Abstract: [Purpose/significance] For the identification of important nodes in complex networks, the paper designs a node centrality algorithm, which plays an important role in infectious disease prevention and control, public opinion monitoring, product marketing, talent discovery and so on. [Method/process] This paper proposed a new node centrality algorithm, the HHa node centrality algorithm, taking both the number of the node's high influence neighbors and their total influence into consideration. On the real network and artificial network, the Susceptible-Infected-Recovered (SIR) model was used to simulate the information dissemination process, and the monotonic function M and Kendall correlation coefficient were used as evaluation indicators to verify the effectiveness, accuracy and stability of the HHa centrality algorithm. [Result/conclusion] The experimental results show that, compared with the 7 classic centrality algorithms, the HHa centrality algorithm ranks 2nd with a monotonic result of 0.999, and the Kendall coefficient is 0.845, which is higher than other algorithms' accuracy about 0.15, ranking 1st and performing robustly. It is feasible to use HHa centrality algorithm to identify important nodes in the network.

Abstract: Basic research is the source of original innovation. Strengthening basic research, looking forward to the future scientific development direction, and seizing the commanding heights of future development are the new requirements for the academic leadership of the Academic Divisions of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CASAD) in the new era. The Discipline Development Strategy Research Program (DDSRP) of CASAD aims to explore the internal development rules of each discipline, to look forward to the medium and long-term development trends of various disciplines, to grasp the development direction of emerging and interdisciplinary subjects, to clarify the frontiers of science and major scientific issues, and to guide the development of the related disciplines in China. This paper introduces the basic situation of the research work of DDSRP of CASAD, and analyzes the influence and impact of DDSRP based on literature research and questionnaire survey. Research results show that DDSRP has produced sound social impacts, policy influences and academic influences on consolidating the foundation of disciplines, improving the layout

Abstract: Purpose/Significance The paper proposes a method for the selection of representative papers, which provides support for the selection and evaluation of representative works. Method/Process Considering the innovation and influence of the papers comprehensively, the paper designs a representative index, and takes the papers with the highest representative index as the representative papers of scholars. Taking an outstanding scientist as an example, the paper selects his representative papers, and uses the main path analysis method to test the innovation and influence of the selected representative papers. Result/Conclusion The empirical results show that the representative index can effectively select the representative papers of scholars, and it is feasible to use the method to select the representative papers.
