  • Research on Community Membership Based on the Research Interest Similarity Network of Core Authors: Taking the Domestic Field of Information Science as an Example

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] This paper explores the community structure and community membership of the research interest similarity network of core authors in information science.[Method/process] We firstly download all papers of information science retrieved in CSSCI database using the China Library Category number. By recognizing the core-authors in this discipline with Price law, we compute the similarity between each two authors with bag-of-words model and construct the research interest similarity network of core authors. Then we divide it into four research community. Finally, we compute the every author's membership degree to different communities and his/her fuzzy entropy.[Result/conclusion] We discover that the domestic information science discipline has four research field:information organization and retrieval, bibliometrics and scientific evaluation, competitive intelligence and knowledge management, and the information science. Most authors' research isn't limited to one field. Finally, the authors in C2 and C3 merely take each other as secondary membership community, and it implies that the boundary between competitive intelligence and bibliometrics is very obvious.

  • Research Progress in Exploratory Search

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Analyzing the research status and development trend of exploratory search to promote academic innovation and application innovation in the field of exploratory search.[Method/process] This paper used the literature review method and comparative analysis method to introduce the research situation of exploratory search at home and abroad from the aspects of conceptual research, theoretical research and process research of exploratory search, and reviewed it from three dimensions:research purpose, research content and research method, including the influencing factors of exploratory search, the optimization of search results and the construction of exploratory search system research, on the basis of this, the research trend of exploratory search was prospected.[Result/conclusion] In the big data environment, exploratory search will develop along the direction of multi-technology integration and cross-device search. In terms of research methods, combined with quantitative and qualitative hybrid research methods has become the mainstream; in the research content, multi-technology and cross-device exploratory search, exploratory search learning mechanism research and collaborative exploratory search are hot topics with great research value in the future.

  • Rethinking Knowledge Measurement in Library and Information Science from the Perspective of Citation Content Analysis

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The research of knowledge measurement in Library and Information Science can not take the knowledge element as measurement unit, and always stays at measurement level of knowledge carrier and knowledge attribute. This paper puts forward a research idea of knowledge content measurement from the perspective of citation content analysis, which is a research direction worthy of exploration.[Method/process] This paper summarized the core advantages and key issues of knowledge measurement in Library and Information Science on the basis of combing research status of knowledge measurement in different fields, put forward the main ideas and implementation path of knowledge measurement from the perspective of citation content analysis, and looked forward to the innovative application and development direction of this research idea.[Result/conclusion] From the perspective of citation content analysis, the research of knowledge measurement can break through the long-standing limitation in Library and Information Science, truly penetrate the measurement unit from the knowledge carrier to the knowledge content, and realize the quantity, quality, value and relationship measurement of knowledge element.

  • Research on Policy Text Analysis and Evolution Law of the Document Information Resource Guarantee System in China

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] This paper sorts out the evolution process, development status and problems facing development of document information resource guarantee system in China, and provide suggestions for the improvement and further development of the system. [Method/process] This article used 91 relevant policies of Chinese document information resource guarantee as the research object, and adopted bibliometrics to analyze temporal evolution of the number of policy texts and the cooperation network of executive agencies. Then the research used content analysis to code policy content, and analyzed its evolution trend from the perspective of the document information value chain. Finally, the case analysis method was used to verify the evolution law of the guarantee system through the construction process of CALIS, CASHL and NSTL. [Result/conclusion] The development of document information resource guarantee system in China has the external evolution characteristics in terms of the stages of the implementation process and the collaboration of the executive agencies, as well as the internal evolution characteristics of the richness of the work content.

    Abstract:【目的】对已有专家检索与专家排名方法进行评述, 为后续研究提供理论基础。【文献范围】从Web of Science (WOS)、CNKI 等数据库中分别以“专家检索(Expert Retrieval)”、“专家排名(Expert Ranking)”、“排名融合(Ranking Fusion)”等为检索词搜集获得相关文献65 篇。【方法】针对专家检索覆盖面不足及专家特征计算量大两方面问题, 从专家检索评测和排名融合两个角度梳理并评析现有的研究进展。【结果】融合关系属性是目前专家检索方法的主流, 检索结果可信度研究主要依据用户满意度和文档可信度开展; 专家排名采用友邻推荐模型、PageRank、D-S 理论、社交网络与复杂网络分析等实现排名及排名融合, 融合结果总体优于基准排名。【局限】不同排名融合方法间的横向对比研究较少。【结论】相关研究可为构建信息融合视角下的专家会诊平台提供参考,具体体现在专家信息组织、专家遴选和专家意见融合环节。
