On December 10, 2023, Professor Chu Jingli, Director of the National Science Library，Chinese Academy of Sciences, Director of the Information Resources Management Department of the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, President and Editor-in-Chief of the "Library and Information Work" magazine, was invited to participate in the "Chinese Society" held in Chongqing Scientific Information Society 2023 Annual Academic Conference", and gave an academic report on "The Value of Preprints and Preprint Platforms" at the meeting.
