Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Based on lens theory and from the perspective of cognitive processing, the paper studied how the users of scientific data select relevant data from the data sharing platform. [Method/process] The study was conducted in two stages. In the first stage, a total of 14 subjects were selected to obtain their relevance criteria and usage of scientific data through semi-structured interviews. The level of importance of the relevance criteria was determined, and in the second stage, the concepts of the relevance criteria obtained in the first stage were further verified through 671 questionnaires. [Result/conclusion] Finally, 9 relevance criteria were determined for scientific data:topicality, availability, comprehensiveness, currency, authority, quality, convenience, standardization, and usability, and the defined these concepts. The results showed that comprehensiveness and standardization are unique criteria related to the nature of scientific data. The concepts of convenience, availability, and usability are highly associated. The concepts of quality and authority are irrelevant, but they are consistent in some descriptive phrases. Thus, the concepts that define them must be further clarified. In order to truly make a better data search engine and improve its search efficiency, moving beyond the criteria often used by users, it is necessary to determine those criteria that are not often used, but still very important.

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] In order to meet the subject information service needs of multi-disciplinary and multi-type users, we construct a data management and intelligent analysis platform. Creating an intelligent analysis flow and managing different types of subject data that reflect experts' wisdom, the platform aims to enrich the service model and improve the service speed.[Method/process] On the basis of investigating existing relevant research and practice, we proposed the design idea and construction framework of the platform, and analyzed the main functions and key technologies.[Result/conclusion] The platform has been completed. It integrates multiple sources and multiple types of data, opens up the service chain from data to analysis, embeds a variety of information analysis methods and deep learning algorithms, realizes multi-dimensional analysis services. It can manage analysis process data and history data from information analysts, and then realize data sharing and reuse.

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Accurate calculation of microblog similarity can improve the efficiency of microblog topic mining, and has practical significance for public opinion governance and information security. Aiming at the problem of sparse and high-dimensional microblog text, this paper proposes a super-edge similarity algorithm incorporating non-text features of microblog. [Method/process] The mechanism of microblog public opinion was analyzed, and the formation of microblog public opinion topic formation were expressed by super network model, and the algorithm of super-edge similarity was constructed by calculating the similarity of each subnet layer and the contribution of each subnet layer to the topic formation. [Result/conclusion] It was found that the similarity method proposed in this paper is helpful to improve the topic clustering effect of microblog public opinion information. Especially for micro blog with high similarity of literal expression, it has obvious subject differentiation.

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Patent is one of the most reliable sources of technical intelligence. By patent analysis, one can realize the mining and the utilization of patent information, and the technology innovation. Technological evolution analysis refers to the process of emergence, development, transfer, change and even annihilation of technology themes. The focus of the current research is to deeply reveal the patent technology information, technical elements are the key to deeply reveal patent technology information.[Method/process] Proposing a method for identifying technical elements based on patent documents for specific fields by analyzing typical patents and feature recognition.[Result/conclusion] Applying our methods to the nano fertilizer field, through the analysis of typical patents, five technical elements are identified:materials, products, methods, functions and usage, and the identification of technical elements is completed based on SAO structure and domain vocabulary. Our methods can serve as a foundation for technological evolution analysis, and display field technical information from multiple perspectives.

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] To meet researchers' increasing demands for scientific data retrieval and discovery, this study conducts a research on the improvement of the metadata of scientific data and further realizes the in-depth linking discovery between scientific data and academic literature.[Method/process] Based on the investigating the methods and experiences of linking service, this study proposed a system architecture of scientific data retrieval and linking services, and realized collection and integration of academic resource metadata, enrichment and enhancement of scientific data metadata, and retrieval and linking discovery services of scientific data.[Result/conclusion] The improvement of the quality of scientific data metadata can support deeper and more fine-grained semantic linking services between scientific data and academic literature, and help users discover scientific data and its associated academic literature.

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The advent of intelligent era spawned by Big Data and Artifical Intelligence prompts serious re-examination of the changes in library space functions, resources and innovative service trends, hoping to provide references for future development planning of library space services. [Method/process] This paper researched on the changes of library user roles, repositioning library functions, and technological innovation integration development under the new situation, and analyzed the future development trend and the involved important supporting technologies of library space function services based on the three elements of spaces, resources and services. [Result/conclusion] The library has undergone a transformation and upgrading from a traditional resource-based center to a knowledge center characterized by learning and exchanges, and has developed into a complex functional space supporting diversified service models and inclusive cultural facilities. The high-density automatic storage library, innovative service space reconstruction, multi-modal resource association and integration, immersive reading, etc. may become the reform focus of library space function innovation.
