Abstract:
Objective To analyze the influence mechanism of the effect of familydoctor contracted service. Methods Based on the Personal in-depth interview, the effect of family doctor contracted service and its influencing mechanism were systematically studied by using the grounded theory. Results The theoretical model of influencing mechanism of the effect of family doctor contracted service was formed, which mainly included the deviation of the implementation of family doctor contracted service policy, the ability of grassroots health service and the characteristics of residents. Conclusion Under the influence of deviations in the implementation of relevant policies of family doctor contracted service, family doctors have poor work enthusiasm; The capacity of grassroots health services is still low, and residents still distrust the capacity of grassroots health services, leading to the limited effect of the implementation of the family doctor contracted service policy. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the implementation path of policies related to the contracted service of family doctors, improve the medical and health service ability of family doctors, and improve the health literacy level of residents.
