孤芳自赏还是乐于助人?员工自恋对亲社会行为的影响研究

本研究通过整合自恋双元理论和特质激活理论,探讨欣赏型自恋、敌对型自恋对员工亲社会行为的影响机制,深入分析了员工关系趋近型动机和关系回避型动机的中介作用以及任务相互依赖性的调节作用。通过对来自员工-同事二阶段配对的235份数据进行分析,结果发现:欣赏型自恋对员工亲社会行为具有显著的正向影响,敌对型自恋对员工亲社会行为具有显著负向影响;关系趋近型动机在欣赏型自恋与员工亲社会行为之间发挥着中介作用,关系回避型动机在敌对型自恋与员工亲社会行为之间没有发挥中介作用;任务相互依赖性不仅正向调节欣赏型自恋与员工关系趋近型动机的直接效应,而且还正向调节着欣赏型自恋通过关系趋近型动机对亲社会行为的间接效应。

乌伦古河流域潜水水化学特征与成因分析

为查明乌伦古河流域不同地貌单元潜水水化学空间分布特征及其成因,采用数理统计、舒卡列夫分类、Piper三线图、Gibbs图解、离子比例系数等方法对2018年潜水的水化学测试数据进行了系统分析。结果表明:乌伦古河流域潜水水化学组分主要受蒸发结晶、岩石风化、离子交换作用影响,由山前基岩区至冲洪积-湖积平原矿化度与常量离子组分逐渐增加,不同地貌单元水化学特征差异较大。山前基岩低山区水化学类型以HCO3·SO4-Ca·Na为主,低山丘陵区为SO4·Cl-Na·Ca型,该区水化学成因以蒸发结晶与岩石风化作用为主;山间河谷区水化学类型以HCO3·SO4-Ca·Na为主,受岩石风化作用以及离子交换作用影响;冲洪积-湖积平原水化学类型呈现水平分带,远河道区水化学类型以SO4-Na·Ca、SO4·Cl-Na·Ca型为主,近河道以SO4·HCO3-Ca·Na型为主,受岩石风化、蒸发结晶与离子交换作用共同影响;阳离子演化趋势为Ca2+、Na+→Na+、Ca2+→Na+(Ca2+、Mg2+),阴离子演化趋势为HCO-3(SO2-4 )→ SO2-4 (HCO-3 )→ SO2-4 → SO2-4 (Cl-)→ SO2-4 、Cl-。

新冠肺炎(COVID-19)中药天然产物计算筛选与文献证据集成分析

药物重定位(老药新用)策略在新发传染病中具有独特应用前景。我们前期提出了一种新的药物重定位系统——aCODE,可以基于疾病流行早期有限信息对潜在有效的天然产物进行预测。本文基于计算工具与文献证据,对可能在新冠病毒肺炎(COVID-19)防治中发挥作用的中药天然产物进行理论研究,发现:(1)文献调研共发现56种经过实验验证具有抗冠状病毒活性的天然产物成分,可靶向冠状病毒的结构蛋白和非结构蛋白;(2)将aCODE系统所预测的抗冠状病毒天然产物成分与文献证据对比,发现交集有大黄素、甘草酸、人参皂苷R1、利血平和杨梅素等。大黄素可破坏冠状病毒S蛋白与宿主ACE2相互作用,阻止病毒入侵宿主细胞;同时具有抑制3a蛋白离子通道、阻止病毒释放的作用。甘草酸或其衍生物也是国内相关团队在新冠病毒肺炎治疗研究中重点关注的候选药物,已进入临床试验。(3)针对中药预测结果中大量出现的芳香化合物,aCODE系统增加芳香植物提取物数据源,计算发现氨基肉桂酸、肉桂醛、茴香烯、紫苏醇、芳樟醇、柠檬烯具有潜在的抗病毒效应。提示“芳香避秽”的细胞分子学机理值得进一步深入研究。

随着测序技术的飞速发展,临床上积累了大量的个体化用药案例,相应的循证医学数据日益丰富,促进了药物基因组的快速发展,然而只有在临床上进行规范合理的部署,才能发挥其价值。药物基因组的临床部署目前主要有被动执行和预先执行两种策略。具体的实施流程包含电子病历整合、基因-药物对的选择、成本效益、教育培训等多种因素。本文主要对药物基因组学的临床部署策略及实施流程进行综述,并对面临的挑战进行讨论,以期为我国药物基因组学的临床部署提供指导。

The e ective neutrino mass of neutrinoless double-beta decays:how possible to fall into a well

The neutrinoless double-beta (0ν2β) decay is currently the only feasible process in particle and nuclear physics to probe whether massive neutrinos are the Majorana fermions. If they are of the Majorana nature and have a normal mass ordering, the e?ective neutrino mass term mee of a 0ν2β decay may su?er signi?cant cancellations among its three components and thus sink into a decline,resulting in a “well” in the three-dimensional graph of |mee| against the smallest neutrino mass m1 and the relevant Majorana phase ρ. We present a new and complete analytical understanding of the ?ne issues inside such a well, and identify a novel threshold of |mee| in terms ofthe neutrino masses and ?avor mixing angles: |mee|? = m3 sin2 θ13 in connection with tan θ12 = m1/m2 and ρ = π. This threshold point, which links the local minimum and maximum of |mee|, can be used to signify observability or sensitivity of the future 0ν2β-decay experiments. Given current neutrino oscillation data, the possibility of |mee| < |mee|? is found to be very small.

Inflationary Attractor in Braneworld Scenario

We demonstrate the attractor behavior of inflation driven by a scalar field or a tachyon field in the context of recently proposed four-dimensional effective gravity induced on the world-volume of a three-brane in five-dimensional Einstein gravity, and we obtain a set of exact inflationary solutions.Phase portraits indicate that an initial kinetic term decays rapidly and it does not prevent the onset of inflation. The trajectories more rapidly reach the slow rolling curve in braneworld scenario than in the standard cosmology.

Two-Field Quintom Models in the w ? w Plane

The w?w′ plane, defined by the equation of state parameter for the dark energy and its derivative with respect to the logarithm of the scale factor, is useful to the study of classifying the dynamical dark energy models. In this note, we examine the evolving behavior of the two-field quintom models with w crossing the w = ?1 barrier in the w ? w′ plane. We find that these models can be divided into two categories, type A quintom in which w changes from > ?1 to < ?1 and type B quintom in which w changes from < ?1 to > ?1 as the universe expands.

Constraints on the DGP Model from Recent Supernova Observations and Baryon Acoustic Oscillations

Although there is mounting observational evidence that the expansion of our universe is undergoing a late-time acceleration, the mechanism for this acceleration is yet unknown. In the so-called Dvali-Gabadadze-Porrati (DGP) model this phenomena is attributed to gravitational leakage into extra dimensions. In this work, we mainly focus our attention to the constraints on the model from the gold sample of type Ia supernovae (SNeIa), the first year data from the Supernova Legacy Survey (SNLS) and the baryon acoustic oscillation (BAO) peak found in the Sloan Digital Sky Survey (SDSS). At 99.73% confidence level, the combination of the three databases provides m = 0.270+0.018?0.017 and rc = 0.216+0.012?0.013 (hence a spatially closed universe with k = ?0.350+0.080?0.083), which seems to be in contradiction with the most recent WMAP results indicating a flat universe. Based on this result, we also estimated the transition redshift (at which the universe switches from deceleration to acceleration) to be 0.70 < zq=0 < 1.01, at 2#27;confidence level.

A Tracker Solution for a Holographic Dark Energy Model

We investigate a kind of holographic dark energy model with the future event horizon the IR cutoff and the equation of state ?1. In this model, the constraint on the equation of state automatically specifies an interaction between matter and dark energy. With this interaction included, an accelerating expansion is obtained as well as the transition from deceleration to acceleration. It is found that there exists a stable tracker solution for the numerical parameter d > 1, and d smaller than one will not lead to a physical solution. This model provides another possible phenomenological framework to alleviate the cosmological coincidence problem in the context of holographic dark energy. Some properties of the evolution which are relevant to cosmological parameters are also discussed.

Parametrization of K-essence and Its Kinetic Term

We construct the non-canonical kinetic term of a k-essence field directly from the effective equation of state function wk(z), which describes the properties of the dark energy.Adopting the usual parametrizations of equation of state we numerically reproduce the shape of the non-canonical kinetic term and discuss some features of the constructed form of k-essence.
