Abstract： The multi-collaboration implementation model is one of the main factors in the success of large-scale reading promotion projects in the UK. Multiple subjects such as government, social organizations, public libraries, enterprises, and the public establish cooperative relationships and networks with different roles and functions, and form characteristic and effective cooperative mechanisms. The model has the characteristics and advantages of cross-border cooperation, partnership, dual core, professionalism, extensiveness and adaptability, as well as potential problems of looseness and instability. China can learn from its experience in innovating and improving the government’s guidance and support methods, establishing the core status of public libraries’ multi-cooperation, actively absorbing social funds and making full use of social resources, promoting cross-domain cooperation, and establishing a standardized and stable cooperation mechanism.

Abstract： Purpose/ Significance The free logic of the early Internet led a large number of “diving users” to form a psychological inertia that the Internet should be free of charge Q&A content. This seriously affects the shift of users from free to paid, so it is significant to reveal the factors that influence users’ switching intention from free to paid. Method/Process Based on the push-pull- mooring model (PPM) and the status quo bias theory (SQB), a model of influencing factors of users’ switching intention was constructed, taking dissatisfaction and knowledge anxiety as the push, perceived relative advantage and service quality as the pull, and free mentality inertia as the mooring. After collecting 391 questionnaires, the structural equation model was used to test the hypothesis of the model. Results/Conclusion Both pull (dissatisfaction and knowledge anxiety) and push (perceived relative advantage and service quality) positively affect users’ switching intention. As an mooring force, free mentality not only directly impedes user transfer, but also negatively regulates the relationship between perceived relative advantage, service quality and switching intention. In addition, the study found that free mentality is formed by the interaction of habits, uncertain costs and sunk costs. The research results provide valuable insights for online Q&A platforms to develop differentiated marketing strategies.

Abstract： To explore the research hotspots of reader recommendation services in libraries both domestically and internationally in recent years, analyze the pain points and challenges of existing reader recommendation services, and propose ideas for future innovation in recommendation management models and the construction of recommendation systems, in order to improve the quality of library reader recommendation services and promote the transformation of traditional library services to intelligence.Using bibliometric methods, this study sorted out the research on reader recommendation in domestic and foreign libraries, analyzed the latest research results on reader recommendation at home and abroad, and provided an overview and analysis of the publishing body. Using the SWOT method to analyze the reader recommendation model and explore the advantages and disadvantages of the current recommendation management model.Research has found that the traditional recommendation model can no longer fully meet the requirements of smart library construction. Libraries should focus on utilizing resource advantages to build intelligent and personalized recommendation platforms based on user needs, and apply information technology to reader recommendation service scenarios.

Abstract： Objective/Significance The improvement of readers’ reading interest and motivation is one of the important indicators to evaluate the reading promotion effect of university libraries. Reading promotion activities in colleges and universities are mostly simple promotion in the form of reading clubs, ignoring readers’ subjectivity and personalized reading needs. The fixed form and lack of innovation in content make the reading extension service in colleges and universities fall into a bottleneck period of development. Changing the concept of reading promotion service and innovating reading promotion strategy are urgent problems to be solved at present. Method/Process The whole practice process of university reading promotion activities was monitored by means of online literature research, case analysis and data statistics. Taking reader-based thought as the starting point, we introduce the results-oriented (OBE) concept and innovate the reading promotion model. Taking the reading promotion activities of Liaoning Normal University library as an example, the improved reading promotion strategy is applied to design the activity plan, and the effect of reading promotion is verified through concrete practice. Result/Conclusion Through the questionnaire analysis of the reading effect, the effective implementation of the reading promotion strategy of university library based on the improvement of OBE concept has significantly improved in the aspects of satisfying students’ personalized reading needs, enhancing students’ reading interest, and giving full play to readers’ reading subject status. Changing the promotion concept, and innovating the promotion form. deepening the high-quality development of university library reading promotion, and providing effective reference for university library to carry out reading promotion activities.

Abstract： ［Purpose/significance］As one of the earliest news pictorial in China, Dianshizhai Pictorial has important historical value. Based on social network theory and methods, this article uncovers the correlation between word items in Dianshizhai Pictorial to reveal what the news pictorials were concerned about in Late Qing Dynasty. ［Method/process］ Firstly, the corpus was constructed by using General Review of Dianshizhai Pictorial as the corpus source. Secondly, the co-word network was established with Dianshizhai Pictorial inscriptions and postscripts as semantic units. Then, the keyword themes were established through community segmentation. Finally, the temporal egocentric network was constructed with the core keywords in the themes to examine the semantic coevolution of the keywords. ［Result/conclusion］ According to the research results, Dianshizhai Pictorial presents seven core discourse themes: “overseas news” “Shanghai” “strange and bizarre stories” “Chinese women” “Chinese celebrities” “Suzhou” and “illness and disability”.Taking the term “Chinese women” as an example, the chronological egocentric network shows that judicial terms such as “crime”, “murder case” appear more frequently and are evenly distributed, while “marriage” and “concubinage”, as indicators of old and new concepts, show the contrast in strength, which reflects the coexistence and transformation of old and new concepts in the hedge of Chinese and Western cultures. The results also show that social network method can effectively make up for some shortcomings of traditional research methods.

Using online survey methods, this article explores the contents of special collection teaching support services in ten American university libraries, summarizes its service highlights, including their guidance with clear teaching ideas, establishes projects to carry out practical learning, provides teaching guides to promote services, and reflects the trend of digital learning development. Method/process First, it is necessary to analyze the characteristics of readers and subject librarians, and grasp the real needs of readers in order to effectively carry out subject services. Abstract： Abstract： Objective Analyzes the process and experience of cultivating maker culture in the University of La Verne library，so as to provide reference for Chinese university libraries. Methods Through web and literature survey, this paper analyzes the process and experience of cultivating maker culture in the University of La Verne library. Results In Wilson library, University of La Verne, USA, phased development is employed to promote a maker culture on campus. Evaluation is paid heavy emphasis on, and which is the basis of many decisions and adjustments. A large quantity of students has been selected and cultivated to take on lots of important work of the maker center and various events. Limitations The object of the investigation is limited to one institution, the scope of the study is small, and it has certain limitations. Conclusions It is necessary for domestic university libraries to make practical plans according to their own situation. A maker culture should be promoted on campus gradually, economically and efficiently.

Abstract： The purpose of this paper is to accurately grasp the current situation and development trend of research on the services for children and young adults in public libraries in China, to sort out and analyze the shortcomings and defects of the existing researches, and to provide a better reference for future research. Through a literature search of Chinese and English studies on this domain, 3,224 papers were classified into five categories according to research methods, and each category and its subcategories were systematically reviewed. The study found that the research on public library services for children and young adults had a variety of topics. It has a wide range of contents and fit the national requirements and social needs. It mainly focused on the interests of special groups and had its own research characteristics. At the same time, the proportion of non-empirical studies was large, there were fewer studies with depth and persistence, and the international influence was very small. In the future, we should actively draw on the empirical paradigms of other social sciences to study the core issues of this discipline and make the research on library services for children aged 0-18 more detailed and in-depth.

Abstract： Electronic document delivery is increasingly becoming an important adjunct of library literature resources development service. Domestic Regional Library Document Delivery has presented a certain scale, however, the sustainable and healthy development of document delivery are facing more and more prominent problems, of which the legal transfer, the balance of interests between the libraries, transfer efficiency are becoming bottlenecks. Based on analysis of these key issues, the article puts forward some feasible countermeasures, mainly including obtaining publisher authorization, establishing interests balancing mechanism between libraries, and improving the fill rate and efficiency. The author’s purpose is to provide a reference for the efficient implementation of the library document delivery.
