Abstract：[目的/意义]在今天的开放经济时代，货币竞争力已成为国家间竞争的关键。本报告研究并构建了国际货币竞争力指数体系，旨在更好的把握当前国际货币竞争的格局变化趋势，为提升人民币货币竞争力提供路径指引，把人民币国际化推向新的高度。 [方法/过程] 本报告基于货币竞争力的形成机制，在深刻探究国际货币竞争力的理论基础与影响因素的基础上，从各国（地区）货币基础竞争力、币值竞争力、环境竞争力和持续竞争力四个方面构建了国际货币竞争力指数体系。 [结果/结论] 本报告基于客观数据量化分析与论证，评价结果表明，该指标体系能够对各国货币竞争力水平做出科学、合理的评价，为国际金融战略和政策的制定实施提供有力参考依据。

Abstract： [Purpose/significance]In order to solve the separation in the development of technology, finance and industry, the huge gap between the financial development and the real economy, RMB price and value, housing price and income of residents. We have explored a set of systematic and effective financial strategies to promote economic and financial development and establish a global financial and trading system that led by China.[Method/process] A technology banking system with modern financial technology should be established. The digital currency based on human values should be promoted with the foundation of supply chain finance, asset bank, digital currency and modern information technology such as big data, cloud technology and block chain.[Result/conclusion] The research proves that the choices of the financial strategy such as Global Supply Chain Financial Alliance, National Science and Technology Bank and Labor Coin are of profound strategic significance to solve the problems in the national economic and financial development.
