Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Based on the Reciprocal Determinism Theory, this paper studies the relationship among student learning behavior, organizational environment and individual traits in the course of information retrieval in flipped classroom. [Method/process] By combing and summarizing the relevant research results, pre-survey and expert survey, behavior measurement scale is formed on students’ classroom participation. Factor analysis is used to extract the key variables, and the structural equation modeling method is used to explore the influence mechanism of individual identity, organizational guarantee, organizational identity and classroom design on learning behavior. [Result/conclusion] The findings are as follows: individual characteristics, organizational identity and organizational guarantee variables as front factors influence each other; organizational identity and individual characteristics not only directly affect classroom design, but also play an active and significant role in learning behavior through classroom design. The author thinks it is necessary to improve the information literacy of undergraduates through such measures as perfecting the supporting environment, promoting students’ independent study, optimizing classroom design and strengthening extracurricular practices.

  • A Review of Research on Music Information Seeking

Subjects: Library Science,Information Science >> Information Science submitted time 2023-04-01 Cooperative journals: 《图书情报工作》

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Reviewing the research progress of music information seeking is helpful to clarify the characteristics and influencing mechanism of music information seeking, which can lay a foundation for research of non-strictly rational leisure information seeking such as leisure reading and video search, and provide evidence for the construction of personalized music platform. [Method/process] According to the basic analysis framework of "internal demand → influence mechanism → process strategy → technology trend", literature review was conducted from 4 aspects:researches on music information demand, researches on influencing factors of music information seeking, researches on process of music information seeking and researches on technology of music search. [Result/conclusion] In the current research, there are some core problems, for example, the researches on user satisfaction of human-computer interaction are few and the theories and application researches related to music information encounter are not found. The following directions deserve attention in future researches:By integrating interventional research and the unobtrusive research paradigms, the researches will actively explore the problem of human-computer interaction user satisfaction to strengthen the process-oriented user experience; on the basis of S-O-R and other theories, by measuring the specific physical or emotional responses of users in the process of music information seeking, the researches will actively explore the occurrence mechanism and performance of music information encounter; on the basis of tasks, situations, tools and other dimensions, the researches will blend the gamification elements into the online music platform design to stimulate the generation of music information encounter.

  • The Influence of Interdisciplinarity on Citation Trajectory in Scientific Literature

Subjects: Library Science,Information Science >> Information Science submitted time 2023-04-01 Cooperative journals: 《图书情报工作》

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] This paper attempt to investigate differences among citation trajectories in subpopulations of articles in the field of library and information science, and analyze the underlying factors. [Method/process] Group-based trajectory modeling (GBTM) was applied to the citation curves of articles to distinguish among the development trajectories. The interdisciplinarity were measured to investigate the relationship between the interdisciplinary degree and the citation trajectory. [Result/conclusion] There are two citation modes, "persistent" and "temporary", at different cumulative cite levels. As a predictor variable, interdisciplinarity do not affect the levels of aggregated citations but only the persistence of citations.

  • The Construction of Effective Use Scale of Social Platform and Its Empirical Study——Taking the Field of Job Hunting as an Example

Subjects: Library Science,Information Science >> Information Science submitted time 2023-04-01 Cooperative journals: 《图书情报工作》

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] As social platforms become increasingly prominent in people's everyday lives, how to give full play to the role and value of these social platforms and improve the effectiveness of platform use has become an important issue to be solved in various application fields. And the need for focused research related to the usage effectiveness of social platform has become particularly important. From the perspective of users' behavior, it is a beneficial exploration to explore the construction of evaluation index for effective use of social platforms.[Method/process] Based on the prior research of IS effective use, this paper developed a measurement scale on effective use of social platform under the specific situation of job hunting by a mixed method research with the literature research, user interview, expert interview and Exploratory Factor Analysis(EFA),and verified the applicability and practicability of the scale through structural equation model analysis of the survey data.[Result/conclusion] The developed scale has good reliability and validity in evaluating the effective use of social platforms in the job hunting filed, and then providing practical suggestions for the improvement of the platform. On the other hand, this study also provides ideas for the research of IS effective use in other task contexts. The constructed measurement scale for effective use can also be applied to other systems through appropriate modifications.

  • Factors Affecting Behavioral Intention to Adopt E-books

Subjects: Library Science,Information Science >> Information Science submitted time 2023-04-01 Cooperative journals: 《图书情报工作》

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Exploring the influencing factors of behavioral intention can help the e-book industry develop faster. [Method/process] Based on UTAUT2, uses and gratifications theory as the framework, constructing a new theoretical model of influencing factors from two perspectives of demand satisfaction and other situational factors. This paper collected 1013 samples by questionnaire survey, and AMOS21 software to verify the rationality of the model. [Result/conclusion] The study find that demand satisfaction, reading habits, price value and social influence have a positive impact on behavioral intention, while facilitating conditions have a negative impact on it, and effort expectation has no significant impact on it. Based on the research result, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of e-book industry.
