Abstract: The influence of C content on the glass forming ability, thermal stability and corrosion resistance of Ni68.6Cr8.7Nb3P(16.5-x)B3.2Cx (x=0, 0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7, 1, %) alloy was studied. The results show that an amorphous rod of 2 mm in diameter could be made for the alloy with 0.5 % C; a certain among of C addition can improve the thermal stability of the Ni- based amorphous alloy; with the increase of C amount, the corrosion resistance of amorphous ribbon in 1 mol/L H2SO4 solution is enhanced gradually.

Abstract: Based on SLA 3D printing technology , octet-truss lattices with relative densities of 11.3% ,19.5% ,24% and 27.9% were prepared by using V5 tough resin , and the octet-truss lattices was cured byUV. The mechanical properties of octet-truss lattices before and after curing were tested by compressiontest. The results show that the compressive modulus , compressive strength , unit absorption energy , normal-ized stiffness , and normalized strength of octet-trnuss lattices increased with the increase of relative density.The relative density increased from 11.3% to 27.9% . The compressive modulus and compressive strengthof the non-cured and cured octahedral lattice structure increased about 3. 5 times and 3 times,respectively. At the same relative density ,the compressive modulus and compressive strength of the curedoctet-truss lattices were higher. The compressive modulus of cured octet-tnuss lattices was about 4 timesthat of the uncured , and the compressive strength was about 5 times of that of the uncured. With the in-crease of relative density , the unit absorption energy of cured octet-truss lattices was better than that of un-cured octet-truss lattices.
