  • Research on Nurses’ Cognition and Experience of “Internet + Nursing Service”

    Abstract:

    Objective To understand the cognitive status and working experience of nurses engaged in Internet + nursing service, and analyze the influencing factors, so as to provide reference for better promoting related nursing work. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 157 nurses in relevant pilot hospitals in Kunming, Yunnan Province by means of objective sampling. Results 82.89% of nurses supported Internet + nursing service. The service items with high participation willingness of nurses included health guidance (84.10%), monitoring of blood glucose (79.60%), pipeline nursing (70.70%), etc. While the service items with low participation willingness included stoma care (42%), enema (38.90%), aspiration of sputum (32.50%), etc. The age, professional title and document awareness of nurses were significantly correlated with their cognition and experience of Internet + nursing service (P<0.05). Conclusion Nurses have a higher willingness to participate in Internet + nursing service and enthusiasm for further development, but the recognition and professional team need to be developed. It is suggested that relevant departments should implement the “Healthy China” strategy, support the emerging nursing model, encourage the active participation of nurses, and promote the innovative development of Internet + nursing service.

  • 饲粮n-6/n-3多不饱和脂肪酸配比对育成期雄性蓝狐生长性能、营养物质消化率及氮代谢的影响

    Abstract:本试验旨在研究饲粮n-6/n-3多不饱和脂肪酸配比对育成期雄性蓝狐生长性能、营养物质消化率及氮代谢的影响。试验选取48只102日龄、平均体重为(2 370±24) g的健康雄性蓝狐,随机分成4组,每组12个重复,每个重复1只蓝狐。各组饲粮除油脂组成不同外,其他原料均一致。Ⅰ组饲粮中添加鱼油和豆油,n-6/n-3为3.00;Ⅱ组饲粮中添加鱼油和玉米油,n-6/n-3为6.03;Ⅲ组饲粮中添加鱼油和玉米油,n-6/n-3为9.01;Ⅳ组饲粮中添加玉米油和豆油,n-6/n-3为18.04。试验预试期7 d,试验期46 d。结果表明:1)Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组125日龄体重显著高于Ⅱ组(P0.05)。2)Ⅰ组和Ⅲ组干物质采食量显著高于Ⅱ组(P0.05)。3)Ⅰ组和Ⅲ组氮采食量极显著高于Ⅱ组和Ⅳ组(P0.05)。综上所述,当饲粮n-6/n-3 PUFA配比为9.01或18.04时,蓝狐可获得较优的生长性能,但从饲料成本和贮存稳定性考虑,玉米油与豆油混合组更佳。
