Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper studies the impact of multi-dimensional characteristics on Social Q&A Communities answer ranking, which can improve the service quality in Social Q&A Communities and optimize the user experience.[Method/process] This paper constructed a Social Q&A Communities answer ranking feature system from the answer feature, respondent feature and voter feature dimensions, and then we compared the applicability of 11 ranking learning algorithms based on deep learning, tree, neural network and support vector machine in Social Q&A Communities data set, and train random forest classification algorithm to get the importance of each feature.[Result/conclusion] The experimental results show that the sorting learning algorithm based on deep learning performs better than other sorting algorithms in NDCG@k and MRR indexes, and the influence characteristics of voters are very important, followed by the content characteristics of the answers, and finally the professional characteristics of the respondents. From the two dimensions of increasing the diversity of the answer ranking method and improving the comprehensiveness of the answer ranking algorithm, we provide some suggestions for the optimization of community answer ranking.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper reveals the user's functional requirements for the university's smart library, and clarifies what kind of functions the user expects the university's smart library to implement, and in what form, etc. [Method/process] Using expert consultation, group discussion, and other methods, the 29 major functional items of the university smart library were refined, and Kano model analysis method, mixed class analysis, and Better-Worse satisfaction index analysis method were used to identify the user's functional needs of the university's smart library 4 levels of content and transformation path. [Result/conclusion] The functional requirements of university smart libraries are hierarchical and dynamic, which determines the morphological characteristics, stage characteristics and process characteristics of the construction of smart libraries in universities, University library needs to meet the needs of standard users, clarifies the actual status of the current smart library construction, and then focuses on the key points and distinctive characteristics according to their own needs, and advances the construction of smart library in different stages and stages, and gradually realizes the needs of users full coverage. With the continuous evolution of user functional requirements, the construction of university smart library must also adjust the construction strategy at any time.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Community tags generated based on the mining of community topics and users' interests in network social platforms can improve the timeliness and accuracy of the definition of community, and solve the difficulties of user information acquisition and network community selection. [Method/process] Through in-depth analysis of the network community, it was determined that the community features can be represented according to the community topics and users' interests. Firstly, the BTM model of topic extraction was used to train the topic model of network social topics, and the pre-label of network social topics was obtained. Then, based on the different important node indexes of community members' interest tag network, the TOPSIS multi-index comprehensive evaluation method was used to mine the overall interest of members, so as to obtain the interest pre-label of members of the network community. After combining the two results, the community tag was generated and optimized. And this paper took "Douban Group" as an example for demonstration. [Result/conclusion] The community tag generation model based on community topics and members' interests can accurately mine the main interests and recent concerns. Tag generation of the community as a whole is conducive to the selection of interest groups of network users.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper explored the factors that influence users' transfer intention from the perspective of brand extension, and provided a reference for the knowledge Q&A platform to improve the quality of paid Q&A service and user' willingness to pay.[Method/process] By conducting a Verbal Report test, we examined the 15 users' cognition of the native Q&A platform, its free Q&A service and its paid Q&A extension service, in order to identify whether there is a mother-child relationship between free and paid knowledge service products. By constructing the structural equation model to explore the internal mechanism by which brand extension factors affect users' paid Q&A service transfer intention.[Result/conclusion] Knowledge paid Q&A is not an absolute new thing. Brand extension has an important value in the formation of user' new cognition of paid services. Perceived fit and perceived difference had significant positive impacts on their transfer intention. In addition to direct effects, its influence mechanism could also be achieved indirect effects by affecting extension attitude. Perceived tie affected users' intention to transfer by influencing extension attitude. Parent brand quality negatively regulated the relationship between perceived fit and transfer intention.

Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] Rural revitalization is an important strategy to solve the three rural issues. This paper divides the policy instruments involved in rural revitalization into supply, demand and environment, and discusses the impact of different policy instruments on rural revitalization through empirical research. [Methods / processes] Based on Chinese time series data from 2006 to 2020, rural revitalization evaluation index system is constructed, rural revitalization effects are allocated by entropy weight method, and different kinds of policies are empirically analyzed by the vector autoregression model. The level of impact and contribution of tools to rural revitalization; [Result/Conclusion] The results show that the impact of policy instruments on rural revitalization has gradually increased with the number of phases, from 44.96% in the initial phase to 50.57% in the second phase. After that, they remained around 44%; the contribution rate of environmental policy tools reached a maximum of 12.32% in the sixth period, the contribution rate of supply-type policy tools reached a maximum of 15.29% in the second period, and the demand-based policy tools reached the maximum in the early stage. Value ratio 34.51%. Therefore, to improve the implementation effect of rural revitalization, while improving the system of policy tools, we should pay attention to flexible use of various policy tools to form the greatest synergy."
