Abstract： ［Purpose/significance］This dissertation analyzed the 392 articles published in eight SSCI journals of library science in 2022, summarized the hot topics and frontier topics, so as to provide reference for in-depth research and work practice in the library. ［Method/process］By using the content analysis method, this dissertation systematically reviewed the articles published in 2022 in the following eight journals: Journal of Documentation, College & Research Libraries, Library & Information Science Research, Journal of Librarianship and Information Science, Library Trends, The Library Quarterly, International Journal of Libraries and Information Studies, and The Journal of Academic Librarianship, from the aspects of research theme and content.［Result/conclusion］The analysis results showed that foreign library science research in 2022 covered ten topics: information behavior and user research, library management, library service, the basic theory of library and information science, subject education and teaching, information literacy, information processing and knowledge management, information measurement and information analysis, information ethics, and digital humanities; the research topics include information behavior and user research, library management and library service, and the frontier focused on two research topics of digital humanities and the basic theory of library and information science development. Taking this as a revelation, the future library science should take strengthening the library responsibility as the research content, and focus on the minority and weak reader groups.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Taking the COVID-19 pandemic as a breakthrough, to make up for the lack of public knowledge management in the field of LIS, and to do a good job in the knowledge management research of public safety emergency management. [Method/process] Through the analysis and comparison of theoretical and practical circles at home and abroad, a suitable development model of public knowledge management for China was obtained. [Result/conclusion] By studying public knowledge management for public safety, the frequency of public safety emergencies can be reduced and the main body of disaster-bearers can be protected.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Knowledge management is an important course in library science. In order to promote the combination of theory and practice, it is necessary to reshape the teaching mode of “knowledge management” course. [Method/process] This paper combed the status quo of “knowledge management” course teaching at home and abroad, and then introduced the course teaching of “knowledge management” based on knowledge management method from two aspects: teaching stage and teaching topic. [Result/ conclusion] This paper summarizes the teaching effect of knowledge management method. This course embodies the spirit of “sharing, management and innovation”, and focuses on training students’ knowledge organization ability, planning and design ability and logicality, hoping to guide the further development of domestic “knowledge management” course.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance]This paper puts forward the suitable development ideas of cultural and creative products for Chinese public libraries.[Method/process]By methods of network investigation, this article selects ten representative gift shops of public library in foreign countries as the research objects. Then, it browses, analyzes, reviews and records all of the cultural and creative products included in the website, and analyzes the categories of cultural and creative products of foreign public libraries from the viewpoint of product carrier type and content.[Result/conclusion]This paper provides new methods to develop cultural and creative products of Chinese public library:taking library collection and historical inheritance as developing route (extract library characteristic element; show the implication of classic collection;inherit library history culture), taking literature reading and characteristic culture as developing route (merge the theme of reading literature; enrich regional characteristic culture; memorize the culture of the festival),taking user requirements and creative service as developing route(cultivate the curiosity of young children; customize the suitable products for different groups;invite users experience design; create distinctive brand cultural and creative products).

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Knowledge services enter a new era, due to the comprehensive impact of various technological environments and social environments, knowledge services face new opportunities and challenges. Study the development process of knowledge service, explore the ideas, horizons and how to realize the transformation of knowledge service in the new era to promote the development of knowledge service theory and practice.[Method/process] The knowledge service is divided into two stages:pre-knowledge service and post-knowledge service. By comparing, this paper reveals the different environments and characteristics of each stage. Facing the future, it puts forward the development ideas and requirements for the post-knowledge service era from the perspectives of ideas, horizon and transformation.[Result/conclusion] The pre-knowledge service era is the result of the transformation of information services, It presents three major directions:technicalization, informatization and digitalization. The post-knowledge service era requires updating the ideas, expanding the horizon, and promoting the transformation of knowledge services from the combination of technology and humanities, multidisciplinary and intelligent.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Blue books are followed from their introduction into China under the Qing government. Through a subsequent century of formal diversification and proliferation, blue books have developed into versions with Chinese characteristics. This paper reported on the evolution of the blue book in China, and on the various factors which have influenced that evolution. [Method/process] This paper suggests a three-stage model of the blue book's history in China:Introduction (before 1985), Generation (from 1985 to 1999), and Proliferation (after 2000), and provides an overview and data visualization on form changes and subject-area distribution of the blue book in the three stages. [Result/conclusion] The term "blue book" has acquired somewhat different meanings in various countries and periods. Today, the blue book has been transformed from an official document in a European/US setting into a research report in China. Blue book publishing in China is rooted in the social system at large to record, analyze and predict the developments of a number of areas. Contextual factors affecting the blue book's development include:political ideology, social conditions, influence of publishing houses, historical choice and convention.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] In the context of the new era of cultural and tourism integration in China, with the growing cultural needs of the people, the library to carry out brand marketing in line with the characteristics of regional culture, can meet the needs of users on the basis of improving the library's social reputation. [Method/process] This paper reviewed the hot spots of public library brand marketing in recent five years at home and abroad, and made a systematic analysis of the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats of public library brand marketing in China by means of SWOT analysis. Based on the above research results, the brand marketing model of public library was constructed based on the 4C marketing theory, and the case of Shanghai library, which has won IFLA international marketing award, and Guangzhou library, which has a user group of more than 3.5 million people, was taken as an example. [Result/conclusion] The brand marketing model of China's public libraries is operable and has strong application value for urban public libraries. Brand marketing of public libraries should focus on the needs of readers and focus on the three dimensions of communication, cost and convenience.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The interview method is the most widely used qualitative research data acquisition method in the field of library and information research. The analysis of the application of the interview method in the field of library and information science in China can provide reference for optimizing the application of the interview method. [Method/process] This paper conducted bibliometrics and content analysis on the 534 papers published in 18 core journals in the field of library and information science in China, and made an in-depth analysis on the application status, application characteristics and existing problems of interview method. [Result/conclusion] The paper puts forward the strategy of optimizing the application of interview method in the field of library and information science from the five dimensions which are design, standard, inspection, depth and reflection.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] In the face of the fifth round of discipline evaluation, "new liberal arts" construction, iSchool movement and other disciplines development environment changes at home and abroad, library discipline construction is facing new opportunities and challenges. The research returns to the fundamental of Library Science, and puts forward that Library Science needs to be fixed and innovated. At the same time, it should be coordinated with the construction of first-class discipline of Library Information and Archives Management, so as to provide enlightenment for the long-term development of library science education and first-class discipline construction in China. [Method/process] Based on the analysis of the origin of Library Science, the collaborative development of Library Science education and first-level discipline, this paper discussed the new situation of Library Science discipline construction and Library Information and Archives Management first-level discipline construction in China. [Result/conclusion] This paper puts forward the three fundamentals of Library Science, emphasizes that the construction of library science should be based on solid foundation and innovation, carries out the construction of Library Science with the view of collaborative construction, and puts forward that the construction of library science should have the development view of strategy, collaboration and high quality.

Abstract： [Purpose/Significance] Under the background of high-quality development, the internal and external environment of libraries has changed greatly, and new characteristics of libraries have emerged. Library statistics, one of the important means of efficient management and scientific decision-making, can no longer fully cover and reflect the transformation of libraries and need to build a new national standard for library statistics.[Method/Process] By using the methods of network survey and comparative analysis, this paper summarized the main indicators of the development cycle and content structure of international, foreign and domestic library statistical standards.[Result/Conclusion] Based on the comparison of the development of international standards, and domestic and foreign library statistical standards, this paper carries out an in-depth analysis of the current national standards for library statistics, finds that there are mainly dilemmas of the way of formulation, the standard cycle, statistical dimensions and statistical indexes, and proposes the construction path of the new generation of national standards of library statistics around theory, leadership, generality and specialization. The paper aims to provide references for the revision of national standards of library statistics, improve library services, and enhance the status of libraries.

Abstract： Various kinds of cultural resources collected in libraries, archives and museums (LAMs) are an important part of the profound and splendid culture that has been created in the development process of China's civilization. Relying on the cultural resources in the collections of LAMs, the creative development of resources is conducive to promoting the creative transformation and innovative development of the excellent traditional Chinese culture. Similarly, it is also the important means to enrich the spiritual and cultural life of the people and to meet the diversified consumer needs. Moreover, it is the inevitable requirement to enhance the service capacity of institutions, improve the service level and enrich the service content. In order to better promote the integration and reference of theory and practice in the creative development of cultural resources in LAMs, and improve the theoretical level and experience of creative cultural research, 7 experts were invited to attend the seminar on relevant theory and practice: (1) To construct cultural creativity with Chinese characteristics: it is suggested that the development of cultural creativity be elevated to the height of serving the national strategy, so that the theoretical research of cultural creativity could be further strengthened, and the relevant research of cultural creativity could be developed as an important interdisciplinary field. (2) Creative development of cultural resources and reproduction of social memory: social memory is not only the core of cultural elements, but also the meaning framework or conceptual framework for understanding the value of cultural creative products. The article puts forward some suggestions and strategies, such as establishing the dialogue and communication mechanism of LAMs, expanding cultural and creative ways of thinking around the reproduction of the form of memory-content-meaning, and focusing on digital humanities to promote the transformation and development of cultural and creative products in LAMs. (3) The creative development of literature resources under the national culture digitization strategy: institutions such as libraries and archives begin to strive for the digital creative transformation of cultural resources, which provides reference for the digital upgrading of the development of creative products of literature resources in our country. (4) Thinking on the development of cultural creative products in museums: museums inherit and disseminate excellent traditional culture through innovative cultural products as the medium, help these products reach consumers and gain wide popularity through various means. This article summarizes the problems in the practice of cultural innovation in museums, and thinks about the road to sustainable development in the future while people are rejoicing in the cultural innovation craze in museums. (5) The practice and thinking of cultural innovation in libraries: based on the analysis of the similarities and differences between libraries and museums in cultural innovation, the paper summarizes the problems in practice and puts forward a new path of cultural innovation in libraries. (6) It is a successful case that the National Library of China conducts cultural and creative development in the way of enterprise operation. Not only does it start innovate ways of protecting and inheriting classics, make classic works come alive, improve the level of utilize classics and realize leapfrog development of cultural and creative works, but also it is of great significance to innovate the ways of library services and enhance the influence and competitiveness of library services. (7) Thinking on the creative development of "Library Gifts" series: the paper summarizes the cases and experiences of "Library Gifts" series' cultural and creative development in the National Library of China, and puts forward some opinions on the development of cultural and creative products by libraries.
