    Abstract:【目的】关注在数字技术广泛应用的背景下,围绕After Effects的软件特点及其功能,详细地分析该软件在动画制作中的应用技巧。同时探讨After Effects在动画专业教学中改革和研究。【方法】文章以After Effects软件为研究对象,以调查、实证、分析、归纳和探索等为研究方法,着重研究该软件功能,以及针对动画制作方面的应用。【结果】研究发现After Effects无论是在二维动画制作还是三维动画制作中都得到了良好的发挥,尤其是在动画后期制作的表现非常突出。【结论】After Effects借助数字技术发展起来,参与动画制作有效地改变了传统动画制作的方式,节约制作动画的时间和成本,提高动画的视听效果,并成为高等学校动画专业的一门必修课。

    Abstract: To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with incision fat liquefaction after peritoneal dialysis. The main contents include: on the basis of routine postoperative incision care, red yarn strip packing and dressing change were performed for the patient's incision, and the surface was applied with 10% concentrated sodium chloride injection; Peritoneal dialysis, dietary and nutritional guidance and psychological nursing were carried out according to the patient's condition.

    Abstract: Summarize the nursing experience of a patient with severe edema complicated with heart failure in peritoneal dialysis. Focus of nursing:Through diuresis, adjustment of peritoneal dialysis treatment plan, 3-day food diary, personalized diet plan, establishment of patient-specific wechat group, training of related theoretical knowledge and operation of peritoneal dialysis, combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema, traditional Chinese medicine ultrasonic penetration, five-elements music and ear acupoint sticking and other traditional Chinese medicine nursing characteristics, the patients' edema and heart failure have been significantly improved.

  • Title Quantitative Evaluation of China's central family doctor contract service Policy

    Abstract: Background Signing the situation of population aging in our country is becoming increasingly serious, the family doctor service for booster grading diagnosis system construction, establish a reasonable and orderly order has played an important role, the scholars to the family doctor service contract to policy research mainly focused on qualitative evaluation, no scholars use tools on specific policy articles for quantitative evaluation of each policy. Objective This study evaluated 6 policies related to family doctor contract service at the central level of China one by one, objectively analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the policies by quantitative research method, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the high-quality development of family doctor contract service, and help the strategic construction of healthy China. Methods In this study, 32 policy texts are mined, and 6 policy texts are quantitatively evaluated by using PMC index model to construct quantitative evaluation index system. Results The policy ranking was P1>P3>P2>P6>P4>P5. 3 policies are rated as excellent, and 3 policies are rated as qualified. Policy content, policy nature, policy evaluation, policy field, and mode of action scored higher. Conclusion The coverage of family doctor contract service policy in China is more extensive and mature. It is suggested to pay attention to the organic combination of long-term, medium-term and short-term policy prescription, improve incentive methods from multiple perspectives, enhance the professional sense of honor of family doctors, and use a variety of policy tools and policy action modes.

  • 桦木酸对地塞米松致小鼠氧化应激的机制研究

    Abstract:本试验旨在研究桦木酸(BA)对地塞米松(Dex)诱导氧化应激小鼠的保护作用和机制。将40只健康雄性昆明小鼠随机分为5组,即对照(NC)组、Dex组、0.25 mg/kg BA组、0.50 mg/kg BA组、1.00 mg/kg BA组。NC组和Dex组小鼠灌服1%的可溶性淀粉溶液,其余各组按不同剂量的BA灌服,连续14 d后,除对照组注射生理盐水外,其余4组均腹腔注射Dex(25 mg/kg)诱导氧化应激模型。检测各组小鼠肝脏、脾脏和胸腺总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、抑制羟自由基能力和过氧化物酶(POD)的活性,反转录(RT)-PCR检测脾脏和胸腺丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)信号通路中凋亡信号调节激酶1(ASK1)、c-jun氨基末端激酶(JNK)和P38基因的表达量,蛋白质免疫印迹(Western Blot)法检测脾脏MAPK信号通路中ASK1、JNK和P38蛋白的表达量。结果表明:1)与NC组相比,Dex组的肝脏T-AOC、抑制羟自由基能力,脾脏POD活性,胸腺T-AOC、抑制羟自由基能力均极显著下降(P<0.01);与Dex组相比,0.50和1.00 mg/kg BA组肝脏T-AOC、抑制羟自由基能力以及POD活性均显著或极显著的升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),0.50 mg/kg BA组脾脏T-AOC、0.50和1.00 mg/kg BA组脾脏抑制羟自由基能力、0.25和1.00 mg/kg BA组脾脏POD活性均显著或极显著的升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),0.50和1.00 mg/kg BA组胸腺T-AOC、抑制羟自由基能力和POD的活性均显著或极显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。2)与NC组相比,Dex组脾脏和胸腺ASK1、JNK和P38 mRNA表达量均极显著升高(P<0.01);与Dex组相比,0.50和1.00 mg/kg BA组脾脏和胸腺ASK1、JNK和P38 mRNA表达量均显著或极显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01)。3)与NC组相比,Dex组脾脏JNK和P38蛋白的表达量极显著升高(P<0.01);与Dex组相比,0.50 mg/kg BA组脾脏ASK1蛋白的表达量显著降低(P<0.05),0.25、0.50和1.00 mg/kg BA组脾脏JNK和P38蛋白的表达量显著或极显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。由此可见,BA预处理后,增强了Dex应激小鼠肝脏、脾脏和胸腺的T-AOC、抑制羟自由基能力和POD活性,降低了Dex应激小鼠脾脏和胸腺MAPK信号通路中ASK1、JNK和P38 mRNA表达量以及脾脏ASK1、JNK和P38蛋白的表达量。BA对Dex造成的氧化损伤具有预防性的保护作用,并且这种保护作用与JNK-P38 MAPK信号通路相关

  • 桦木酸对环磷酰胺致小鼠免疫器官氧化损伤的保护作用

    Abstract:为了研究桦木酸(betulinic acid,BA)对环磷酰胺(cyclophosphamide,Cy)诱导小鼠免疫器官氧化损伤的影响。将50只健康雄性昆明小鼠随机分为5组,即对照组、Cy组及0.05、0.50、5.00 mg/kg BW BA组。对照组和Cy组灌服1%的可溶性淀粉溶液,其余各组按不同剂量的BA灌服,连续14 d后,除对照组注射生理盐水外,其余4组均腹腔注射Cy(50 mg/kg)诱导氧化应激模型。收集血清、脾脏和胸腺,检测血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)活性及白蛋白(ALB)、总蛋白(TP)含量,检测脾脏和胸腺超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)、丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果显示:1)对于体重,对照组与Cy组无显著差异(P>0.05),各剂量BA组与Cy组无显著差异(P>0.05)。2)与对照组相比,Cy极显著提高了血清AST、ALT活性(P<0.05),而5.00 mg/kg BW BA极显著缓解了这一现象(P<0.05)。3)与对照组相比,Cy引起了脾脏指数和胸腺指数的显著降低(P<0.05),而0.05 mg/kg BW BA显著缓解了胸腺指数的降低(P<0.05)。4)与对照组相比,Cy组胸腺SOD活性、胸腺CAT活性、脾脏GSH含量显著或极显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),脾脏MDA含量极显著升高(P<0.01);与Cy组相比,0.50 mg/kg BW BA组显著或极显著提高了脾脏和胸腺GSH-Px和CAT活性及脾脏GSH含量(P<0.05或P<0.01),极显著降低脾脏MDA含量(P<0.01),但极显著降低了胸腺SOD活性(P<0.01);与Cy组相比,5.00 mg/kg BW BA组显著或极显著提高了脾脏和胸腺GSH-Px和CAT活性(P<0.05或P<0.01),极显著降低脾脏MDA含量(P<0.01)。由此可见,BA能够改善Cy引起的小鼠免疫器官的氧化应激,对Cy诱导的氧化损伤有预防性的保护作用。

    Abstract:本试验旨在研究桦木酸(BA)对地塞米松(Dex)诱导氧化应激小鼠血清指标的影响。将40只健康雄性昆明小鼠随机分为5组,即对照(NC)组、Dex组、0.25 mg/kg BA组、0.50 mg/kg BA组、1.00 mg/kg BA组,每组8只。NC组和Dex组灌服1%的可溶性淀粉,其余各组灌服混悬于1%可溶性淀粉溶液中不同剂量的BA,连续灌服14 d后,除NC组注射生理盐水外,其余4组均腹腔注射25 mg/kg Dex诱导氧化应激模型。15 h后,眼眶采血,收集血清。检测血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)和碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性,总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆红素(T-Bil)、钙离子(Ca2+)、细胞色素C(CytC)含量,总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、抑制羟自由基能力、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、谷胱甘肽(GSH)和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果显示:BA预处理后,能够显著或极显著降低Dex诱导氧化应激小鼠血清ALP活性及TG、T-Bil、CytC含量(P0.05),对血清TP和ALB含量无显著影响(P>0.05)。由此可见,BA能够改善Dex引起的小鼠血清指标的变化,对Dex诱导的氧化损伤有预防性的保护作用。
