An Empirical Analysis of Digital Trade Promoting Common Prosperity

Abstract: The rise of digital trade in rural areas has accumulated rich previous experience, economic resources and entrepreneurial opportunities for entrepreneurial activities, which can effectively drive the successful development of entrepreneurship and the spontaneous growth of the rural economy, injecting more innovative vitality into the rural economy. Digital trade can achieve common prosperity between urban and rural areas in channels, resources and markets by connecting urban and rural entrepreneurship channels, integrating urban and rural entrepreneurial resources, and opening up urban and rural entrepreneurial markets, thereby narrowing the gap between urban and rural wealth and poverty. The research of this group believes that the role of digital trade in promoting the entrepreneurial activities of rural returnees can be strengthened by improving the laws and regulations related to rural returnee entrepreneurship, promoting vocational training for rural returnee entrepreneurs, and encouraging cross-sectoral cooperation among returnee entrepreneurs, so as to better achieve common prosperity.
