• An Exploratory Posts Detecting Method for MOOC Forums Based on Deep Learning

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) forum is an important source to acquire user review data. Automatically detecting exploratory dialogues with high knowledge density from large amounts of unlabeled data and mining its potential value has a significant impact on the improvement of teaching quality and students’ mastery of knowledge. [Method/process] We proposed a new auto-detecting model based on deep learning, which firstly uses GloVe algorithm to train word embedding to reinforce semantic understanding for texts and then adopts Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) to automatically learn text features and make classifications on exploratory dialogues. An empirical and comparative study was done on the annotated dataset from the online course Introduction to Psychology on the platform of Xuetang. [Result/conclusion] Experiment result shows that using the word embedding pretrained by GloVe and fine tune it while training can improve the performance of our model. Our model gets the F1 score of 0.94, which is greatly improved compared with Naive Bayes model (0.88), Logistic Regression model (0.89), Decision Tree model (0.88) and Random Forest model (0.88) and exhibits great practicality with low learning costs.

  • Technological Innovation Effect Analysis of Government Big Data Policy——Estimation Based on PSM-DID Method

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Technological innovation is an important driving factor for economic development and transformation. We attempt to empirically analyze the technological innovation effect of China government big data policy, which will help to promote the national innovation driven development strategy and the deep integration of data elements and technical elements,realizing linkage innovation and open innovation.[Method/process] Based on the action plan for big data development and the establishment of the national comprehensive test area for big data, this paper took the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2000 to 2019 as the research sample, and used Propensity Score Matching method to analyze the tendency score matching between the experimental group and the control group. In addition, this paper utilized the Difference in Differences method to double difference the matched samples, and used the method of variable replacement to test the robustness, so as to explore the relationship between the government big data policy and technological innovation.[Result/conclusion] By solving the endogenous problem of public policy and the non observability of virtual facts, we have found that government big data policy can promote technological innovation.

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Terminology standards are the basic standards in the field of information and documentation. Exploring the corresponding changes in the digital context can provide directive guidance for the development and transformation of the field of information and documentation.[Method/process] By introducing the background of the revision of the standard, the comparative research method, conceptual analysis method and subject analysis method were used to compare and analyze the frame structure, the format and content of the terms between the terminology standards of ISO5127:2001 and ISO5127:2017.[Result/conclusion] The application of computer and Internet technologies has caused unprecedented changes in the field of information and documentation. The new version of the standard has expanded the new terminology of production, storage, conservation, retrieval, dissemination and research within the context of digital transformation, reflecting the development of information and documentation.

  • The Evolutionary Game between Libraries and Librarians in Unconventional Times

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] This paper clarifies the changes in the income of libraries and book supplier in the extraordinary period, and reveals the cooperation strategy between the library and the book supplier in the extraordinary period.[Method/process] Analyze the cooperation between the library and the book supplier from the theoretical and practical levels. The theoretical level analyzed the revenue and equilibrium points of the library and book supplier through games. On the practical level, it used a multi-case study method to analyze the measures taken by some libraries and book supplier in novel coronavirus epidemic.[Result/conclusion] Libraries and book supplier should choose " cooperation" and put forward the cooperation mechanism between library and book supplier from three aspects:product pricing cooperation mechanism, reputation trust cooperation mechanism and value cooperation mechanism.

  • Research on Functional Demand of University Smart Library Based on Kano Model

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] This paper reveals the user's functional requirements for the university's smart library, and clarifies what kind of functions the user expects the university's smart library to implement, and in what form, etc. [Method/process] Using expert consultation, group discussion, and other methods, the 29 major functional items of the university smart library were refined, and Kano model analysis method, mixed class analysis, and Better-Worse satisfaction index analysis method were used to identify the user's functional needs of the university's smart library 4 levels of content and transformation path. [Result/conclusion] The functional requirements of university smart libraries are hierarchical and dynamic, which determines the morphological characteristics, stage characteristics and process characteristics of the construction of smart libraries in universities, University library needs to meet the needs of standard users, clarifies the actual status of the current smart library construction, and then focuses on the key points and distinctive characteristics according to their own needs, and advances the construction of smart library in different stages and stages, and gradually realizes the needs of users full coverage. With the continuous evolution of user functional requirements, the construction of university smart library must also adjust the construction strategy at any time.

  • Analysis on the Characteristics and Subjects of China's Government Big Data Policy Diffusion

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Exploring the laws and mechanisms of the diffusion of government big data policies, which can not only provide theoretical support for the formulation of future government big data policies, but also improve the effectiveness of policy implementation.[Method/process] The social network analysis method and thematic analysis method were used to analyze 213 government big data policies. This paper constructed a reference relationship network between policies, and analyzed the time characteristics, spatial characteristics and theme features of policy diffusion based on this.[Result/conclusion] In the time dimension, China's government big data policy presents a typical S-curve diffusion feature; in the spatial dimension, it has geographically unbalanced distribution characteristics and hierarchical shading characteristics; in the subject dimension, it has the characteristics of integration with inheritance and innovation, the value of the core value of the reference policy in the process of diffusion has been inherited.

  • Research on Analysing the Value Orientation of Chinese Government's Big Data Policy

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Big data policy is the driving force for the application and development of government big data. Its value orientation analysis can provide a way for the formulation, implementation and evaluation of government big data policies, and provide a basis for the future development direction of big data policies. [Method/process] This paper collected a total of 58 government affairs big data policy texts published by the State Council and its departmental portals. Thematic analysis method was used to encode and analyzed the themes of big data value orientation in the policy texts. The encoding process used NVivo12 software as an auxiliary tool. [Result/conclusion] Through thematic analysis, the overall framework of the big data policy value orientation was constructed. The framework summarized the value orientations of the 5 dimensions of politics, economy, society, ecology, science and technology, and explored the interaction between each dimension and its specific value orientation.

  • Study on the Construction and Implementation of Online Medical Community Faceted System in UGC Mining

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The online medical community is one of the main ways for the public to query health information. Aiming at the problems of few faceted dimensions, simply system level, unreasonably search terms of the faceted system in the online medical community under the current Web2.0 model, this paper puts forward the network health faceted type framework, in order to improve the faceted navigation of the online medical community, and better its information services quality. [Method/process] This paper, from the perspective of UGC,obtained 18 categories of network health information faceted type framework, which combines with the user's attention to the health information topic and the evaluation of the network health information quality, and constructed a prototype of the healthy information faceted system that data sources comes from the QuanBuWenTi area of YouWenBiDa website. [Result/conclusion] The experimental result shows that the prototype of the faceted system constructed in this paper can effectively improves the shortcomings of the current faceted systems, and provides a feasible solution for building faceted system of the online medical community under the Web2.0 mode.

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] A government open data faceted system and a government open data faceted search model for faceted search are constructed to optimize user experience.[Method/process] Based on the characteristics of government open data, a faceted system was constructed. On this basis, a faceted search model of government open data was constructed, and the prototype system was implemented to evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.[Result/conclusion] The realization of the prototype system proves that the constructed government open data facet system can effectively help users to explore and screen search results. The proposed faceted search system model has a good user experience, which is convenient to use and can avoid the problem of information overload.

  • A Method of Entity Semantic Similarity Calculation for Dunhuang Mural Thesaurus Linked Data with Experiment

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] With the developing of cultural heritage digitization and humanities computing paradigm, the demand of cultural heritage data resources from scholars in the field of humanities have increasingly highlighted when participating in digital humanities research. The semantic integration and interoperability of multi-source and heterogeneous cultural heritage information resources has become a key issue in the construction of digital humanities data infrastructure nowadays, and the effective method of entity semantic similarity calculation has became an important means to achieve this goal.[Method/process] Based on the analysis of the ontology model and data framework of Dunhuang Mural Thesaurus Linked Data, this paper proposed an entity semantic similarity calculation method based on the integration of multi granularity matching and weighted calculate, and selected "Feitian" related entities in the dataset as the experimental object to compare the effects of the method proposed in this paper with current methods base on attribute characteristic or edit distance in semantic similarity calculation.[Result/conclusion] The experimental results show that, compareing with the other methods, the entity semantic similarity calculation method based on multi-granularity matching can better adapt to the content and structural characteristics of Dunhuang Mural Thesaurus Linked Data, and has better performance in the accuracy of calculation. Thus this paper has introduced another feasible idea for promoting the data interconnection and knowledge sharing of heterogeneous human information resources under the background of digital humanities.

[Method/process] Taking the National Social Science Fund Project about "data" of 2010-2019 as the research object, this paper based on the external characteristics and content characteristics of the fund project, analyzed the distribution of data-related research institutions and disciplines, keyword and topic clustering in the field of humanities and social sciences, compared the commonness and differences of research hotspots between fund projects and project achievements, and explored the research trends of humanities and social sciences empowered by data. [Result/conclusion] The research on data issues in the field of Humanities and Social Sciences focuses on the long-term theme of big data environment, information behavior and information service, government data and scientific data research, the secondary hot topics are database construction and system design, media platform and service and international issues research, and the integration of multiple environment, open data management, extension of knowledge organization and wisdom humanities service are the research development trend.
