摘要: A detailed theoretical derivation of the cross sections of e+e− → e+e− and e+e− → µ+µ− around the J/ψ resonance is reported. The resonance and interference parts of the cross sections, related to J/ψ resonance parameters, are calculated. Higher-order corrections for vacuum polarization and initial-state radiation are consid-ered. An arbitrary upper limit of radiative correction integration is involved. Full and simplified versions of analytic formulae are given with precision at the level of 0.1% and 0.2%, respectively. Moreover, the results obtained in the paper can be applied to the case of the ψ(3686) resonance.

摘要: In this paper, we investigate the Axion-like Particle inflation by applying the multi-nature inflation model, where the end of inflation is achieved through the phase transition (PT). The events of PT should not be less than $200$, which results in the free parameter $n\geq404$. Under the latest CMB restrictions, we found that the inflation energy is fixed at $10^{15} \rm{GeV}$. Then, we deeply discussed the corresponding stochastic background of the primordial gravitational wave (GW) during inflation. We study the two kinds of $n$ cases, i.e., $n=404, 2000$. We observe that the magnitude of $n$ is negligible for the physical observations, such as $n_s$, $r$, $\Lambda$, and $\Omega_{\rm{GW}}h^2$. In the low-frequency regions, the GW is dominated by the quantum fluctuations, and this GW can be detected by Decigo at $10^{-1}~\rm{Hz}$. However, GW generated by PT dominates the high-frequency regions, which is expected to be detected by future 3DSR detector.

摘要: Due to the complex of mixed spectral point spread function within memory effect range, it is unreliable and slow to use speckle correlation technology for non-invasive imaging through scattering medium under broadband illumination. The contrast of the speckles will drastically drop as the light source's spectrum width increases. Here, we propose a method for producing the optical transfer function with several speckle frames within memory effect range to image under broadband illumination. The method can be applied to image amplitude and color objects under white LED illumination. Compared to other approaches of imaging under broadband illumination, such as deep learning and modified phase retrieval, our method can provide more stable results with faster convergence speed, which can be applied in high speed scattering imaging under natural light illumination.

摘要: By modulating the intensity of laser light before the rotating groundglass, the well-known pseudothermal light source can be modified into superbunching pseudothermal light source, in which the degree of second-order coherence of the scattered light is larger than 2. With the modulated intensities following binary distribution, we experimentally observed the degree of second- and third-order coherence equaling 20.45 and 227.07, which is much larger than the value of thermal or pseudothermal light, 2 and 6, respectively. Numerical simulation predicts that the degree of second-order coherence can be further improved by tuning the parameters of binary distribution. It is also predicted that the quality of temporal ghost imaging can be improved with this superbunching pseudothermal light. This simple and efficient superbunching pseudothermal light source provides an interesting alternative to study the second- and higher-order interference of light in these scenarios where thermal or pseudothermal light source were employed.

摘要: A multimode optical receiver for free space optical communications (FSOC) based on a photonic lantern and adaptive optics coherent beam combining (CBC) of the lantern's single-mode outputs is proposed and demonstrated for the first time. The use of optical coherent combining in fiber serves to increase the signal to noise ratio compared to similar receivers based on electrically combined signals, and represents an all-fiber approach to low-order adaptive optics. This optical receiver is demonstrated using a photonic lantern with three outputs, fibre couplers and active phase locking, and further investigated under atmospheric conditions with and without turbulence.

摘要: A new type of polarization sensitive interferometer is proposed, which is named as Delta interferometer due to the geometry of the simplest interferometer looks like Greek letter, Delta. To the best of our knowledge, it is the first time that this type of interferometer is proposed. The main difference between Delta interferometer and other existed interferometer, such as Michelson interferometer, Mach-Zehnder interferometer, Young\rq{}s double-slit interferometer, is that the two interfering paths are asymmetrical in Delta interferometer, which makes it polarization sensitive. The visibility of the first-order interference pattern observed in Delta interferometer is dependent on the polarization of the incidental light. Optical coherence theory is employed to interpret the phenomenon and a single-mode continuous-wave laser is employed to verify the theoretical predictions. The theoretical and experimental results are consistent. Delta interferometer provides a perfect tool to study the reflection of electric field in different polarizations and may find applications in polarization sensitive scenarios.

摘要: Stronger light intensity fluctuations are pursued by related applications such as optical resolution, image enhancement, and beam positioning. In this paper, an Nth-order light intensity fluctuation amplifier is proposed, which was demonstrated by a four-wave mixing process with different statistical distribution coupling lights. Firstly, its amplification mechanism is revealed both theoretically and experimentally. The ratio $R$ of statistical distributions and the degree of second-order coherence ${g^{(2)}}(0)$ of beams are used to characterize the affected modulations and the increased light intensity fluctuations through the four-wave mixing process. The results show that the amplification of light intensity fluctuations is caused by not only the fluctuating light fields of incident coupling beams, but also the fluctuating nonlinear coefficient of interaction. At last, we highlight the potentiality of applying such amplifier to other N-order nonlinear optical effects.

摘要: Identifying the young optically visible population in a star-forming region is essential for fully understanding the star formation event. In this paper, We identify 211 candidate members of the Perseus molecular cloud based on Gaia astronomy. We use LAMOST spectra to confirm that 51 of these candidates are new members, bringing the total census of known members to 856. The newly confirmed members are less extincted than previously known members. Two new stellar aggregates are identified in our updated census. With the updated member list, we obtain a statistically significant distance gradient of $\rm 4.84\;pc\;deg^{-1}$ from west to east. Distances and extinction corrected color-magnitude diagrams indicate that NGC 1333 is significantly younger than IC 348 and the remaining cloud regions. The disk fraction in NGC 1333 is higher than elsewhere, consistent with its youngest age. The star formation scenario in the Perseus molecular cloud is investigated and the bulk motion of the distributed population is consistent with the cloud being swept away by the Per-Tau Shell.

摘要: To measure the R value in an energy scan experiment with $\ee$ collisions, precise calculation of initial state radiation is required in event generators. We present an event generator for this consideration, which incorporates initial state radiation effects up to the second order accuracy, and the radiative correction factor is calculated using the totally hadronic Born cross section. The measured exclusive processes are generated according to their cross sections, while the unknown processes are generated using the LUND Area Law model, and its parameters are tuned with data collected at s√=3.65 GeV. The optimized values are validated with data in the range s√=2.2324∼3.671 GeV. These optimized parameters are universally valid for event generation below the DD¯ threshold.
