摘要: Determining asteroid properties provides valuable physical insights but inverting them from photometric lightcurves remains computationally intensive. This paper presents a new approach that combines a simplified Cellinoid shape model with the Parallel Differential Evolution (PDE) algorithm to accelerate inversion. The PDE algorithm is more efficient than the Differential Evolution algorithm, achieving an extraordinary speedup of 37.983 with 64 workers on multicore CPUs. The PDE algorithm accurately derives period and pole values from simulated data. The analysis of real asteroid lightcurves validates the method's reliability: in comparison with results published elsewhere, the PDE algorithm accurately recovers the rotational periods and, given adequate viewing geometries, closely matches the pole orientations. The PDE approach converges to solutions within 20,000 iterations and under one hour, demonstrating its potential for large-scale data analysis. This work provides a promising new tool for unveiling asteroid physical properties by overcoming key computational bottlenecks.

摘要: Evaluating the comprehensive characteristics of extreme ultraviolet (EUV) photoresists is crucial for their application in EUV lithography, a key process in modern technology. This paper highlights the capabilities of the Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility (SSRF) 08U1B beamline in advancing this field. Specifically, it demonstrates how this beamline can create fringe patterns with a 15-nm half-pitch (HP) on a resist using synchrotron-based EUV lithography (EUV-IL). This achievement is vital for evaluating EUV photoresists at the advanced 5-nm node. We provide a detailed introduction to the methods and experimental setup used at the SSRF 08U1B beamline to assess an EUV photoresist. A significant part of this research involved the fabrication of high-resolution hydrogen silsesquioxane (HSQ) mask gratings. These gratings, with an aspect ratio of approximately 3, were created using electron beam lithography (EBL) on an innovative mask framework. This framework was crucial in eliminating the impact of zeroth-order light on interference patterns. The proposed framework offers a new approach to mask fabrication, particularly beneficial for achromatic Talbot lithography and multicoherent-beam interference applications.

摘要: The soft X-ray interference lithography (XIL) branch beamline at Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility (SSRF) is briefly introduced in this article. It is designed for obtaining 1D (line/space) and 2D (dot/hole) periodic nanostructures by using two or more coherent extreme ultraviolet (EUV) beams from an undulator source. A transmission-diffraction-grating type of interferometer is used at the end station. Initial results reveal high performance of the beamline, with 50 nm half-pitch 1D and 2D patterns from a single exposure area of 400 m400 m. XIL is used in a growing number of areas, such as EUV resist test, surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) and color filter plasmonic devices. By using highly coherent EUV beam, broadband coherent diffractive imaging can be performed on the XIL beamline. Well reconstructed pinhole of ϕ20 m has been realized.

摘要: Reliable and non-invasive diagnostic tools are highly valuable for successful therapeutic strategies for the treatment of Alzheimers disease (AD). The existence of neurofibrillary tangles (NFTs) consisting of tau protein are one kind of the pathological features of AD, and its level of severity is correlated with the stage of AD. However, no clinically approved positron emission tomography (PET) probe is currently available for selective imaging of neurofibrillary tangles on patients. In this paper, we report our studies on biological characteristics of [18F]-THK523 as a novel tau imaging probe. With low molecular weight, [18F]-THK523 is stable, electrically neutral, lipophilic and non-mass concentration-dependent. Preliminary biological studies have shown the excellent properties of [18F]-THK523 as brain imaging tracer for further research.
