  • Optical Meteor Monitoring System Based on Embedded Artificial Intelligence Equipment

    Abstract: Optical meteor monitoring networks are composed by several optical meteor monitoring systems placed in different locations, which mainly contain a detector and a data processing modular. The optical meteor monitoring system could locate meteorites, obtain number of meteors, detect and send alerts of fire meteors. Real-time detection of meteors with high efficiency is important both for scientific research and civil affairs. This paper proposes a novel optical meteor monitoring system based on artificial intelligence device. The optical meteor monitoring system includes a hardware part and a software part. The hardware part is composed by a commercial camera and an artificial intelligence device. The software part is running in the artificial intelligence device, which includes the control module, the meteor monitoring module, and the data management module. The camera would capture videos in real time and send observation data to the meteor monitoring module. The meteor monitoring module could process observation data in real time to obtain candidates of meteors and store data of these candidates. At last, the data management module would send all detection data to the data center for further process. This paper uses real observation data to test the performance of the meteor monitoring module and results show that this algorithm can achieve a false positive rate of 0.28\% and a recall rate of 100\% and the speed of the data processing part is 8 times faster than the Mobilenetv2. This system has been further deployed in Taiyuan University of Technology and the remote observatory of Zhangbi Castle. Results show that the optical meteor monitoring system could achieve a recall rate of 100\% and a relatively low false detection rate.

  • 电磁连铸对Incoloy800H合金铸坯内TiN分布和内裂纹的影响

    Abstract:通常镍基合金制备采用模铸等浇注方式,与连铸生产方式相比存在流程复杂、合金成材率低、能耗高等不足。本文研究开发了Incoloy800H耐腐蚀合金立式电磁连铸制备方法,成功制备出截面为100×100 mm的Incoloy800H连铸坯,并研究了其内部凝固组织、内部裂纹和TiN分布等物理现象。研究结果表明,常规立式连铸Incoloy800H铸坯的内部组织粗大、存在严重的内部裂纹和大量TiN夹杂物;采用立式电磁连铸后,制备的Incoloy800H合金连铸坯的中心等轴晶比例从2.45%增加至41.45%,且中心等轴晶的平均晶粒尺寸由10.83 mm 减小至1.28 mm,并有效地消除了内部裂纹。TiN数量与分布的研究结果表明,立式电磁连铸条件下,铸坯中心的大尺寸TiN(大于2 μm)数量由3.71×10-4 个/μm2降至1.59×10-4 个/μm2,使得易于诱发内裂纹的TiN数量显著减少,并抑制了TiN团簇的形成,有助于枝晶间的液态合金的补缩;另一方面,电磁连铸促使Incoloy800H合金连铸坯形成细小的等轴晶,减轻了合金元素偏析并减少了大尺寸TiN的数量,从而减少了萌发裂纹的机率,有效地抑制了内部裂纹的形成。

  • Transportation, germs, culture: a dynamic graph model of 2019-nCoV spread

    Abstract: Since the outbreak of 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) at the hardest-hit city of Wuhan, the fast-moving spread has killed over three hundred people and infected more than ten thousands in China. There are more than one hundred cases outside of China, affecting a dozen of countries globally. The genome sequence of 2019-nCoV has been reported and fast diagnostic kits, effective treatment as well as preventive vaccines are rapidly being developed. Initial fast-growing confirmed cases triggered lock-down of Wuhan as well as nearby cities in Hubei Province. Mathematical models have been proposed by scientists around the world to project the numbers of infected cases in the coming days. However, major factors such as transportation and cultural customs have not been weighed enough. Our model is not set out for precise prediction of the number of infected cases, rather, it is meant for a glance of the dynamics under a public epidemic emergency situation and of different contributing factors. We hope that our model and simulation would provide more insights and perspective information to public health authorities around the globe for better informed prevention and containment solution. "

  • 肉用绵羊饲粮营养物质消化率和代谢能预测模型的研究

    Abstract:本试验旨在建立肉用绵羊饲粮营养物质消化率和代谢能(ME)的预测模型。选用66只体重为(45.0±2.0) kg的体况良好的杜泊×小尾寒羊F1代杂交肉用羯羊,随机分为11个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复1只羊。采用随机区组设计,分别测定11种不同粗饲料组成的饲粮的营养物质含量,通过物质代谢试验和气体代谢试验测定这11种饲粮的营养物质消化率和消化能(DE)及ME,在分析饲粮营养物质含量、可消化营养物质、DE和ME的基础上,筛选出最佳估测因子并建立估测方程。结果表明:饲粮干物质(DM)、有机物(OM)、粗蛋白质(CP)、总能(GE)消化率与饲粮中CP、GE和OM含量呈显著或极显著正相关(P<0.05或P<0.01),与中性洗涤纤维(NDF)含量呈显著负相关(P<0.05);饲粮NDF消化率与饲粮中DM、OM、CP、GE含量达到显著或极显著负相关(P<0.05或P<0.01),与NDF含量达到极显著正相关(P<0.01)。利用饲粮中营养物质含量对ME进行估测的最佳方程为ME=–49.593+0.594OM–0.107NDF(R2=0.949,P<0.01)。由此得出,饲粮营养物质消化率、ME与营养物质含量均有较强的相关性,可通过营养物质含量对饲粮的营养物质消化率、ME进行合理估测。

  • 花生秧作为肉用绵羊单一粗饲料有效能值的测定与估测

    Abstract:本试验旨在用套算法和插值法测定与估测肉用绵羊花生秧有效能值,确定替代法中饲粮中适宜花生秧替代比例,为单一秸秆饲料有效能值的测定与估测提供方法学上的参考。选用体重为(45.00±1.96) kg的体况良好的杜泊×小尾寒羊F1肉用成年羯羊54只,采用随机区组设计,分为9组,饲粮分别为基础饲粮、全花生秧饲粮和分别以10%、20%、30%、40%、50%、60%、70%花生秧替代基础饲粮的试验饲粮,每组6个重复,每个重复1只羊。预试期10 d;正试期9 d,其中气体代谢试验3 d,消化代谢试验6 d。结果表明:1)全花生秧饲粮组花生秧干物质(DM)表观消化率与20%、30%、40%组间差异不显著(P>0.05),显著高于其他各组(P0.05),但显著高于其他各组(P0.05)。2)花生秧消化能(DE)、代谢能(ME)均具有相同的规律,即全花生秧饲粮组DE、ME(8.57、6.69 MJ/kg DM)与20%(8.22、6.58 MJ/kg DM)、30%(8.02、6.50 MJ/kg DM)、40%组(8.10、6.52 MJ/kg DM)差异不显著(P>0.05),但显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。3)插值法求得花生秧ME“真值”为6.62 MJ/kg DM,接近于套算法得到的花生秧ME。综合得出,套算法可以用于肉用绵羊估测花生秧(单一粗饲料)的DE和ME;用套算法测定花生秧秸秆类粗饲料有效能值,其在饲粮中的适宜替代比例为20%~40%。

  • 饲粮中添加不同生物制剂对杜寒杂交肉羊营养物质消化利用的影响

    Abstract:本试验旨在比较在饲粮中添加不同生物制剂对杜寒杂交肉羊营养物质表观消化率、氮和能量代谢的影响。采用单因素试验设计,选取体重约32 kg的杜寒杂交F1代肉羊160只,随机分为5组,每组4个重复,每个重复8只。对照组采用不添加任何生物制剂的基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中分别添加21 mg/kg莫能菌素、4×109 CFU/kg地衣芽孢杆菌、3.2×109 CFU/kg酿酒酵母菌、1.1 g/kg酶菌制剂(包含地衣芽孢杆菌、酿酒酵母菌、碱性蛋白酶)。预试期10 d,正试期56 d。当酶菌制剂组试验羊体重约达37 kg时,每组选取4只羊进行消化代谢试验,预试期7 d,正试期5 d。结果表明:1)各试验组干物质表观消化率、酸性洗涤纤维表观消化率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),酶菌制剂组干物质表观消化率、有机物表观消化率最高,显著高于莫能菌素组和地衣芽孢杆菌组(P<0.05)。2)各试验组总能表观消化率、总能代谢率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。3)各试验组氮表观消化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),酶菌制剂组表观可消化氮、氮表观消化率显著高于对照组、莫能菌素组、地衣芽孢杆菌组(P<0.05)。结果提示,从作为饲料添加剂对杜寒杂交肉羊营养物质消化利用、能量代谢和氮代谢的作用效果分析,地衣芽孢杆菌、酿酒酵母菌和酶菌制剂均优于莫能菌素,酶菌制剂最佳。

  • 饲粮中添加不同生物制剂对杜寒杂交肉羊生产性能和屠宰性能的影响

    Abstract:本试验旨在比较饲粮添加不同生物制剂对杜寒杂交肉羊生产性能、屠宰性能、组织器官发育及肉品质的影响。采用单因素试验设计,选取平均体重约为32 kg的杜寒杂交F1代肉羊160只,随机分为5组,每组4个重复,每个重复8只。对照组采用基础饲粮,试验组分别添加21 mg/kg莫能菌素、4×109 CFU/kg地衣芽孢杆菌、3.2×109 CFU/kg酿酒酵母菌、1.1 g/kg复合生物制剂(包含地衣芽孢杆菌、酿酒酵母菌、碱性蛋白酶)。预试期10 d,正试期56 d,每2 d记录1次采食量,每20 d进行1次称重,当复合生物制剂组羊只的平均体重达到约50 kg时,每组选取10只羊进行屠宰,测定其屠宰性能、组织器官重量和肉品质指标。结果表明:1)复合生物制剂组平均日增重、屠宰率显著高于对照组(P0.05)。4)各组肉品质指标差异不显著(P>0.05)。综合得出,从作为饲料添加剂对肉羊生产性能作用效果来看,地衣芽孢杆菌、酿酒酵母菌、复合生物制剂可以替代莫能菌素,地衣芽孢杆菌好于酿酒酵母菌,复合生物制剂最佳。

  • 应用套算法估测肉羊精饲料代谢能

    Abstract:本试验旨在应用套算法建立肉羊精饲料代谢能估测模型。选取66只18月龄体重为(49.6±1.3) kg的杜泊×小尾寒羊F1代去势肉羊,采用完全随机区组设计分为11组,包括1个基础饲粮组和10个试验饲粮组,每组6只羊。通过消化代谢试验(为期8 d)和气体代谢试验(为期3 d)并结合套算法计算10种精饲料的消化能和代谢能,建立精饲料代谢能和其概略养分或可消化养分之间的模型。结果表明,1)10种精饲料总能、酸性洗涤纤维含量与消化能呈显著相关(P<0.05),有机物含量与消化能达到极显著相关(P<0.01);精饲料概略养分与代谢能之间则无相关性(P>0.05)。2)10种精饲料的可消化养分与代谢能存在极显著相关(P<0.01),所建立的预测方程为:ME=-1.907+1.344DE+1.321DDM-5.347DOM-2.093DADF(R2=0.845,n=60,P<0.01);ME=-2.105+1.349DE-6.577DOM(R2=0.842,n=60,P<0.01)。[ME为代谢能(MJ/kg),DE为消化能(MJ/kg),DDM为可消化干物质(%),DOM为可消化有机物(%),DADF为可消化酸性洗涤纤维(%)。]综上所述,本试验条件下无法利用精饲料概略养分预测其代谢能,通过精饲料的可消化养分可准确预测其代谢能。
