Abstract： Purpose/Significance FAIR principle is a data management principle that guarantees the identification, traceability, sharing and reuse of scientific data, and it is of great significance for the improvement of the academic repositories quality by evaluating the application of the FAIR principle in the open data repositories for academic libraries in China. Methods/Process This study constructs a FAIR assessment framework applicable to China’s open data repositories of academic libraries based on the existing FAIR principle framework through network research, and evaluates and analyzes China’s academic libraries’ open data repositories in terms of the four dimensions, namely, finable, accessible, interoperable, and reusable. Results/Conclusions Based on the above research, this study puts forward suggestions for improving the construction of academic libraries’ open data repositories from the aspects of clarifying the repositories’ own positioning, improving data quality, interoperability of platform data, standardizing data standards, and transforming data effectiveness.

Abstract： ［Purpose/Significance］Relying on the advantages of cultural resources of public libraries, explore the construction of children’s reading service brands with Chinese characteristics, and promote the effective implementation of the “double reduction” policy.［Method/Process］ Through literature research method and comparative research method.etc, literature resources searched from WOS database and CNKI database were sorted out, and combined with practical cases, the current situation of the construction of children’s reading service model at home and abroad was analyzed, and the optimization path of the construction of children’s reading service brand in public libraries was summarized. ［Result/Conclusion］ Based on the successful experience of children’s reading service in public libraries at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of children’s reading service brand from seven aspects: policies and regulations, reading space, service efficiency, reading group, reading mode, vocational training and social participation.

Abstract： ［Purpose/Significance］In the digital era, digital literacy has become an essential quality for citizens. It is particularly necessary to investigate the level of digital literacy of the elderly and clarify the differences in digital literacy of the elderly. The investigation and analysis from point to area are helpful to the improvement of digital literacy of the elderly. ［Method/Process］Taking Nantong City of Jiangsu Province as the research area, this paper investigates the level of digital literacy of the elderly from four dimensions: digital consciousness literacy, digital skill literacy, digital security literacy and digital moral literacy, and analyzes the differences in the level of digital literacy of the elderly. ［Result/Conclusion］It is found that the overall level of digital literacy of the elderly in Nantong is low, and there are significant differences in the digital literacy level of the elderly due to age, education, physical health, place of residence, way of living, whether their children support the use of smart devices, and whether they have stable economic sources. Based on the above conclusions, this paper puts forward some measures, such as helping the elderly establish ‘digital confidence’; promoting the aging transformation of intelligent products; advocating the young generation in the family to provide ‘digital back-feeding’ to the elderly; encouraging the conomunity to carry out the elderly intelligent equipment training for the elderly, and reducing the cost of Internet use, which will provide reference for effectively improving the digital literacy of the elderly in China.

Abstract： ［Purpose/Significance］The evaluation of academic papers plays a fundamental and radiant role in the whole scientific evaluation system. It is an important part of the evaluation system to construct the measurement index that can reflect the long-term academic influence of academic papers.［Method/Process］This paper constructs a paper academic impact evaluation method called MGR-KI method for short which can comprehensively consider the citations chain relationship between direct citations and indirect citations, and take into account the level of sustained knowledge contribution of academic achievements, then uses 7652 sets of citation relationships and 14 074 058 citation links involved in 2070 papers in the field of electromagnetic metamaterials as data sources for the empirical research and the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified.［Result/Conclusion］The results show that the academic impact evaluation method based on MGR-KI established in this paper shows stronger differentiation compared with the impact evaluation results of papers based on citation frequency and cited h index, which takes into account the characteristics of different citation types and has fine comparison of different papers.The difference of text similarity calculation methods based on feature dimension and semantic dimension will have a significant impact on the results. More fine-grained researches on knowledge genetic relationship mining and genetic strength calculation methods should be carried out to achieve more accurate measurement and evaluation.

Abstract： ［Purpose/significance］The “Great Ideological and Political Course” is a major theoretical and practical innovation to promote the innovation and development of civic and political education in universities in the new era. University libraries to carry out ideological and political education in the “Great Ideological and Political Course” perspective is not only to play the function of attributes, adapt to the inherent requirements of the development of the times, but also to return to the education of this position, the implementation of the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education important initiatives.［Method/process］This study takes the libraries of 42 “first-class” universities in China as the research object, and researches the ideological and political education activities, space construction, and service mode of educating people in university libraries through literature research, network research and other methods.［Result/conclusion］The research found that the current ideological and political education carried out by university libraries is characterized by diversified educational activities, spatial nurturing characteristics, and synergistic nurturing mode. The article puts forward the practical path of strengthening and improving ideological and political education in university libraries from the perspectives of building a model of ideological and political education, constructing a brand of ideological and political education, exerting the effectiveness of space, and creating a collaborative community of education, with a view to providing references for the innovative development of ideological and political education in university libraries in the new era.

Abstract： ［Purpose/significance］On June 2, 2023, Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee, President of the People’s Republic of China, Chairman of the PRC Central Military Commission,attended a symposium on cultural inheritance and development in Beijing , and delivered a major speech.He made important remarks on Chinese civilization and excellent traditional Chinese culture in his speech.Deeply studying and comprehending the spirit of his speech at the symposium on cultural inheritance and development, it is the duty of philosophical and social science researchers to make contributions to cultural inheritance and development.［Method/process］This article aims to gain a better understanding of the key value of excellent traditional Chinese culture in contemporary society, by examining the historical significance of building China National Archives of Publications and Culture and Chinese Academy of History , as well as the academic value of archaeology.［Result/conclusion］The excellent Chinese tradition is our root and identity, the carrier of aesthetic art, an important force in shaping the quality of citizens, a reference and inspiration for scientific innovation, and a link between cross-cultural communication and world peace.
