Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Academic pedigree promotes science development by the way of knowledge inheritance. It is of great reference value to study the characteristics of knowledge transmission and explore the effect of inheritance model on academic output, and it is of great reference value for the relevant departments to find out the law of talent growth and formulate scientific and technological personnel training policy.[Method/process] By the method of LDA topic model, this paper took the journal literature of genetics published in CNKI database as research object, and quoted the concept of "hereditary" and "variation" in biology. Then, according to the topic similarity, we divided pedigree members into "hereditary scholars", "variation scholars" and "non-hereditary non-variation scholars", and analyzed the academic performance of these three kinds of scholars.[Result/conclusion] The results show that the academic performance of "hereditary scholars" and "variation scholars" in the academic pedigree of Tan Jiazhen is relatively high; The number of "non-hereditary non-variation scholars" is the largest, but their academic performance is relatively low; For different topics, the distribution of "variation scholars" and "hereditary scholars" is significantly different.

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] This paper identifies the core technology chain of a certain technology field based on patent data, which is important for clarifying the structure of industrial core technology, analyzing the weak links of China's core industry chains, determining the direction of technology research, and improving the technology chains and industry chains.[Method/process] This method improved the classic SAO, and proposed a core technology chain identification method based on an input-output SAO network. It extracted input-output SAO structures from the domain patent data as technical elements, and constructed a domain knowledge network according to the input-output relationship between the technical elements. It used the weighted k-Core method to obtain the core knowledge subnetwork which contained the main technical relations. It applied main path analyses to identify the external core technology chain and the internal core technology chain in the core knowledge subnetwork, and interpreted the core technology chain with reference to the patents involved.[Result/conclusion] This paper applied the proposed method in the field of quantum computing to identify the external and internal core technology chains. The accuracy of the results is verified by expert evaluation and comparison with the research of relevant scholars. The proposed method enables the identification of coherent technology chains, and has high degree of automation and flexibility.

Abstract:【目的】针对如何准确识别潜在研发伙伴, 提出一种基于专利的企业潜在研发伙伴的推荐方法。【方法】以TRIZ 理论为基础, 对相关专利的功能、科学效应、功效等语义特征进行抽取, 构建出领域专利技术树, 将企业技术需求中的关键信息进行抽取并匹配到技术树中, 根据专利权人得出潜在研发伙伴并使用层次分析法对其进行评估。【结果】研究获取热水器防水垢技术领域的德温特专利数据, 对潜在研发伙伴进行识别与评估, 证明该方法的可行性。【局限】对于语义特征的抽取, 由于中文语法结构存在较大的灵活性, 抽取的准确率有待提高。【结论】该方法可以发现并评估潜在研发伙伴, 为企业推荐可以解决其技术需求的研发伙伴。

Abstract:【目的】针对德温特专利数据设计并实现语义完整、性能良好的专利语义知识库。【应用背景】专利语义知识库用于存储专利数据以及各项数据之间存在的语义关系, 使得人们可以通过语义关系对专利进行检索。【方法】通过分析德温特专利数据所含及其之间的语义关系, 改进基于本体的专利语义表示方法, 提出基于属性图模型的德温特专利图数据模型, 并使用Neo4j 图形数据库存储实例化的专利数据。【结果】以云计算技术为例, 构建专利语义知识库, 该知识库保证了语义信息完整, 在较大数据量的情况下, 查询速度可达到传统关系型数据库的5.35 倍。【结论】基于图形数据库的专利语义知识库有着信息完整、语义清晰、性能良好等特点, 是一种稳定且高效的专利数据组织与存储方式。

Abstract:【目的】为探索一种准确而及时地识别技术机会的方法, 提出一种基于异常检测技术识别技术机会的框架。【方法】通过构建相似度矩阵进行多维尺度分析, 基于多种异常点检测算法识别出潜在技术机会专利, 结合TRIZ的技术系统进化法则从潜在技术机会专利中挖掘出技术机会。【结果】获取激光光刻技术2000年–2015 年的德温特专利数据, 对该领域不同阶段的技术机会进行识别, 分析结果显示, 通过此框架识别出的前两个阶段的技术机会就是下一阶段的主流技术, 同时, 改进后的极紫外光刻技术可能成为下一代激光光刻领域的主流技术之一。【局限】利用TRIZ 判定技术机会存在一定的主观性, 识别准确度有待进一步提高。【结论】基于异常检测的技术机会识别方法可以有效地识别出技术机会, 有助于提高识别技术机会的及时性。
