Abstract: This paper reviewed the study of Fire-dragon moxibustion therapy and nursing of shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke. The mechanism and operation method of Fire-dragon moxibustion therapy, as well as nursing cooperation, were summarized, in order to provide reference for clinical treatment and nursing practice.

Abstract: Purpose/significance Recently, China’s think tank construction is in full swing, and digital publishing think tanks are constantly emerging. It has provided scientific suggestions and the direction for the healthy development of digital publishing industry in China. However, there are many problems in the construction of digital publishing think tanks, which seriously hinders their healthy and stable development. Therefore, it is the first task for digital publishing think tanks to make a scientific development strategy. Method/process By using SWOT analysis method, it analyzes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of digital publishing, and proposes the SWOT analysis matrix. Finally, it puts forward the SO strategy, WO strategy, ST strategy, and WT strategy of digital publishing think tank in China. Result/conclusion SO strategy: Seizing the opportunity of the strategic development, making use of the advantages in talent, capital, and technology, and speeding up the construction of digital publishing think tanks; developing the world vision and strategic thinking through the “go out” strategy. WO Strategy: Encouraging and helping the development of non-governmental digital publishing think tanks, and attaching its important roles; carrying out the forward-looking research with advanced information technology; accelerating the improvement of the think tank evaluation system with the establishment of an authoritative think tank evaluation institution. ST Strategy: Improving the communication mechanism between the government and think tanks, and reducing or even avoiding government intervention in think tanks. WT strategy: Activating the task assignment, and carrying out the prospective research.

Abstract: Purpose/significance This paper takes the new types of think tank with Chinese characteristics as the research object and analyzes the new types of think tank’s policy text from the perspective of policy tools, in order to provide reference for the follow-up formulation or modification and improvement of the policy of new types of think tank. Methods/process By coding the policy text of new types of think tank, this paper uses the content analysis to analyze the policy tool of new types of think tank, and puts forward some pertinent suggestions. Results/conclusion At present, the use of policy tools of new types of think tank is dominated by supply-type policy tools, the number of demand-type and environment-type policy tools is relatively small, and the use of its internal sub-tools is obviously uneven. Based on the research results, the following suggestions are put forward: reduce the use of supply-oriented policy tools and optimize the internal structure reasonably; increase the impact of environmental policy tools and pay attention to the construction of tax, financial and regulatory systems; pay attention to the pull of demand-oriented policy tools, strengthening the construction of the international market of new types of think tank.

Abstract:受自然过程和人类活动的影响,三江平原景观生态风险格局发生了明显变化。采用GIS和RS技术构建景观风险指数,结合网格分析法和地理探测器分析1976-2013年三江平原景观生态风险变化及驱动力。结果表明,从时间上看,1976-2013年三江平原农田、草地和湿地的景观损失度逐渐降低,林地和居民用地景观损失度不断升高,生态风险呈逐渐降低趋势;从空间上看,1976年以高风险区为主,2013年则以低风险区为主,1976-2013年低风险、较低风险和中风险区不断向三江平原西部和西南部扩张,高风险和较高风险区逐渐向北部的黑龙江和乌苏里江沿岸及保护区退缩,生态风险整体向西南方向运移,风险质心向西南转移37.8 km;三江平原景观生态风险格局变化受海拔、地貌、居民点、保护区距离和人为干扰度影响明显,其中人为干扰度、居民点以及保护区距离对景观生态风险解释力最为显著,1995年人为干扰度(71.2%)、居民点距离(64.6%)和保护区距离(43.7%)的因子解释力明显高于地貌类型(11.2%)和流域类型(8.9%),2013年地貌类型(23.5%)解释力大于保护区距离(23.3%)。该研究为湿地保护和恢复提供科学参考。

Abstract:分析了BIM与(GIS的特点及轨道交通信息化建设的模块构成,并在此基拙上对数据标准建设,基拙云平台建设进行了探讨,并对轨道交通项目BIM的应用、GIS的云应用分别进行了分析,最后给出了BIM与GIS在轨道交通项目中的融合方法,对于轨道交通及大型工程云平台建设均具有一定的参考意义。
