Abstract: Load inversion is of great significance in fields like automotive engineering and medical domain,etc.At present,commonly used methods generally have the problems of too many observation points,large amount of calculation and low calculation efficiency.In order to efficiently and accurately invert the load of rectangular thin plate through the deflection of a few observation points,in this paper,a load inversion of adaptive network-based fuzzy inference system(ANFIS)is optimized based on particle swarm optimization(PSO). Analytical method was used to solve the deflections of rectangular thin plates under different concentrated loads as training samples,and the deflections of four observation points were input. PSO was then used to optimize the fitness of the ANFIS,and the position and size of the concentrated load are retrieved. The results show that the PSO can effectively improve the accuracy of ANFIS model,and the increase of iteration times of ANFIS can improve the accuracy. In the PSO-ANFIS model,the maximum residuals of load positions xF、yF and load F were 0.027 m,0.025 m and 0.126 N,and the maximum relative errors were 5.00%,4.40% and 4.50%,respectively.

Abstract: Abstruct: The polar codes proposed by Arikan caused much attention due to their simple structure. As a high-performance channel encoding, polar codes will achieve good performances once the code length N is greater than 210. On the basis of the Successive Cancelation (SC) decoding algorithm, the decoding latency increases with the increase of code length. By analysis of the position of frozen bits and the SC decoder architecture, this paper proposed an improved SC decoding algorithm, which effectively reduces the latency of the traditional SC decoder algorithm. The algorithm improves the decoding delay by 50% compared to the original. What’s more, it further improves the error correction capability of the decoding algorithm by using the Succession Cancellation Single-Bit-Flipping.

Abstract: In order to solve the problem that the parameters of quad-rotor aircraft ADRC controller are difficult to set, and it is hard to get the optimal control effect due to manual parameter tuning, this paper proposed a design method of adaptive disturbance rejection controller based on improved particle swarm optimization for quad-rotor. After designed the ADRC controller of quad-rotor, this method iteratively optimized the parameters of the controller as particles in the particle swarm. At the same time, based on the traditional particle swarm optimization and referring to genetic algorithm, it cross-guaranteed the particles with poor fitness value to Improve the diversity of particles, and to speed up the search speed. The simulation results show that compared with the controller with manual tuning parameters, the optimized controller has less overshoot and faster adjusting time. This method can solve the difficulty of manual parameter setting of quad-rotor aircraft ADRC controller, and the optimized controller has better control performance.

Abstract:[目的/意义]媒介进化促使复合阅读呈现,Z世代是经典复合阅读的有生力量。通过探索该群体的多层次阅读需求与多样化寻求行为,为未来分众阅读服务升级以及经典作品推广传播提供参考价值。[方法/过程]基于需求层次理论,采用混合研究方法,以半结构式访谈开展质性研究,构建Z世代经典复合阅读的“需求—满足”模型;通过问卷调查收集 Z 世代读者数据并开展量化研究,利用SPSS 26.0 和 AMOS 26.0 进行数据分析和假设检验。基于研究结果提出服务策略。[结果/结论]在生理需求已满足的前提下,安全需求、爱与归属需求、尊重需求、认知需求、审美需求及自我实现需求,均对Z世代经典复合阅读的多样化寻求行为产生显著正向影响。多样化寻求行为与感知价值在Z世代的阅读需求与读者满足之间存在中介效应。

Abstract: Background Food intake and energy expenditure are regulated by both neural signals of hypothalamus and peripheral systems,with the neuropeptide Nesfatin-1,released from hypothalamus,playing a significant role in inhibiting food intake,while Ghrelin,secreted by the digestive mucosa,facilitates food intake. However,the roles of these two neuro peptides in the progression of obesity and diabetes mellitus remain unclear. Objective This study aims to explore the correlation betweenNesfatin-1,Ghrelin,and parameters such as blood glucose levels,insulin resistance,and blood lipids,and to analyze their involvement in glucose and lipid metabolism to provide novel insights for the prevention and treatment of metabolic diseases, including diabetes and obesity. Methods A total of 170 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM),hospitalized in the Department of Endocrinology at the First Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College between January 2020 and February 2021,were selected as the experimental group. Additionally,85 healthy individuals who underwent physical examinations during the same period were included as the control group. Comprehensive clinical information and test indexes for both groups were gathered,and serum levels of Nesfatin-1 and Ghrelin were measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The correlation among Nesfatin-1,Ghrelin,glucose and lipid metabolism,as well as chronic complications of diabetes and diabetes duration, were evaluated using Pearson correlation analysis and Spearman rank correlation analysis. The predictive values of Nesfatin-1 and Ghrelin for diagnosing diabetes mellitus were assessed by plotting the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves. Results Nesfatin-1 levels were negatively correlated with glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c),fasting blood glucose,body mass index (BMI),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR),visceral fat area (VFA), and subcutaneous fat area (SFA) [r(rs)=-0.58,-0.59,-0.51,-0.26,-0.23,-0.37,-0.27,P<0.05]. In contrast, Ghrelin levels exhibited positive correlations with these indicators [r(rs)=0.41,0.41,0.43,0.15,0.24,0.50,0.30, P<0.05]. The Nesfatin-1 levels of T2DM group was lower than the control group,and the Ghrelin levels.of T2DM group was higher than the control group,both difference were statistically significant(P<0.001). The area under the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve indicated that Ghrelin had a predictive value for T2DM with an AUC of 0.861 (95%CI=0.816-0.906) and an optimal cutoff value of 30.328 μg/L. For Nesfatin-1,which AUC was 0.764 (95%CI=0.704-0.824) with an optimal cutoff value of 78.579 μg/L. Conclusion Nesfatin-1 and Ghrelin regulate glucose and lipid metabolism by influencing blood glucose levels and insulin resistance,and both have predictive value for the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus.

Abstract: Based on the group-algebra theory, we illustrate how to build the quadrupole-quadrupole dynamics for the identical fermion and boson systems within the s, d single-particle orbits, by which the influence of identity principle on the many-body dynamical structures of nuclei is discussed. The results indicate that the dimension of low-spin states in the identical fermion system with a given number of particle is much larger than the corresponding situation in the identical boson system, which means that the former can involve a richer rotational structure than the latter under similar conditions. The present analysis provides an example for analyzing nuclear structural model using the SU(3) group-algebra theory

Abstract: Experimental evidences at the relativistic heavy ion collisions (RHIC) and large hadron collider (LHC) have demonstrated the formation of quark gluon plasma (QGP) in ultra-relativistic heavy-ion collisions at a small baryon chemical potential, where the phase transition from hadronic matter to QGP is suggested to be a crossover from state-of-the-art lattice quantum chromodynamics (QCD) calculations. It has been conjectured that there is a firstorder phase transition and a critical point at a finite μB region in the QCD phase diagram. This study reviewed recent progress in searching for the QCD critical point from RHIC-STAR experiments.

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] To provide an important reference for the optimization of subject journal collection and to promote the university subjects construction, this paper develops a unified quantitative method for the priority the subject journal collection guarantee in university libraries. And based on this method, it carries out a refined evaluation on the guarantee of subject journal collection in university library. [Method/process] Starting from the user’s resource utilization behavior and needs in the academic research process, this paper made a thorough and systematical combing to the target set of the subjects journals construction. According to the quantitative description of subject journals’ need relevance and importance, it put forward the priority measurement model of subject journal guarantee. Then the model was applied to empirical analysis of journal collection evaluation of ESI biology and biochemistry in University of Electronic Science and Technology. [Result/conclusion] According to the model, this paper not only achieves the quantitative ranking for each journal’s guarantee priority in a subject target collection set, but also further quantifies the support degree of each full-text database for the subject journal, which provides new ideas for the evaluation of subject journal in university libraries.

Abstract:关中平原城市群作为我国西北缺水地区最大的城市群,探讨水资源、社会经济、生态系统的协调关系对实现地区水治理和区域可持续发展意义重大。以关中平原城市群11个地级市为研究对象,通过建立水资源、社会经济、生态系统发展水平测度指标体系,计算2006—2020年三系统发展水平得分,利用耦合协调模型测算分析耦合协调性,并运用障碍度函数探测耦合协调度的主要制约因素。结果表明:(1)2006—2020年关中平原城市群各地级市水资源、社会经济、生态系统发展水平均呈递增趋势且表现出明显的空间分级。(2)城市群的耦合协调度由2006年的轻度失调状态提升至2020年的基本协调状态,在空间上耦合协调度表现为“核心城市>周边城市>外围城市”的发展格局。(3)关中平原城市群11个地级市耦合协调度的主要障碍因子表现出明显差异,根据障碍因子结果水资源-社会经济-生态系统协调发展模式可分为水源限制下的综合发展模式(核心城市)、生态环境落后模式(周边城市)和社会经济落后模式(外围城市)3种类型。

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] In post-pandemic era, personal information has become the core data resource for community governance. Under the premise of privacy protection, how to create a more harmonious scene of personal information applications, is an urgent question to be solved in the modernization of community governance based on big data.[Method/process] The residents' perspective was used as the entry point, the scenario variables of community governance were set from three aspects:interest tendency, security relevance and disclosure degree, and analyzed the influence mechanism of scenarios on the intention to disclose personal information through questionnaire survey, combined the characteristics of personal attributes to reveal the laws of different population, and then discussed the optimization suggestions for community governance of personal information application scenarios.[Result/conclusion] Research shows, residents are affected by OCB factors, which makes them have a higher intention to disclose personal information in the public benefit scenarios and highly security-related scenarios; while personal information is being used for community governance, adding personalized service feedback will help improve disclosure intention; the collection of personal data in the community should focus on the distribution of individual attributes of residents, and respond to residents' concerns as much as possible.

Abstract:基于斑块尺度的生境适宜性研究,可以通过物种分布的景观格局特征,推导出研究区的景观适宜性,有利于景观规划决策。研究首先分析农业用地对神农架川金丝干扰的阈值,其次采用泊松回归构建基于斑块尺度的包含植被类型、斑块特征和人为干扰特征的猴群分布模型,依据模型结果叠加道路适宜性分级图对川金丝猴适宜生境进行评价。结果显示:(1)农业用地干扰阈值为2000 m;(2)最优模型显示猴群偏好面积大、形状简单的寒温性针叶林、寒温性针叶-落叶阔叶混交林、温性针叶-落叶阔叶混交林斑块,对农业用地具有回避性;(3)道路干扰已成为川金丝猴迁移的主要障碍,川金丝猴分布区受到的农业干扰较小,但其成为阻碍川金丝猴扩张分布区的屏障。建议神农架保护区全面开展道路与旅游景点对野生动物干扰的监测。

Abstract: Disadvantages of the present candidate metallic materials for bipolar plate are low corrosion resistance and high contact resistance in acidic environment for an extended period of time that can cause power degradation or cell failure. Therefore, great attempts are conducted to improve the corrosion resistance of metals while keeping low contact resistance. In the present study a high- energy micro- arc alloying process is adopted to prepare a TiCN coating on 304 stainless steel bipolar plates with a metallurgical bonding between the coating and substrate. The corrosion characteristics of TiCN coatings are seriously affected by deposition parameters such as output voltage, power, frequency, and flow rate of gas. The results showed that with the increasing power, the diameter of the deposited circles of TiCN increased while the corrosion current density of the coating decreased; with the increasing frequency and the decreasing pulse energy for a single deposited spot, the corrosion current density of the coating increased. The effect of deposition parameters on corrosion behavior of TiCN coatings is also discussed in detail.

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Identifying the trajectory of development is of great importance to scientific and technological innovations. However, existing methods such as expert interviews and citation analysis cannot meet the current situation of the explosive growth of literature. In response to this problem, this paper proposes a new identification method of filed development trajectory. [Method/process] This method identifies the research topics and related scholars by using Kmeans ++ and spectral clustering algorithms with the keyword-scholar matrix, calculates the correlation between different topics, and finally visualizes the trajectory of developmen. [Result/conclusion] Through the empirical analysis of the field of artificial intelligence, the results show that the method can effectively reflect the evolution of the topic of field research, help researchers quickly locate popular research topics and focuses, and enrich the research methods related to the trajectory of field development.

Abstract:脆弱性评估是研究气候变化影响野生动物的重要内容,识别野生动物脆弱性,是适应和减缓气候变化影响的关键和基础。开展气候变化背景下野生动物的脆弱性评估工作,目的是为了确定易受气候变化影响的物种和明确导致物种脆弱性的因素,其评估结果有助于人类认识气候变化对野生动物的影响,为野生动物适应气候变化保护对策的制定提供科学依据。对野生动物而言(物种),脆弱性是物种受气候变化影响的程度,包括暴露度、敏感性和适应能力三大要素。其中,暴露度是由气候变化引起的外在因素,如温度、降雨量、极值天气等;敏感性是受物种自身因素影响,如种间关系、耐受性等;适应能力是物种通过自身调整来减小气候变化带来的影响,如迁移或扩散到适宜生境的能力、塑性反应和进化反应等。对近期有关气候变化背景下野生动物脆弱性评估方法予以综述,比较每种评估方法所选取指标的差异,总结在脆弱性评估中遇到的不确定性指标的处理方法,以及脆弱性评估结果在野生动物适应气候变化对策中的应用。通过总结野生动物脆弱性评估方法,以期为气候变化背景下评估我国野生动物资源的脆弱性提供参考方法。

Abstract:旨在建立一种可同时检测猪、牛、羊、鸡、鸭、鹅六种动物源性成分的六重荧光定量PCR方法。根据猪、牛、羊、鸡、鸭、鹅细胞核基因组保守序列,参照序列比对结果选择差异位点设计6对特异性引物和6条以不同荧光素标记的Taqman 探针。通过对PCR 反应体系和反应条件的优化筛选,建立能同步定量检测猪、牛、羊、鸡、鸭、鹅源性成分的六重实时荧光定量PCR方法。应用此方法分别对18种不同源性动物DNA和200 份不同来源样品进行猪牛羊鸡鸭鹅源性成分检测,结果表明,所建立的六重荧光定量PCR方法灵敏度高,对六种动物的最低核酸检测量分别为0.049ng、0.048ng、0.085ng、0.13ng、0.162ng、0.074ng(50μl体系);特异性强,对狗、兔、鼠、驴、马、骆驼等其他12种动物无特异性扩增;200份样品的检测结果表明六重qPCR检测方法敏感,同一反应体系下实现一次对6种动物快速定量检测,耗时短、效率高、适用性广,可用于肉品、奶品、皮毛和饲料等动物产品猪牛羊鸡鸭鹅源性成分单一或混合物种的鉴别诊断。

Abstract:以Mn-Ni-Mo为主要合金体系,研制了K65热煨弯管用高强高韧埋弧焊丝。采用该焊丝制得的直缝管焊缝金属抗拉强度达741-768MPa,显微硬度为231-250HV10,-40℃冲击功均为90-185J;直缝管焊缝经热处理工序后,-40℃冲击功均值为65-124J,相比直缝管焊缝出现较大幅度的下降。本文通过OM、LePera、SEM(EBSD)及TEM对焊缝进行组织观察,研究焊缝中Mn-Ni-Mo含量对K65热煨弯管组织转变和低温韧性的影响,结果表明:直缝管焊缝中Mn、Ni的增加会促进针状铁素体的形成,适当增Mo降Mn/Ni能使焊缝达到最佳强韧性能;经过热处理后,焊缝中针状铁素含量降低,上贝氏体含量增加,以及大尺寸沿晶分布渗碳体是焊缝金属低温韧性下降的原因,但Mo含量为0.2%时仍能保证大角度晶界比例达67.1%,使焊缝金属的-40℃低温韧性达124J。
