Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The automatic review of the quality of unpublished academic papers has not yet formed a unified index system, so this article explores and establishes a set of leading, scientific and objective index system for automatic review to improve the efficiency.[Method/process] From the perspective of knowledge production, combined with the factors of scientific knowledge production, the index system of academic paper quality for automatic review whose quantitative methods and techniques are briefly introduced, is constructed from seven aspects of author, reference, fund project support, selection of topics, innovation, scientificity and expression form. The principal component analysis method is used to determine the weight and the ranking of various automatic review indexes.[Result/conclusion] The results show that the weight value of the scientificity and innovation of a paper are high. The readability, length of the abstract and the quality and newness of the journal in which the references are published are also important factors. The results can provide references for the quantitative treatment of the follow-up automatic review indexes.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper studies the core elements of knowledge innovation in research teams under data intensive research environment, and proposes a data capability model for knowledge innovation of research teams, identifying the ability structure in the ability factors. [Method/process] Through literature review, this paper summarizes the research dimensions of knowledge innovation capability of scientific research teams in traditional environment, analyzes the scientific research environment formed by the rapid development of science in the data intensive environment, sketchs 6 dimensions of the research team in the new environment, and then constructs a data capability model to promote the knowledge innovation.[Result/conclusion] The research team needs to have data awareness, data retrieval and data discovery capability, data organization, integration and management capability, data description and storage capability, knowledge and rules analysis from the data capability, data analysis and evaluation capability. These capabilities promote knowledge innovation in research teams in the form of stimulating knowledge discovery, knowledge management, knowledge integration, knowledge sharing and knowledge evaluation.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] As the "gatekeeper" of scholarly journals, the peer review has been criticized for lacking the transparency quality assurance. The open peer review, to some extent, could overcome the limitation and live up to the demands of open science and giving reviewers credit. Thus, it is critical for journals to investigate the attitudes of researchers towards the open peer review before it is implemented.[Method/process]Based on the literature review, we firstly defined the concept, the pros and cons of the open peer review; then, we conducted an online survey focusing on the information disclosure willingness during the open review process of respondents, and analyzed the collected data.[Result/conclusion]304 valid questionnaires from China have been received. All respondents have authored papers and 70% of them have peer review experience, including 40% have review experience for international journals. The result indicates that about half (50.33%) of the Chinese researchers maintain a positive attitude towards the open peer review, and the degree of acceptance varies at different stages of the open peer review process. While the discipline of researchers affects their attitudes towards the open peer review, the peer review experience for international journals makes little difference on the results. The results and analysis in this study could serve as a reference for Chinese journals to put the open peer review into practice.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] With the frequent occurrence of data leakage events, more and more social network users have questioned the effectiveness of their privacy protection behaviors, and even abandoned the protection strategy for privacy information. This paper attempts to explore the reasons why social network users give up privacy protection from the perspective of self-efficacy of privacy protection.[Method/process] By sorting out relevant literature on self-efficacy, privacy fatigue was introduced as an intermediary variable, the structural equation model was established, and data were obtained by questionnaire survey for analysis.[Result/conclusion] The self-efficacy of privacy protection of social network users cannot directly influence their privacy separation behavior, and it needs to exert an indirect influence through the privacy fatigue of complete mediating variable. Different sources of privacy protection have different effects on self-efficacy.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Based on the multi-theoretical hypothesis, this study provides a theoretical and empirical basis for the information service of intelligent libraries.[Method/process] Combining the theory of technology acceptance behavior, innovation diffusion theory and perceived risk theory, this paper constructs a model of influencing factors of user acceptance behavior of information recommendation service based on context awareness-based perception, and makes an empirical study using logistic regression method.[Result/conclusion] The results show that although users pay attention to the usefulness, ease of use and compatibility of the recommendation service based on situational awareness information, they also pay attention to the protection of privacy such as situational information.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Studying the incentive factors of users' knowledge innovation behavior in virtual communities will help us to understand the motivation of it, and provide suggestions for promoting knowledge exchange and knowledge innovation in virtual communities.[Method/process] Starting from the dual situation of "endogenous motivation" and "exogenous motivation", the theoretical model of planned behavior is revised by integrating the theory of planned behavior, motivation theory and virtual community perception factors. Data are collected through questionnaire survey, and empirical tests are carried out with Smart PLS 2.0 and SPSS 22.0.[Result/conclusion] The results show that the sense of membership, influence and knowledge self-efficacy of virtual community have positive effects on the willingness to innovate knowledge for self-interest; subjective norms and group norms are positively correlated with the willingness to innovate knowledge for altruism; interactive environment of virtual community has positive effects on the willingness to innovate knowledge for altruism and on the innovation of knowledge sources and new ideas of new problems. The "self-interest" knowledge innovation will and the "altruistic" knowledge innovation will have a positive impact on knowledge source innovation and the development of new issues and ideas, and "self-interest" knowledge innovation will have a stronger impact than "altruistic" knowledge innovation will.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The sleeping beauty literature is a description of the phenomenon of delayed recognition in scientific literature, and delayed discovery or delayed attention also exists in technical literature. After reviewing the research of sleeping beauty in the literature, sleeping patent phenomenon and patent citation analysis, this article introduces this concept into patent information analysis and explores the phenomenon of sleeping beauty in patent documents.[Method/process] Based on the database of patents and patent citations published by the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the National Bureau of Economic Research, the paper uses classical identification method of sleeping beauty to identify the sleeping beauty patents, studies characteristics of this kind of patents, and conducts a case study by selecting a typical case.[Result/conclusion] The results prove that sleeping beauty phenomenon exists in patent literature while with unique characteristics. And this research lays a foundation for the subsequent identification and awakening of sleeping beauty patents, and then provides solutions for early detection and utilization of such valuable patent documents, facilitates the flow of knowledge and the iteration of technology, promotes scientific discovery and scientific research efficiency,and accelerates research process.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] The vote is one of the most common content sorting method of the social question and answer community, analysis of social Q&A community of users reputation gives motivation, targeted to develop relevant measures of rewards and punishments, correctly guide users to participate in the UGC responsibly collaboration, can guarantee social Q&A community benign development, give full play to the role of social Q&A community in Internet users informal learning, improve the quality and promote autonomous Internet information environment.[Method/process] Based on the grounded theory, through sample selection and data collection, 250 original response materials were selected from the relevant questions of Zhihu and coded for analysis. Combining customer participation theory and attribution theory, the model of UGC reputation engendering behavior motivation of users in social Q&A community was finally constructed.[Result/conclusion] The reputation conferencing behavior of social Q&A community users of UGC is affected by the reputation conferencing willingness and contributing factors, while the reputation conferencing willingness is affected by the perceived usefulness and social influence, while the user's judgment on the perceived usefulness of the reputation conferencing behavior is affected by the information quality, information source and social influence of UGC information.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Innovation is the key factor of academic paper evaluation. Based on the knowledge element theory and machine learning theory and algorithm, this paper studies how to intelligently evaluate the innovation of academic papers from the content of paper.[Method/process] Firstly, we constructed 4 knowledge element ontologies of academic papers including ‘research problem ontology’, ‘theory ontology’, ‘method ontology’ and ‘conclusion ontology’, and proposed the model of innovation evaluation. Secondly, we put forward the rules of knowledge element extraction. Word2vec and naive Bayes were used to classify the innovation of theories and methods of academic papers, and SVM model was used to build the rule base of knowledge element extraction. At last, on the basis of the construction of knowledge Meta base of academic papers, we proposed the basic methods of intelligent evaluation of research questions, theories, methods and conclusions of academic papers. We also constructed the process of intelligent evaluation of innovation of academic papers.[Result/conclusion] The feasibility of the methods is verified by the experiment and could provide the references for the realization of intelligently evaluation of academic paper.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] For e-commerce websites, the paper deeply analyzed the process of online review information quality perception, and clarified the operating rules and basic principles of online review information quality perception, which can contribute to analyze the mode of information processing and recognition for online reviews by users of information recipients comprehensively. [Method/process] The article started with the connotation and characteristics of information quality perception for online reviews, then it analyzed the four elements of online review information quality perception, clarified the five stages of the online review information quality perception process, and pointed out the two situational influencing factors in the information perception processing stage. A comprehensive analysis of the three types of pathways in the process of online review information quality perception is carried out as well. Finally, a model of online review information quality perception mechanism is constructed. [Result/conclusion] Information quality perception for online reviews is an orderly dynamic cyclic process. The constructed mechanism model can realize the overall grasp and understand of the information quality perception process for online reviews, providing theoretical and practical guidance for the research of information quality perception.

Abstract： Deception detection is an important topic in psychology. The cognitive approach to deception detection is based on the premise that lying is more cognitively demanding than truth telling. Increased cognitive load is hypothesized to result in greater behavioral differences between truth tellers and liars. By manipulating cognitive load through different interfering task of various difficulties during the concealed information test, the influence of cognitive load on memory-response conflict was investigated to better illustrate the cognitive mechanism of deception detection. Second, behavioral and physiological cues for memory-response conflict based deception detection were examined in both noncriminal and criminal group. Finally, machine learning algorithms were employed to predict liars and truth tellers via behavioral and physiological cues. These findings will serve to aid in deception detection in the fields of judicial security and human communication.

Abstract：【目的】通过挖掘电子商务平台冗杂的在线评论信息, 对消费者品牌转换意向进行模糊计算和类型划分。【方法】以品牌转换意向模型为基础构建在线评论的模糊情感词典, 通过对模糊情感词典的加工和整理, 使用模糊数学方法并制定模糊推理规则, 计算产品的品牌转换意向和转换类型。【结果】可以有效地抽取出在线评论中的模糊情感词, 实现了品牌转换意向的模糊计算归类。【局限】模糊情感词典构建规则复杂, 后期需要人工识别与分类, 较为费时费力。【结论】提出的在线评论用户品牌转换意向计算方法得到了较好的实验检验效果, 可为在线产品的品牌营销和预警提供信息决策。
