Abstract： In the context of promoting the construction of philosophical and social science discourse system and renam#2;
ing the discipline of LIS, further clarification of the impact of the discipline’s renaming on its discourse system can help
promote the development of the discipline and adapt to the changes of the times. The article firstly adopts the method
of lit erature research to sort out the current development of the discourse system o f the discipline of information
resources management, deconstructs the discourse of the discipline and explains the change process of the core concepts
and the context of the discipline, and then takes the journal articles in the two major databases of Chinese core journal
criterion of PKU and CSSCI during the period of 11 years from 2012-2022 to analyze the impact of the change on
the discourse system of the discipline. In addition, we use the journal articles of Peking University Core and CSSCI
databases during the 11 years from 2012 to 2022 as the corpus to explore the status and development of academic
discourse in the discipline of library intelligence and archive management in the recent decad e by constructing the
semantic network and other methods, and then we explore the basic structure and construction path of the discourse
system of the discipline of information resources management.

Abstract： The publication ethics is the foundation and prerequisite for the development of scientific journals． Against the backdrop of vigorously promoting the construction of world-class scientific journals in China，the standardization construction of publication ethics is particularly urgent．As an important component of scientific research integrity，the standardization construction of publication ethics in scientific journals should comply with national policy requirements． This article comprehensively collected relevant policies on publication ethics in China，and through quantitative analysis of policy literature and grounded theoretical analysis，clarified the evolution of scientific journals publication ethics policies，the theoretical model for the standardization of publication ethics，and the changes in the content of publication ethics policies． Through the analysis of research results， it can be concluded that China is attaching increasing importance to the integrity and ethical governance of scientific journals; the basic framework for the standardization construction of publication ethics in scientific journals includes the overall requirements，the content of publication ethics， and the measures to ensure the implementation of publication ethics，of which the latter two are the key elements．

Abstract： Purposes To explore the collaborative development path of scientific journal and preprint platform, and put forward the collaborative development strategy of scientific journal and preprint platform, so as to provide reference for building a new academic exchange model in the open science era. Methods International representative cases of cooperation between scientific journal and preprint platform were selected, and descriptive case study was used to summarize and sort out the characteristics of existing typical cooperation models, from which the collaborative development path of scientific journal and preprint platform was extracted. Findings The research found that there are three collaborative paths in the cooperation between scientific journal and preprint platform, which are resource collaboration driven by platform development, process collaboration driven by user demand, and goal collaboration driven by open science. Conclusions It is suggested that scientific journal and stakeholders of preprint should fully understand the benefits of collaborative development, continuously strengthen the awareness of collaborative development, formulate collaborative development policies as soon as possible, and jointly build a collaborative development ecology.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The basic meanings and conception framework of user-centered library service are summarized and discussed, to promote user-centeredness as the fundamental principle of library service.[Method/process] Imitating the heliocentric theory and geocentric theory in the astronomy, the place and function of "user" and "service" in the survival and development of libraries are expounded and analyzed from user-centered idea, user-centered practice, and strengthening user service capability.[Result/conclusion] The user-centered library service idea must be established and practiced. Meanwhile, library service capability and core competitive force must be improved. The core competitive force is not resource, but service, even more knowledge service. Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The construction of new types of think tanks with Chinese characteristics is the national strategy. It is not only the need of libraries' business developmentto participate in the think tank construction, but also an important strategy in the new era.[Method/process] Through analyzing the relationship between libraries and think tanks, this paper explored the path of the library support for the think tank construction, summarizedthe main tasks and measures of the library participation in the think tank construction, and gradually defined the mechanism by whichlibraries supported the construction of think tanks.[Result/conclusion] The library is closely related to the think tank and should play a role in the construction of think tanks as well. Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The definition of the concept of scientific data literacy and the grasp of its connotation structure are the basis for the theoretical research and educational practice of scientific data literacy.[Method/process] Based on the information literacy theory and the scientific data life cycle theory, this paper defined the core connotation of "scientific data literacy" on the basis of theoretical research and practical progress at home and abroad, analyzed the origin background and ability requirements of various types of literacy closely related to it, and established the connotation structure system of scientific data literacy.[Result/conclusion] This paper constructed the process structure system based on the scientific research workflow and scientific data life cycle, and the object structure system centered on scientific data literacy education goals under the new data environment. In addition, the data behavior processes and data training objectives were connected and unified organically, and the Process-Object structure system of the scientific data literacy was constituted, which clarifies the goals and specific implementation paths that scientific data literacy should achieve. Finally, the above work will lay a theoretical foundation for scientific data literacy research.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The article aims for exploring the transformation of library capability structure and elements brought by the changing of user needs and behaviors in the digital and networked era.[Method/process] By analyzing the changes of library environment and user needs, demonstrates that libraries should implement the transformation from resource-based capability to service-based capability.[Result/conclusion] Libraries need to establish new service capabilities to adapt to the new needs of users, speed up the capabilities transformation from resource-based to service-based ones, and rebuild the new capacity of libraries.

Abstract： Taking the country's promotion of the establishment of a discourse system of philosophy and social sciences as the main research background, this paper explores the impact of the renaming of the first-level discipline of library information and archives management on the construction of the discourse system of the discipline. Through literature research and corpus analysis, this paper clarifies the basic meaning and transformation relationship of core concepts such as discourse system, sorts out the current situation of the discourse system of information resource management discipline, analyzes the existing deficiencies, and then discusses the basic structure of the discourse system construction of information resource management discipline with the build path.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The change of information environment and the evolution of the research paradigm bring about new opportunities for information literacy education, so we need to rethink the traditional information literacy education, from traditional information literacy education to beyond information literacy education, and to promote the changes of information literacy education model.[Method/process] By analyzing the concepts and connotations of information, information literacy and the evolution, this paper made a comparative analysis of the two systems of information literacy education and beyond information literacy education, and based on the practice of University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, the structural changes of information literacy education were outlined.[Result/conclusion] The key of beyond information literacy education is that the purpose of information literacy education needs to be clear, the goal needs to be advanced, the perspective needs to be switched, and the effect needs to be reflected. The strategies are to train users from general ability to advanced ability, cross the disciplinary boundary of information literacy education, realize the reform of information literacy content and system, focus on the application of education and teaching techniques, develop the appropriate context of beyond information literacy education, and improve the spatial configuration of beyond information literacy.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] By discussing professor Meng Liansheng’s academic thoughts and practical course, we can understand the development of libraryship to some extent, and provide experience and reference for future exploration and progress. [Method/process] The article applied content analysis, bibliometrics and interview methods to collect, sort out and analyze various types of materials and data to form research conclusions. [Result/conclusion] Professor Meng has the courage of academic exploration, pursuit of practical innovation, and has opened a precedent for the research and construction of Chinese Citation Database. It has made great achievements in the essential relationship between scientific research and information science, the development of literature and information industry, the construction of scientific and technological information resources, information retrieval of scientific and technological literature, and the theory and practice of digital library in China. Professor Meng’s rigorous academic research, accumulation of knowledge, seeking truth from facts and excellence in the spirit of "refining the characters" is admirable. And his teaching style of "moisturizing things silently" is admired by all his students.
