• Dynamic analysis method of safety risk of capacity control system based on bayesian network and variable weight AHP

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the stepless capacity control system of reciprocating compressor has a high failure rate and great impact on the operation of the unit, and the existing risk assessment methods of the compressor operation are difficult to complete the real-time and quantitative risk assessment, a risk dynamic analysis method of the safety of stepless capacity control system was proposed, which integrated Bayes network and variable weight AHP. The Bayesian network model, which included fault type, fault mode and monitoring signal, was established to obtain the real-time probability of fault occurrence. Based on variable weight analytic hierarchy process (AHP), a semi-quantitative analysis model of fault hazard was established, and the influence index of fault mode was calculated. Further, the fault risk calculation formula of FMEA method was modified, the probability of fault occurrence was introduced, and the calculation method of historical fault and real-time operation risk was proposed. The results showed that the new method proposed in this paper could quantify the real-time and historical operating risks of computer units, and the normalized real-time operating risk threshold was setted as 0.5 to determine the need for maintenance. The research results can provide quantitative indexes for the establishment of inspection and maintenance plans for reciprocating compressors and gas volume regulation systems.

    Abstract: Aim to the present situation that the multi-point support electric leveling device is prone to virtual leg phenomenon in the leveling process, a method to determine the virtual leg of multi-sensory electric leveling device based on inclinationspin and output current of servo motor drive controller was proposed. The structure composition model of commonly used four-point support electric leveling device was constructed. Meanwhile, a leveling platform model was established by taking four-point support electric leveling device as an example. The principle of the proposed method, the decision strategy of pursuing height and multiple perception, the decision method of virtual leg and the decision procedure flow of the specific implementation process are described in detail, can effectively eliminate the phenomenon of virtual legs without adding new configurations, and can provide reference for automatic leveling and preventing virtual legs of construction machinery and land defense vehicle platform equipment.

    Abstract: Thermochromic liquid crystal belongs to cholesteric liquid crystal, which has significant optical rotation effect and high sensitivity to temperature changes. It is widely used for measuring the surface temperature of objects. In the experimental research of flow and heat transfer, it is very necessary to study the heat transfer distribution on the inner surface of the channel. The temperature field on the surface of the channel is measured by the transient liquid crystal, and then the surface heat transfer coefficient as well as Nusselt number are deduced, which has become a trend in the research of gas turbine blade cooling. This paper establishes a test system based on transient liquid crystal experimental technology. The color is described using the HSV color model, and the color-temperature relationship is obtained after calibration. The heat conduction process is solved, and the Nusselt number distribution diagram as well as the average Nusselt number of the inner wall surface of the channel are obtained. Comparing the experiment results with the theoretical calculation values, the two are in good agreement.
