In order to further enhance researchers' awareness of preprint academic exchanges, expand the influence of our preprint platform, and promote the joint construction of preprint platform with the academic community, the preprint platform construction team of the National Science Library,Chinese Academy of Science organized and planned a series of activities "Preprint (ChinaXiv) into the Academic Community" according to the annual task, and carried out publicity and cooperation for universities and research institutes. The event was held in Nanjing from April 12 to 17, 2023 in two groups. Professor Chu Jingli, the leader of ChinaXiv project team, led the team to Nanjing University of Technology, Nanjing University and Nanjing Agricultural University to give a report on "Preprint and New Academic Exchange" for teachers and students, and at the same time carried out enrollment consultation, and held discussions and exchanges with relevant leaders, experts and scholars from some departments, libraries and journals of the three universities. Liu Jingyu, co-leader of the ChinaXiv project team, led the team to Nanjing Institute of Geography and Limnology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology, and Jiangsu Provincial Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital to give a report on "ChinaXiv Construction Progress and Cooperation and Co-construction Model". During the period, he worked with the heads of science and technology departments from Nanjing Institute of Geography and Limnology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Nanjing Institute of Soil Science, Purple Mountain Observatory of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Nanjing Institute of Geology and Paleontology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, China University Science and Technology Journal Research Association, Nanjing Forestry University, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing Normal University, Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology, Nanjing Agricultural University, State Grid Electric Power Research Institute, The main leaders of the journal editorial departments of ChinaXiv-China Nursing Preprint Platform and other units carried out exchanges around the preprint platform in the field of cooperation and co-construction, and the relevant work was actively supported by the Institute. Zhang Zhixiong, Deputy Director of the National Science Library,Chinese Academy of Science, participated in some exchange activities and introduced the overall deployment of our institute in the construction of public welfare academic resource platform and preprint platform. During the year, the "Preprint (ChinaXiv) into the Academic Community" event will continue to be held to continuously enhance the influence of the ChinaXiv platform, become an important platform to support open exchanges among the academic community, and solicit and invite more cooperation to promote the further development of the platform.
