Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The analysis about policy trends of public cultural service attempts to provide enlightenment for the policy planning and making of public cultural service in the future. [Method/ process] Based on 90 policy texts on public cultural services at the national level from 1982 to 2017, the article carried out analysis from seven perspectives, including annual policies quantitative statistics, policy makers, policy enforcers, policy beneficiaries, policy instruments, policy resources and policy objectives, and formed a preliminary judgment on the policy trends on public cultural service in China. [Result/conclusion] The number of policies on public cultural service will show an increasing trend; the government will continue to play a leading role fully; the participants in public cultural services are diversified; public cultural services will tend to be more equal; institutionalized means, economic means and legal means will continue to be the main policy instruments; cultural resources and capital remain the main policy resources; the policy objectives of public cultural services in China will be macroscopic in the short term.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Based on the thought of academic credit, this paper puts forward Z-index of books, which can measure the academic influence of books accurately. [Method/process] According to the list of high influence (h-index ≥ 5) scholars in library and information science, the paper collects the citation information of these scholars' books from the CSSCI, calculates the Z-index of all books by using the batch statistical method, and certificates the validity and application value of the Z-index of book from the authors, publishers, institutions and other perspectives. [Result/conclusion] The results show that the application of Z-index to evaluate books can describe the number and academic status of the citers, provide a precise measure tool to evaluate the academic influence of different books, and have a certain application value in evaluating academic influence of authors and institutions.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper studied the current construction of data science curriculum groups, focuses on the training program of data science talents and provides references and advice for the data science practice of information colleges in China.[Method/process] Based on the data science curriculum practice of UIUC iSchool, this paper first investigated the name and introductions of the data science-related courses in detail, academic hours, teaching forms, the teachers and the subjects, then systematically classified the course groups and made a detailed comparative analysis from the 4 aspects:training object type, teaching forms, teaching cooperation degree, and the course content. Finally, this paper summarized the enlightenments and suggestions for the development of data science education in China in light of the current domestic situation.[Result/conclusion] In UIUC iSchool Data science courses can be divided into 6 categories, which are suitable for students at all stages. A mixed teaching method combining online and offline is adopted. Teachers cooperate with each other and the contents closely follow the data science job market requirements. Finally, the authors suggest that we should strengthen the continuity of cultivation, innovate teaching methods, improve teaching cooperation, and enrich research directions in the field of data science in China.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Mobile social media brings great convenience and rich experience to users, meanwhile, the information overload, duplication, and redundancy also make user's negative emotions such as fatigue and information anxiety become a common phenomenon. Therefore, it is of great practical and theoretical value to explore the anxiety behavior of users in the mobile social media environment. [Method/process] This paper proceeded a literature review on related researches both at home and abroad systematically, and then the research progress of user's information anxiety behavior in the mobile social media environment was discussed from the aspects of conceptual explanation about information anxiety behavior, causes analysis and research countermeasures. [Result/conclusion] Compulsive use, information fatigue and depression are all related to information anxiety behavior. User's information anxiety behavior under mobile social media context consists of information seeking anxiety, fear of missing out, information security anxiety, and information storage anxiety. User's individual factors, information resource and technical environment are considered as the main reasons for these anxieties' occurrence. Current research is conducted from the aspects of building Information Anxiety Scale(IAS), conducting empirical study and proposing countermeasures. There are some differences in research content, object and method at home and abroad. Future research can be focused on further empirical study, information anxiety of special group, building detailed scale for each information anxiety behavior, and verifying the validity of countermeasures to dispel information anxiety.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper makes a consideration on the text and the thoughts of Research on Knowledge Science.[Method/process] A speculation and a comparative study are used.[Result/conclusion] A systematic explanation on social practices of human's knowledge and knowledge resources is the main purpose of this book of which main methodology is macro-research; at the same time, knowledge should be the endpoint of LIS. Academic consciousness, academic examination and academic innovation of librarian are conveyed and should be promoted. The methodology of macro-research may provide a choice for LIS development.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Ancient book conservation in China should obey the identifiable principle so as to maintain the objectivity and authenticity, scrupulously abide by the ethics, ancient book conservation needs to confirm reasonable identifiable technology.[Method/process] This paper proved that Chinese ancient book conservation technology had identifiable function by summarizing identifiable characteristic and using the identifiable effect provided by the conservation case.[Result/conclusion] Chinese ancient book conservation technology complies with identifiable principle, integrates conservation and identifiable functions, and has favorable identifiability and conforms to the characteristics of Chinese ancient books. The application of identifiable technology should depend on the shape of ancient books and the purpose of their conservation, and the specific situation should be analyzed.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The research of knowledge measurement in Library and Information Science can not take the knowledge element as measurement unit, and always stays at measurement level of knowledge carrier and knowledge attribute. This paper puts forward a research idea of knowledge content measurement from the perspective of citation content analysis, which is a research direction worthy of exploration.[Method/process] This paper summarized the core advantages and key issues of knowledge measurement in Library and Information Science on the basis of combing research status of knowledge measurement in different fields, put forward the main ideas and implementation path of knowledge measurement from the perspective of citation content analysis, and looked forward to the innovative application and development direction of this research idea.[Result/conclusion] From the perspective of citation content analysis, the research of knowledge measurement can break through the long-standing limitation in Library and Information Science, truly penetrate the measurement unit from the knowledge carrier to the knowledge content, and realize the quantity, quality, value and relationship measurement of knowledge element.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] With the transfer of scientific communication system to electronic media, the content organization and presentation of traditional scientific papers have brought many disadvantages. Semantic enhancement of scientific papers can innovate the organization and presentation of scientific papers, which is the key to solve these problems. It has been paid attention by scientific research institutions and academic publishers and formed a series of theoretical and practical achievements. Combing and summing up these achievements and finding the advantages and disadvantages can play a guiding role in promoting the further development of semantic enhancement of scientific papers. [Method/process] Starting from the concept of semantic enhancement, this paper focused on the analysis of the core objectives, implementation paths and key issues of semantic enhancement in scientific papers. Then, the paper combed the theoretical and practical results of semantic enhancement of structured and unstructured data in scientific papers and made a comparative analysis by using three stages in the path of semantic enhancement of scientific papers: semantic annotation, semantic organization and visual presentation. [Result/conclusion] This research summarizes the characteristics of semantic enhancement of scientific papers at this stage, provides the four suggestions for the future development and research of semantic enhancement in scientific papers.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Historic conservation remains are an integral part of ancient books, are the objects of the new ancient book conservation cycle. The study of them can both enrich conservation technologies and enhance the conservation quality of ancient books. [Method/process] This paper studied the forms and treatment measures of historical conservation remains of ancient books by induction and case method. [Result/conclusion] The forms of historic conservation of ancient books include materials, methods and marks. The measures of historical conservation remains, such as retaining, conservation and clearance, should be taken according to the specific situation. The enlightenments of the historical conservation remains of ancient books to the conservation of Chinese ancient books are actively researching and developing the treating technology of historic conservation remains of ancient book, giving prior choice to the physical conservation technology of ancient books, comprehensively promoting the excellent conservation technology and systematically constructing conservation archives of ancient book.
