Abstract: 科技发展使得媒介信息技术带来的内容分享成为了新的研究热点。基于 UTAUT-2 模型和启发式-系统式模型,以科普类短视频为研究对象,通过考察内容和技术两个方面,探究影响科普类短视频使用意愿和使用行为因素。经过对 1127 份有效调查问卷的分析,发现短视频的使用习惯与科普类短视频的使用意愿和使用行为有着正向的影响关系,娱乐动机对用户采纳意图的影响大于对科普知识的获取预期。这意味着科普短视频的制作应符合短视频用户的媒介使用习惯,在有限的时长内丰富内容价值,以合集等形式使碎片化内容形成系统;提升账号吸引力,构建与用户间的情感连接以增强用户粘性,巩固粉丝基础;借助国际短视频平台开拓科技类短视频的海外市场。

Abstract: 社交网络上,人们经常因兴趣相同或观念一致而结成圈子,这样的圈层传播与现实生活中的社会交往、人际关系、组织运作方面上有很多的不同。这样的圈子里面每个人的地位都是平等的,用户可以在去中心化的豆瓣小组中自由发言,圈层中的交流跨越了时空界限。在赛博空间中,用户更容易表达出平时生活中不易展露的一面,结识到与自己观念一致的朋友。因此,豆瓣小组组中不少组员都对小组有着很强的归属感,彼此直接有着特定的称谓。本文将针对这一现象,探讨研究在豆瓣小组中,有哪些因素会影响到用户对于小组的归属感。本文将采用网络参与式观察法和问卷调查法,主要是在豆瓣流量较大的小组内发表问卷,收集材料,整理豆瓣小组成员对于进组门槛和小组归属感的看法,整理成相关表格进行研究。 豆瓣小组的进组主要分为两种,一种是有门槛,一种是没有门槛,在有门槛的进组方式中,又细分为看组规答题、才艺展示、和用户邀请等方式,这一过程也是对组员进行筛选。经过筛选才能进的小组,在小组认同的感受上,要强于无门槛的小组。但这个门槛究竟需要如何设置,才能更好的满足用户对小组成员筛选的需求,得出结论。
