  • 农牧交错区三生空间时空演变特征与影响因素——以内蒙古呼和浩特市为例

    Abstract: The agropastoral ecotone is an important ecological security barrier and grain producing area innorthern China. Elucidating the spatial evolution law and influencing factors of production-living-ecology spacesin the ecologically fragile areas for land space optimization and sustainable development is extremely important.In this study, the methods of land use dynamic degree, land transfer matrix, and geographical detector were usedto explore the spatial evolution characteristics and influencing factors of production-living-ecological spaces inHohhot, a typical farming-pastoral ecotone in Inner Mongolia, from 2000 to 2020. The results show that duringthe study period, the overall dynamic changes in the production-living- ecological space of Hohhot were gentle(0.02%-0.04%). The spaces for ecology, agricultural production, and animal husbandry decreased, while thespaces for life and other production increased. From 2000 to 2020, the spatial patterns for production- livingecologicalin Hohhot changed significantly, and this was mainly manifested in the occupation of agricultural andanimal husbandry production spaces by the living space outside the urban area, and the mutual transformation ofagricultural production, animal husbandry, and ecological spaces in the Tumochuan Plain and its northern andsoutheastern hilly areas. During the study period, the mutual transformation of ecological, agricultural, andlivestock production spaces was intense, but this decreased after 2010. Living spaces and other production spaceswere in a state of net inflow, especially in the latter decades. The average slope is the dominant factor affectingthe spatial layout of agricultural and animal husbandry production (0.24-0.4). Industrial development, humanactivities and agricultural production scales have a greater impact on the local spatial patterns. Based on refinedgovernance, the role of policy guidance is increasingly prominent.

  • 国土空间规划背景下畜牧业生产适宜性评价与分区——以锡林郭勒盟镶黄旗为例

    Abstract:针对现有双评价方法对牧区县域生产空间落位指导性较差的问题,探索畜牧业生产适宜性评价方法,实现牧区县域生产空间合理划分。以锡林郭勒盟镶黄旗为例,通过计算畜牧业生产概率偏差与畜牧业生产密度,求解研究区畜牧业生产强度,并结合牧区空间管控与地形限制等因素,运用空间自相关分析实现畜牧业生产适宜性分区。结果表明:(1) 镶黄旗畜牧业生产密度远超《锡林郭勒盟草地适宜载畜量核定工作指导意见》中载畜量标准,畜牧业生产概率偏差呈网络化分布趋势,畜牧业生产强度较高区域相对集中。(2) 畜牧业生产限制指数高值区主要分布于浑善达克沙地边缘、中心镇区;畜牧业生产限制指数低值区域主要分布于宝格达音高勒苏木全域、翁贡乌拉苏木南部与巴音塔拉镇的昆都仑嘎查、汗乌拉嘎查等。(3) 畜牧业生产强度与畜牧业生产限制指数Morans I为-0.0944,两者呈空间负相关,聚集效应显著且相似性较差。(4) 镶黄旗畜牧业生产适宜性分区可分为畜牧业发展重点区、禁止畜牧业生产区、畜牧业生产转移区、退牧生态修复区、畜牧业发展高、中、低弹性区。国土空间规划背景下,科学评价牧区县域畜牧业生产适宜性,对于指导牧区划区轮牧具有重要现实意义,同时对于探索草原牧区地域性空间规划理论与方法具有一定理论意义。

  • 生态重要性视角下东北林区县域生态安全格局研究 ——以呼伦贝尔市阿荣旗为例

    Abstract:县域生态安全格局构建对于保障我国生态安全、优化县域生态空间格局具有重要意义。基 于内蒙古呼伦贝尔市阿荣旗生态系统服务功能重要性评价结果,利用景观形态空间格局分析 (MSPA)模型识别生态核心区作为生态源地,基于生态阻力因子与生态威胁因子构建阻力栅格,运 用电路理论识别生态廊道、夹点以及改善区,构建阿荣旗综合生态安全格局。结果表明:(1)阿荣 旗生态极重要区面积4181.66 km2,占全旗面积的37.80%,生态重要区面积2174.50 km2,占全旗面 积的19.80%,阿荣旗整体生态系统服务功能重要性较高。(2)生态源地共有33 块,占地面积 1141.00 km2,主要分布于旗域北部区域,其中乔木林地是生态源地主要用地类型。(3)构建生态廊 道共73条,其中关键廊道62条,潜在廊道11条,总面积为1884.80 km2,生态廊道网络化结构完整, 呈北密南疏分布状态。(4)共识别夹点区面积71.25 km2,提取重要夹点38个,一级改善区面积 176.65 km2,主要分布于旗域南部;二级改善区面积887.12 km2,主要分布于旗域南部与西北部。对 各景观生态要素进行总体规划,宏观上形成一屏两区,一网多点的生态安全格局,为国土空间格 局优化提供了现实路径和科学指引。
