Abstract： Energy consumption during production processes in the industry is a main source of carbon dioxide emissions. Therefore, for China’s dual-carbon goals, industrial enterprises need to focus on reducing energy waste to achieve energy-efficient production, thereby effectively reducing carbon emissions in industrial production. In recent years, with the continuous development and popularization of digital technology, digital energy management systems have played a crucial role in energy saving by visualizing invisible energy in the industry. In this context, this study first analyses the current status of digital energy management system applications in the UK, the US, Germany, and Sweden, summarizes their characteristics and conditions, and compares the differences between China’s energy management system development and other countries’. Furthermore, this study explores the challenges faced by the government, technology, and enterprises in promoting the deployment of energy management systems in Chinese industrial enterprises. Next, the study proposes to analyse energy consumption from the perspective of product rather than factory, production lines, or machines. The concept of “unit product energy consumption label based on production steps” is defined, and a methodological framework for digital energy consumption data analysis based on this label is constructed. This study further discusses the roles of the major stakeholders, including governments, enterprises, digital energy management system technology providers, certification bodies, etc., in achieving standardization and unified analysis of energy consumption labels and puts forward suggestions for the government to develop digital energy management systems in the industry to reduce carbon emissions. The suggestions include: continuing to promote the construction of energy management systems in enterprises; continuously supporting the cooperative development among various stakeholders; gradually determining energy consumption benchmarks by product and production steps; and actively leading enterprises to benchmark industry best practices.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The virtual job-hunting community has become an important channel for job seekers to obtain and share information and resources. The purpose of this study is to explore user interaction patterns and structures of the virtual job-hunting community, and put forward the corresponding suggestions for the improvement of the virtual community.[Method/process] Based on the user interaction data from YingJieSheng BBS, using content analysis and social network analysis,this article studies the interactive content and interactive relationship among users.[Result/conclusion] The fact is the most exchanged type of all support types. Social supports, including social network support, information referral support and instrumental support, are also important. Different job topics show different interaction patterns, and the test/interview topic is of most concern. At the same time, the user community is in a discrete state, with less communication between users. Several main networks are supported by a few key members, lacking sufficient core users to promote the dissemination of information and resources.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Big Data has recently turned to be the focus of academic and corporate investigation. More and more enterprises are paying attention to achieve competitive advantages through investment on big data. This paper aims to investigate the strategic alignment of big data and business so as to achieve the strategic value of big data in organizations.[Method/process] The paper firstly gave a brief review on the impacts of big data use on the organizations at a strategic level. On the basis of the comparison and analysis of IT strategic alignment models in prior literature, this paper proposed a new IT strategic alignment model in the big data environment. Finally, this paper analyzed different types of alignment in the proposed strategic alignment model and elaborated various processes of achieving strategic impacts of big data correspondingly based on real cases.[Result/conclusion] This paper has proposed an IT strategic alignment model in the big data environment which considers the co-evolutionary dynamics nature of alignment. This model also presents different types of alignment and further indicates the various processes to achieve the strategic value of big data. It has improved the IT strategic alignment models in literature theoretically in order to facilitate the big data analysis. Moreover, the proposed alignment model also has important implications for the achievement of the business value of big data in practice.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] In the promotion process of the civil reading, it is of great social significance to meet the reading needs of visually impaired people and ensure their reading rights. With the advent of the Internet era, people's reading habits and interests begin to expand from traditional texts to diversified forms, such as words, images and graphics.[Method/process] In this paper, the related problems of blind reading are discussed and a novel tactile interaction framework for blind reading is presented. The tactile cognition and perceived characteristics is firstly analyzed and then a set of the key issues about blind reading are elucidated. By introducing a typical force feedback device to build a tactile interaction system, the experiment is comprised of two stages:the effectiveness of tactile reading and the comprehensibility of information resources at different levels.[Result/conclusion] Experimental results showed that the tactile interaction system has excellent performances in immersion, interactivity and feasibility. It is proved that there are differences in the difficulty of tactile reading and comprehensibility of information resources at different levels, and the rational introduction of cognitive training mechanism can effectively improve the operator's perception and recognition ability.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The study incorporates user behavior into the encyclopedia entry evaluation system, and comprehensively evaluates Baidu Encyclopedia entries from a multi-dimensional perspective.[Method/process] From four dimensions, the study selected 12 quantitative indicators as research indicators, and comprehensively evaluated Baidu Encyclopedia entries.[Result/conclusion] User use behavior indicators and link indicators play a relatively important role in comprehensive evaluation of entries; This study enriches the evaluation system of encyclopedia entry research, but the limitation is that it is difficult to accurately quantify without considering richness and rigor. Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The aging of population has a profound impact on society,economy and culture.A large number of elderly users have an increasing information needs on old-age care,medical care and social services.At present,the elderly users are not satisfied in the process of using health information,and the research on the health information needs of elderly users needs to be strengthened.[Method/process] This study relies on the online health community to carry out exploratory research using a mixed method of first qualitative and then quantitative methods.Firstly,this study obtained 37 free nodes of health information needs of elderly users by interview, then extracted 6 tree nodes of health information needs through questionnaire investigation,including usage and operation,information search,privacy and security,diagnosis and treatment behavior,interaction and feedback,self-actualization, and it is further divided into three main categories:physics,cognition and emotion, so as to build a health information need model for elderly users.[Result/conclusion] Finally, combined Maslow's hierarchy of needs to construct the health information needs model and put forward corresponding strategies and suggestions.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Using the Internet to seeking health information on behalf of others has become an important form of health information support for non-medical professionals.Understanding the characteristics and behavior patterns of surrogate health information seekers will be of positive significance to health information service and communication.[Method/process] In this paper, three aspects of individual characteristics of the participants were investigated, including demographic variables, health information seeking experience related variables and family structure related variables. And based on the 5W(Why-Who-When-Where-What) perspective, we analyzed the behavior patterns of surrogate health information seekers.In addition to semi-structured interview on why, other variables were measured by questionnaire.[Result/conclusion] The study found that 87.0% of online health information seekers had the surrogate health information seeking experience in the past 12 months. Surrogate health information seekers' characteristics includingfemale, only child, married, in good health condition, rich experience in online health information seeking, and family members with chronic diseases.The motivations of surrogate health information seekers include caring, altruism, etc. They are more likely to help people with strong social ties seeking for health information. Surrogate health information seekers help patients seeking health information online before they go to hospital. Surrogate health information seekers' information sources mainly include search engines, online health communities and online Q&A communities.They need more general information related to specific diseases, daily health care and treatment related information.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Based on the protection motivation theory, this paper examines the impact of epidemic information on public's risk awareness, reveals how people perceive the epidemic risks, and explores the communication measures that can improve the public's intention to protect health.[Method/process] Through an online survey, this paper obtains 450 questionnaire data from 28 provinces in China, PLS is used for structural equation model analysis, and the hypothesis is finally verified through the measurement model and structural model detection.[Result/conclusion] This paper finds that threat awareness and countermeasure awareness can significantly improve the public's threat appraisal and coping appraisal, and form the unique risk perception characteristics. If we can follow these characteristics when communicating with the public, we will be able to maximize their intention to protect health. This paper also finds that the public's perception vulnerability is low, which may lead to a series of problems such as optimism bias, which deserve more attention.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] As social platforms become increasingly prominent in people's everyday lives,how to give full play to the role and value of these social platforms and improve the effectiveness of platform use has become an important issue to be solved in various application fields.And the need for focused research related to the usage effectiveness of social platform has become particularly important.From the perspective of users' behavior, it is a beneficial exploration to explore the construction of evaluation index for effective use of social platforms.[Method/process] Based on the prior research of IS effective use,this paper developed a measurement scale on effective use of social platform under the specific situation of job hunting by a mixed method research with the literature research,user interview,expert interview and Exploratory Factor Analysis(EFA),and verified the applicability and practicability of the scale through structural equation model analysis of the survey data.[Result/conclusion] The developed scale has good reliability and validity in evaluating the effective use of social platforms in the job hunting filed,and then providing practical suggestions for the improvement of the platform. On the other hand, this study also provides ideas for the research of IS effective use in other task contexts. The constructed measurement scale for effective use can also be applied to other systems through appropriate modifications.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Free-based and payment-based knowledge Q&A platforms are two major channels for problem solving. In order to improve the user experience on the payment-based knowledge Q&A platforms and promote the development of payment-based knowledge Q&A platforms, this paper explores the influencing factors of the askers' switching from free-to payment-based knowledge Q&A platforms.[Method/process] Firstly, this paper reviewed the related researches on the influential factors of knowledge payment. Then, based on the critical incident technique and the push-pull-mooring model, this paper combed the influencing factors of the askers' switching behavior from the free-to payment-based knowledge Q&A platforms. Then, this paper used entropy weight method to compare the weight of each influencing factor before and after the switching behavior.[Result/conclusion] The factors that influence the askers' switching behavior are divided into the related factors of free-based knowledge Q&A platforms, the related factors of payment-based knowledge Q&A platforms, social factors, personal factors and objective factors. Moreover, the influences of these factors have some differences before and after the switching behavior. Finally, the authors put forward some suggestions on the publicity mechanism, evaluation mechanism, payment mechanism and pricing mechanism of the payment-based Q&A platforms.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] As the popular online Q&A mode, the free and fee online Q&A communities provide users with different information interaction scenarios, differentiated user needs can be met. This paper compares the participation behavior of two types of community users, and reveals the behavioral differences between them, finally some countermeasures and suggestions for the optimization of the two kinds of community service modes are put forward.[Method/process] The contingency table analysis, non-parametric test and negative binomial regression were used to analyze the interaction characteristics and interaction relations.[Result/conclusion] This paper finds that there are many differences between free and fee online Q&A users in information demand, participation characteristics and interaction relations, free online Q&A has the most opinion questions and paid online Q&A has the most advice questions; free questioners tend to ask abstract and general questions, while fee questioners tend to provide detailed background information; the length of questions negatively affects the number and length of free answers, and positively affects the length of fee answers; the question length and answer length positively affect the number of free and fee evaluations. This paper enriches the research on user participation behavior of online Q&A community, and provides some management suggestions for free and paid online Q&A community.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This study aims to make an analysis of the behavior characteristics of personal health information management of online health community users. And the relationship between the elements of "platform-PHIM-health goals" is discussed.[Method/process] Online healthy community users with lupus erythematosus were selected as the subjects. Clustering is used to identify groups with different levels of personal health information management behavior measurement, and One-way ANOVA is used to make a comparative study of different groups.[Result/conclusion] The behaviors of personal health information management based on online health community are defined as health information finding, health topic interaction and health information sharing. First of all, there are significant differences in the level of personal health information management behaviors of lupus patients in online health community. Second, there is a positive correlation between the perceived social support and personal health information management. Third, there is a positive correlation between personal health information management and users' health goals. This study aims to provide suggestions for online health community to improve its service and to improve personal health information management for chronic patients.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Recently, health information has become prevalent on the Internet. The extensive information volume and heterogeneity in information quality increased the probability of encountering conflicting information in users’ health information seeking. However, it has been insufficiently explored how conflicting health information may impact users. This study departs from the relationship between information seeking and uncertainty reduction, as indicated by many classic information behavior theories. We raised a research question of whether the hypothesized relationship still stands in conflicting health information contexts. [Method/process] By employing the experimental approach and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), we examine the effects of conflicting health information on individuals regarding knowledge states, confusion, and health beliefs. [Result/conclusion] The results suggested that conflicting health information blurred knowledge states, increased confusion, and decreased health belief. Thus, we inferred that uncertainty increased when they encountered conflicting health information. Based on the results, several theoretical and practical implications were discussed.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Privacy protection in mobile health environment is an important issue that needs to be solved urgently. Research on the reading effect of privacy policies of mobile health apps can stimulate users’ willingness to read the privacy policies and improve users’ awareness of privacy protection, which is conducive to the long-term development and application of the mobile health apps. [Method/process]z This paper attempts to measure the subjective cognitive load and objective performance of different types of users when reading different forms of privacy policies from the perspective of user-friendly reading and understanding, based on the cognitive load theory, through virtual experiments and multi factor analysis of variance, and to study the influence of information representation on the reading effect of privacy policies of mobile medical app. [Result/conclusion] The results showed that compared with the textual privacy policy, the graphical privacy policy is more readable and comprehensible, which can effectively reduce the cognitive load of visual users, and can significantly improve users’ reading achievement.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] In order to improve the user experience of mobile visual search(MVS) and enhance user stickiness, this paper explores the mechanism of key factors affecting MVS user experience, so as to provide theoretical references and practical guidance for managers, designers and operators of MVS. [Method/process] This paper integrated S-O-R model with the EDT model, combined MVS design features, cognitive elements, emotional experience and disconfirmation, etc., constructed the conceptual model of MVS user experience, put forward research hypotheses and designed questionnaires, and conducted questionnaire surveys on MVS users of Taobao.com and JD.com. Partial least squares (PLS) method was used to analyze the data, and the measurement model and structural model were evaluated without the influence of common method variance(CMV). [Result/conclusion] The research findings indicates that: Accuracy and completeness positively and significantly affect information quality, flexibility positively and significantly affects system quality, and empathy positively and significantly affects service quality. Satisfaction is affected by perceived usefulness, usefulness disconfirmation, perceived enjoyment and enjoyment disconfirmation, etc., and then the continuance usage intention is affected. The key factors affecting MVS user experience and their mechanisms of actions revealed in this study will provide a reference for improving MVS user experience.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] At the present stage, the data opening of major public health emergencies is faced with many difficulties, such as low public participation, poor data utilization and imperfect platform services. This paper introduces the citizen science mode to build an open service ecosystem, aiming to provide ideas for breaking the deadlock in the development of open data on major public health emergencies.[Method/process] This paper clarified the main elements and implementation processes of citizen science projects in the context of open data on major public health emergencies, and explored the citizen science operation model. On this basis, the study systematically sorted out key elements such as stakeholders, value creation models, constraints and promotion systems. Finally, an open data service ecosystem for major public health emergencies was comprehensively constructed.[Result/conclusion] In this service ecosystem, the citizen science mode is the infrastructure, and the open data platform for major public health emergencies is the key node. By providing all-round service contents, targeted system constraints and promotional mechanisms, this system guides the public, various industry institutions and professionals to interact and cooperate at the levels of macro, meso and micro, integrate their own advantageous resources and carry out service exchange and complementarity, so as to achieve value creation. The results of this paper will help to improve the social participation and utilization of open data, and provide an action reference for the construction of the service system and optimization of the service level of open data platform for major public health emergencies.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Through an in-depth analysis of the process of the healthcare data opening and sharing in major public health emergencies, this paper proposes an open governance model of healthcare data with the collaboration participation of multiple subjects for data governance of major public health emergencies in China.[Method/process] By using a combination of literature research and Internet surveys, this study comprehensively reviewed the current research status and existing obstacles of healthcare data opening models for major public health emergencies at home and abroad, and proposed governance solutions from the perspective of solving practical problems.[Result/conclusion] By clarifying the principles of healthcare data opening for major public health emergencies, this study decomposes the process of data opening and sharing, conducts staged governance model of healthcare data opening and sharing under major public health emergencies, and formulates relevant supporting security mechanisms. Finally, this study proposes a practical governance model of healthcare data opening in major public health emergencies.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper aims to provide a reference for the construction of relevant think tanks by summarizing and analyzing the status quo of think tank services for major public health emergencies at home and abroad.[Method/process] By literature research and website survey, the research investigated the services provided by think tanks for major public health emergencies, including in-depth analysis of 35 key think tanks.[Result/conclusion] The relevant think tank services are classified into three basic types:decision-maker-oriented, professional-and-practitioner-oriented and public-oriented. The research delivers a summary about the commonalities and typical service practice of different think tank services, and points out the gap in themes, contents and forms of think tank services at home and abroad. Finally, the research puts forward the proposals to develop new think tanks with Chinese characteristics for major public health emergencies from three aspects of service design, activity principle and mechanism guarantee.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Online surrogate health information seeking is an everyday life information practice mode based on interpersonal cooperation. It is of great significance of deeply understanding the information behaviors to explore the influencing factors and mechanisms of this behavior based on the classical theories. [Method/process] Based on the health belief model and social support theory, this paper constructed the influencing factors model of surrogate health information seeking and put forward 12 research hypotheses. 475 valid data were collected through questionnaire survey and analyzed by SmartPLS. [Result/conclusion] The results show that empathy, information support intention, perceived severity and perceived benefits have positive impact on online surrogate health information seeking intention (OSHISI), while perceived barriers have a negative impact on OSHISI. Perceived susceptibility and self-efficacy have no direct relationship with OSHISI. The mediating effect analysis showed that the relationship between perceived susceptibility and OSHISI is completely mediated by empathy. Empathy plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between perceived severity and OSHISI. The relationship between self-efficacy and OSHISI is partially mediated by information support intention. The results of this study provide a reference for further motivating, managing and intervening online surrogate health information seeking practices.

Abstract：【目的】从发展现状、内容特征、形式特征三个方面分析我国不同类型众筹项目视频使用现状及其特点。 【方法】基于任务展示示能性理论, 构建视频内容特征和形式特征的二维视角(发起方视角和参与方视角)分析框 架, 并以众筹网为例进行实证探讨。【结果】研究表明: (1)视频资源能够显著促进众筹进度和成功率, 吸引用户关 注和支持, 但我国众筹项目介绍中使用视频的比例仍然较低; (2)不同类型的众筹项目其视频内容特征和形式特 征都有显著的相似性和差异性特点。【局限】分析框架粒度较大, 有待进一步扩展和细化。本研究选择综合性众 筹平台众筹网为研究对象, 样本具有一定的局限性。【结论】本文分析我国众筹项目中视频的现状和特点, 可以 为众筹平台的优化设计以及众筹项目的成功实施提供参考和建议。
