    Corrosion Property of Al-Alloy 6061-T6 Processed by Multipass Friction Stir Processing

    Abstract: The 6061-T6 aluminium alloy was modified by multi-pass friction stir process with air or water cooling. Corrosion behavior of the processed zone was investigated by immersion test and electrochemical corrosion test, as well as optical microscopy, SEM and TEM. The results show that the grain size of stirred zone was successfully refined and its corrosion resistance became better obviously after the base metal was modified by FSP with different cooling methods. Compared with the base metal, the nugget zone exhibited higher free-corrosion potential, smaller corrosion current density and greater corrosion impedance. Compared to FSP with water-cooling, the nugget zone prepared by FSP with air-cooling showed better corrosion resistance.

    Abstract:本试验旨在研究灌胃不同剂量壳寡糖(COS)对小鼠生长性能和血清免疫球蛋白含量、细胞因子水平、抗氧化酶活性的影响。选取60只5周龄无特定病原体(SPF)级ICR雄性小鼠,随机分为6组,包括1个对照组和5个试验组,每组10只。5个试验组小鼠分别按照0.2、0.4、0.6、0.8和1.0 g/kg BW的剂量灌胃COS(溶解于生理盐水),对照组灌服等体积的生理盐水。试验期6周。结果表明:1)灌胃不同剂量COS对小鼠体重无显著影响(P>0.05)。2)灌胃0.6 g/kg BW COS可显著提高小鼠胸腺指数(P0.05)。5)灌胃0.6 g/kg BW COS可显著提高小鼠血清中髓过氧化物酶(MPO)活性,较对照组提高了27.61%(P<0.05),灌胃0.8 g/kg BW COS可显著提高小鼠血清过氧化物酶(POD)活性,较对照组提高了45.08%(P<0.05)。综上,在本试验条件下,COS可促进小鼠免疫器官发育并具有调节血清免疫和抗氧化指标的功能。

    Recent Advances in Intervention of Diet and Exercise Towards Craniopharyngioma related Hypothalamic Obesity

    Abstract: The high incidence and severity of craniopharyngioma related hypothalamic obesity has become an important problem in postoperative management of craniopharyngioma patients. Several researches have indicated that craniopharyngioma related hypothalamic obesity can be significantly reduced by adjusting calorie intake and implementing exercise plans, these interventions can be applied to the weight management of craniopharyngioma patients. However, there are few relevant studies in China at present. Therefore, this article reviewed the current situation, hazards, risk factors and diet and exercise intervention strategies of craniopharyngioma related hypothalamic obesity, in order to improve the prognosis of disease and improve the quality of life. Meanwhile, clinical medical staff should pay attention to this problem, construct a scientific and rigorous diet and exercise intervention program and carry out a prospective study on weight control, so as to provide reference for comprehensively improving the quality of life of craniopharyngioma patients.

    饲粮不同代谢能、粗蛋白质水平对新杨绿壳蛋鸡产蛋后期生产性能、蛋品质及血清生化指标的影响

    Abstract:本试验旨在通过研究饲粮不同代谢能、粗蛋白质水平对新杨绿壳蛋鸡产蛋后期(44~56周龄)生产性能、蛋品质及血清生化指标的影响,得出其产蛋后期饲粮代谢能和粗蛋白质的适宜配比。选取768羽体重相近的43周龄新杨绿壳蛋鸡,随机分为6组,每组4个重复,每个重复32羽。采用2 3因子(代谢能水平为10.87和11.08 MJ/kg,粗蛋白质水平为15.00%、15.50%和16.00%)设计试验,共设计6种饲粮。试验预试期1周,正试期12周。结果表明:1)饲粮不同代谢能、粗蛋白质水平对绿壳蛋鸡产蛋后期产蛋率和料蛋比有显著影响(P0.05)。3)高能低蛋组绿壳蛋鸡血清尿素氮含量最低;饲粮较高代谢能水平(11.08 MJ/kg)能显著降低绿壳蛋鸡血清总胆固醇含量(P<0.05)。综上,在本试验条件下,饲粮代谢能、粗蛋白质水平分别为11.08 MJ/kg和15.00%时,更有利于绿壳蛋鸡产蛋后期生产性能的发挥和蛋品质的改善。
