  • Tassel Segmentation of Maize Point Cloud Based on Super Voxels Clustering and Local Features

    Abstract: Accurate and high-throughput maize plant phenotyping is vital for crop breeding and cultivation research. Tassel-related phenotypic parameters are important agronomic traits. However, fully automatic and fine tassel organ segmentation of maize shoots from three-dimensional (3D) point clouds is still challenging. To address this issue, a tassel point cloud segmentation method based on point cloud super voxels clustering and local geometric features was proposed in this study. Firstly, the undirected graph of the maize plant point cloud was established, the edge weights were calculated by using the difference of normal vectors, and the spectral clustering method was used to cluster the point cloud to form multiple super voxel sub-regions. Then, the principal component analysis method was used to find the two end regions of the plant and based on the observation of the straight direction of the bottom stem regions, the top and bottom regions were distinguished by the point cloud linear features. Finally, the tassel points were identified based on the plane local features of the point cloud. The sub-regions of the top region of the plant were classified into leaf regions, tassel regions, and mixed regions by plane local features of the point cloud, the tassel points in the tassel sub-region, and the mixed region were the finally segmented tassel point clouds. In this study, 15 mature maize plants with 3 point cloud densities were tested. Compared with the ground truth segmented manually, the average F1 scores of the tassel segmentation were 0.763, 0.875 and 0.889 when the point cloud density was 0.8/cm, 1.3/cm, and 1.9/cm, respectively. The segmentation accuracy of this method increased with the increase of plant point cloud density. The increase of point cloud density and the number of point clouds mainly affected the calculation results of point cloud plane features in tassel segmentation. When the number of point clouds was small, the top leaf point cloud was relatively sparse. Therefore, the difference between the plane feature of the leaf point and the plane feature of the tassel point was not obvious, which led to the increase of the misclassification of the point cloud. However, the time complexity of the algorithm was O(n3), so the increase in the density and number of point clouds would lead to a significant increase in the running time. Considering the segmentation accuracy and running time, the research obtained the best effect on the mature maize plants with a point cloud density of 1.3/cm and an average number of 15,000. The segmentation F1 score reached 0.875 and the running time was 6.85 s. The results showed that this method could extract tassels from maize plant point cloud, and provided technical support for the research and application of high-throughput phenotyping and three-dimensional reconstruction of maize.

  • Personality Dynamics: The Integration of Process and Trait

    Abstract:

    Personality psychology has emphasized the dynamic process of individual personality in situations since its inception. However, conventional personality research has largely focused on stable inter-individual differences and structural trait models. In recent years, with the rise of intensive longitudinal research methods and personality dynamics theories, researcher has shown a reinvigorated interest in the dynamic processes of personality systems within individuals, i.e., personality dynamics. Based on theories that focus on personality processes (e.g., whole trait theory, cognitive-affective personality system model, etc.), intensive longitudinal data and statistical methods that can model dynamic processes (e.g., dynamic structural equation modeling, network analysis, complex systems modeling, etc.), research on personality dynamics investigates personality processes with different emphases (e.g., the intraindividual interplay of cognitive, affective, motivational processes; person-situation interactions; dynamic features of personality). This article reviews early thinking, contemporary theoretical frameworks and methodological approaches in personality dynamics, and puts forward specific recommendations for future research.

  • 杂交鲌“先锋1号”幼鱼蛋白质需求量的研究

    Abstract:本试验旨在研究饲料蛋白质水平对杂交鲌“先锋1号”幼鱼生长性能、体成分、血清生化指标及消化酶活性的影响,以确定其对蛋白质的需求量。以鱼粉、酪蛋白和明胶为蛋白质源,配制了6种蛋白质水平(25.63%、30.28%、35.13%、40.26%、45.42%和50.53%)的等脂等能试验饲料。将平均体重为(5.42±0.16) g的杂交鲌“先锋1号”幼鱼630尾,随机分为6组,每组3个重复,每个重复放养35尾,在室内循环水养殖系统中进行56 d的养殖试验。结果表明:1)随着饲料蛋白质水平的升高,试验鱼的增重率和特定生长率先显著上升(P0.05),但显著影响了全鱼粗蛋白质和粗脂肪的含量(P0.05)。血清总蛋白含量随着饲料蛋白质水平的升高先显著升高(P0.05)。以增重率和蛋白质效率为评价指标,通过折线回归分析得到杂交鲌“先锋1号”幼鱼对饲料蛋白质的需要量分别为36.43%和38.81%。

  • 吉富罗非鱼对饲料中维生素B6的需要量

    Abstract:本试验旨在研究饲料中维生素B6含量对吉富罗非鱼生长性能、全鱼和肌肉营养组成及血清和肝脏生化指标的影响,以确定吉富罗非鱼对饲料中维生素B6的需要量。选取360尾初始平均体重为(56.3±1.8) g的吉富罗非鱼,随机分成6个组,每组3个重复,每个重复20尾鱼。各组分别饲喂维生素B6含量分别为0.3(对照组)、2.7、5.4、10.1、20.5和39.8 mg/kg的6种纯化饲料,进行10周的养殖试验。结果表明:1)随着饲料中维生B6含量的升高(0.3~10.1 mg/kg),吉富罗非鱼的增重率显著增加(P0.05)。20.5和39.8 mg/kg组的血清碱性磷酸酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),10.1、39.8 mg/kg组的血清尿素氮含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),10.1、20.5和39.8 mg/kg组的肝脏谷丙转氨酶活性显著高于对照组和2.7、5.4 mg/kg组(P<0.05)。综上,以增重率和肝脏谷丙转氨酶活性为评价指标,通过折线回归分析得到初始体重为(56.3±1.8) g的吉富罗非鱼对饲料中维生素B6的需要量分别为9.22和10.11 mg/kg。

  • 维生素D添加水平对养成中期吉富罗非鱼生长性能、体组成和血清生化指标的影响

    Abstract:选用初始体重为(78.58±1.93) g的吉富罗非鱼270尾,随机分成6组(每组3个重复,每个重复15尾鱼),分别饲喂维生素D水平为0(对照组)、200、400、800、1 600、3 200 IU/kg的6种饲料(粗蛋白质、粗脂肪含量分别为30%和7.6%),饲养12周后,通过对其生长性能、体组成、血清生化指标进行测定,确定养成中期吉富罗非鱼饲料中维生素D的适宜添加水平。结果表明:各维生素D添加组吉富罗非鱼的增重率均显著高于对照组(P0.05);随着饲料维生素D添加水平的升高,全鱼粗脂肪含量先升高后下降,在200 IU/kg组达到最高,显著高于其余5组(P0.05)。随饲料维生素D添加水平的升高,血清中碱性磷酸酶活性先增加后下降,200、400、800 IU/kg组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);血清中总胆固醇、总蛋白和白蛋白含量均在200 IU/kg组达到最大值,并显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。由此得出,饲料中适量添加维生素D可促进养成中期吉富罗非鱼的生长,维生素D添加过量可能会造成肝脏损伤,影响脂肪代谢。以增重率为评价指标,通过进行回归分析确定养成中期吉富罗非鱼饲料中维生素D的适宜添加水平为259.8 IU/kg。

  • 血液滤过联合乌司他丁治疗脓毒性休克的分子机制

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the molecular mechanisms of continuous venovenous hemofiltration (CVVH) combined with ulinastatin (ULI) (CVVH-ULI) for the treatment of septic shock. Methods Human umbilical endothelial cells (HUVECs) were incubated with serums isolated from normal healthy people (control), septic shock patients treated with conventional therapy (CT) or treated with CVVH combined with ULI (CVVH-ULI). Endothelial permeability was evaluated by the leakage of FITC-labeled albumin. The morphological changes of F-actin was evaluated by Rhodamine-phalloidin. The phosphorylated levels of p38 were determined by Western blot. Cells were then treated with p38inhibitor (SB203580), or DMSO, followed by incubation with serum from septic shock patients treated with conventional therapy. Endothelial permeability and F-actin rearrangements were also evaluated as noted above. Results Serum from CT group increased endothelial permeability, F-actin rearrangements, and phosphorylated levels of p38, which were inhibited by CVVH-ULI treatment. Moreover, in CT group, the serum-induced endothelial hyperpermeability and F-actin rearrangements were inhibited by SB203580, the inhibitor of p38. Conclusion CVVH combined with ulinastatin decreases endothelial hyperpermeability induced by septic shock through inhib- iting p38 MAPK pathways.

  • 吉富罗非鱼对饲料精氨酸的需要量

    Abstract: This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary arginine (Arg) level on growth performance, feed utilization, body composition, serum biochemical indices and non-specific immune indices of genetically improved farmed tilapia (GIFT, Oreochromis niloticus), in order to determine the dietary Arg requirement of GIFT. Six isonitrogenous and isoenergetic semipurified diets (contained 30.21% crude protein and 17.77 MJ/kg gross energy) were formulated with 0.65%, 0.94%, 1.24%, 1.58%, 1.86% and 2.11% Arg, respectively. Each experimental diet was fed to 3 net cages for 60 d, and 15 fish with the initial body weight of (81.52�.00) g in each net cage. The results showed as follows: with the dietary Arg level increasing, the weight gain rate (WGR), specific growth rate (SGR), protein efficiency ratios (PER) and the protein deposition efficiency (PDE) were firstly increased and then decreased which reached their peaks in the 1.58% group, and significantly higher than those in other groups (P<0.05); whereas the feed conversion ratio (FCR) was firstly decreased and then increased which reached the lowest value in the 1.58% group, and significantly lower than that in other groups (P<0.05); the hepatosomatic index (HSI) and viscerosomatic index (VSI) had the same trend with FCR. The change tendency of ash content in muscle and crude lipid content in whole body was similar to FCR with dietary Arg level increasing, but the change tendency of crude lipid content in muscle was similar to WGR and SGR, while the crude protein content in muscle and ash content in whole body were firstly increased with dietary Arg level increasing and then leveled off. Dietary Arg level had no significant effects on the condition factor (CF) and the contents of crude protein in whole body, moisture in whole body and muscle (P>0.05). With the increase of dietary Arg level, the in muscle had no significant differences (P>0.05), while the amino acids (except tyrosine, glycine and alanine), essential amino acid and total amino acid contents in muscle were firstly decreased and then increased. Dietary Arg level significantly affected the activities of aspartate transaminase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and the contents of total protein (TP), urea nitrogen (UN), total cholesterol (T-CHO), glucose (GLU) and triglycerides (TG) in serum (P<0.05), and significantly affected the activities of total superoxide dismutase (T-SOD), total nitric oxide synthase (T-NOS) and lysozyme (LYZ) in liver and serum (P<0.05). With regarding the WGR, FCR and PER as the evaluation indicators, the quadratic regression analysis shows that the dietary Arg requirement of GIFT is 1.51% to 1.58% of diet or 4.99% to 5.25% of dietary protein.

  • 大规格吉富罗非鱼幼鱼对饲料中胆碱的需要量

    Abstract:本试验通过研究饲料胆碱水平对大规格吉富罗非鱼幼鱼生长性能、体成分、肝胰脏胆碱蓄积量及血清生化指标的影响,以确定大规格吉富罗非鱼幼鱼对饲料中胆碱的需要量。配制胆碱水平分别为45.1、308.9、540.5、946.0、1 486.5和1 756.8 mg/kg的6种试验饲料,饲喂初始体重为(57.4±2.5) g的大规格吉富罗非鱼幼鱼10周。每种试验饲料随机饲喂4个网箱,每个网箱放养20尾鱼。结果显示:饲料胆碱水平≥308.9 mg/kg时,试验鱼的增重率、饲料效率和蛋白质效率均显著高于饲料胆碱水平为45.1 mg/kg时(P<0.05);1 486.5 mg/kg组试验鱼的肝体比和肥满度最大,显著大于45.1 mg/kg组(P<0.05)。540.5 mg/kg组试验鱼的脏体比最小,显著小于除1 756.8 mg/kg组外的其他各组(P<0.05)。1 756.8 mg/kg组全鱼粗脂肪含量显著低于946.0 mg/kg组(P<0.05)。随饲料胆碱水平的增加,肝胰脏粗脂肪含量呈现先下降后稳定的趋势,而肌肉粗脂肪和粗蛋白质含量则呈现先上升后稳定的趋势。饲料胆碱水平≥946.0 mg/kg时,试验鱼血清甘油三酯与总胆固醇含量显著高于45.1 mg/kg组(P<0.05);血清谷草转氨酶与谷丙转氨酶活力随饲料胆碱水平的增加呈现先下降后稳定的趋势,且均在1 756.8 mg/kg组最低;饲料胆碱水平对试验鱼血清总蛋白与葡萄糖含量无显著影响(P>0.05)。肝胰脏胆碱蓄积量随饲料胆碱水平的增加呈现先上升后稳定的趋势。通过折线回归分析,以增重率为评价指标,大规格吉富罗非鱼幼鱼获得最佳生长时对饲料中胆碱的需要量为625.42 mg/kg;以肝胰脏胆碱蓄积量为评价指标,大规格吉富罗非鱼幼鱼获得最大肝胰脏胆碱蓄积量时对饲料中胆碱的需要量为1 118.61 mg/kg。
