信息资源建设之路进行了探究。【结果】总结出了本省全民阅读推广从书本位到人本位高质量发展的实践路径，为文化强国建设提供个案支撑。

Abstract: 【 Method 】 The article effectively sorted out the diverse paths and multiple measures of information services in university libraries in Liaoning Province. In chronological order, the article explored the path of information resource construction in Liaoning Province over the past 40 years of reform and opening up, from three dimensions: expanding service content, creating media matrix, strengthening cultural guidance, creating digital promotion, consolidating literature protection, and strengthening industry cooperation.. 【 Result 】 Summarized the practical path of high-quality development of nationwide reading promotion in this province from book based to human based, providing case support for the construction of a cultural power.
