Abstract: Original basic research is a key driving force for the development of science and technology, as well as the source of the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation. To further encourage and support originality and innovation, the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) implemented the original exploratory program as one of its priorities for deepening reform. In this paper, the concept and characteristics of original basic research are analyzed, and the funding orientation of foreign major science funding agencies on original basic research projects is investigated. This study further discusses the connotation and positioning of the original basic research, and puts forward specific suggestions for promoting the discovery and identification of original ideas and optimizing the application and review management of the original exploratory program.

Abstract: Women’s poverty alleviation is an indispensable part of poverty alleviation, and it plays a vital role in blocking the intergenerational transmission of poverty, improving women’s well-being, and building a harmonious and happy family. 2020 is the key node for poverty alleviation to rejuvenation in poverty-stricken areas across the country. In this context, it is of great significance to in-depth study of women’s poverty alleviation in the new era. This article first points out the 4 problems that women face in poverty alleviation: gender bias in the countryside, the digital divide, the absence of non-governmental organizations, and the lack of gender awareness in poverty alleviation practices. Next, it introduces the theoretical foundation, international women’s poverty alleviation experience and typical scenarios of Chinese women’s poverty alleviation. On the basis of these, four suggestions are put forward: one is to internalize gender equality as a rural social code of conduct; the second is to increase training to eliminate the digital divide; the third is to increase the level of socialization of family labor; the fourth is to build an inclusive, flexible and sustainable mechanism for women’s poverty alleviation. We hope this paper could provide a reference for women’s poverty alleviation in the future.

Abstract:
Team resilience is the key to successful risk response, rapid recovery, and even growth in a crisis. It has been pointed out that team resilience is not only the capacity of a team to bounce back from adversity, but also a dynamic psychological process and a shared belief. Research on team resilience is scant. The limited literature on team resilience falls short on two points. First, the capacity perspective dominates the research, ignoring the dynamic development and the emergence of shared belief in team resilience. Second, antecedent research pays little attention to leader characteristics. Against this backdrop, the current research attempts to characterize the influence mechanism of leader mindfulness on team resilience from capacity, process, and belief perspectives. This study will deepen and expand the research on leader mindfulness and team resilience, and provide practical strategies for teams to survive adversity.

Abstract: The transformation of employee social capital to enterprise social capital is an effective way to explore employee value and obtain external resource. In order to illustrate the multi-level subject interaction, this study proposes a new construct of social capital cross-level fit, and analyzes its dynamic process and reciprocal effect using cross-level longitudinal study. We explore the dimensions of this construct and develop an inventory to access it. We further deconstruct the evolvement of social capital cross-level fit, discussing the effect of employees’ psychology and behavior, enterprise capability and situation in this dynamic process. Finally, we construct top-down and down-top theoretical model of emergence and embedded effect that integrates multilevel factors, and clarify function route and boundary conditions through empirical analysis of tracing data. On this basis, we discuss strategic choice of cross-level fit through longitudinal cross-case study, offering suggestions for enterprise to motivate extra-role behavior and utilize social capital effectively.
