  • The Current Status of Non-surgical Treatment for Knee Osteoarthritis Patients in the Community:a Multi-center Cross-sectional Study

    Abstract: Background  Knee osteoarthritis is a common clinical condition with a decades-long course. Long term and personalised health management in community hospitals is the best way to prevent and treat KOA,and non-surgical treatment is an effective way to slow joint degeneration and postpone joint replacement surgery. Objective  To understand the population characteristics,clinical staging and treatment modality characteristics of the population attending community hospitals for knee osteoarthritis,in order to provide a basis for optimising the treatment protocol for knee osteoarthritis at the grassroots level. Method  All streets in the urban area of Beijing were randomly selected for the study using the whole cluster sampling method,and Hepingli Street in Dongcheng District,Beijing was censored for all patients who attended all community hospitals(7) belonging to the street in January-June 2022,and general information,medical history,personal history,clinical staging,K-L grading and treatment modalities were collected. Results  A total of 3 615 KOA patients were included in this study,including 1 327 males(36.71%) and 2 288 females(63.29%),aged(71.8±13.3) years. There were 867 cases(23.98%) in the onset period,209 cases(55.57%) in the remission period and 739 cases(20.45%) in the rehabilitation period. Gender and age of patients with different clinical stages were not correlated with clinical stages (P>0.05),while BMI(K=0.235) and KL grading(K=0.406) were correlated with clinical stages(P<0.001). During the attack period,4~5 kinds of treatment methods(48.67%) were combined,and the treatment methods were mainly traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations for external use(68.97%),475 cases(54.79%) of traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations for oral use,and 396 cases(45. 67%) of health education; in the remission stage,2-3 treatment methods were used in combination(48.58%),mainly including 1 084 cases(53.96%) of traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations for external use,1047 cases(52.12%) of health education and 790 cases(39.32%) of cupping; in the rehabilitation stage,2-3 kinds of treatment methods were used in combination(47.23%). The main treatment methods were health education in 488 cases(66.04%),traditional exercises in 286 cases(38.70%),and external use of traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations in 279 cases(37.75%). There was a correlation between clinical stage and type of combination therapy(K=0.356,P<0.05). Conclusion  Patients in community hospitals are mainly in remission,and treatment is often combined with various methods of traditional Chinese patent medicine and simple preparations,and traditional exercises are also widely used.

  • Practical Panorama and Insights of Digital Humanities Assistance for Marginalized Groups ——Based on an Investigation of 78 Typical Assistance Cases

    Abstract:
    Abstract:  Purpose/significance Analyzing practical cases of digital humanities projects aiding marginalized groups, the aim is to provide experience and insights for China’s exploration in using digital humanities projects to assist marginalized groups. Method/process By adopting the case analysis method, practical elements were extracted from 78 domestic and international digital humanities projects aimed at aiding marginalized groups. The assistance was tracked from four dimensions: diverse participation of assisting subjects for collective creation; consideration of both visible and invisible aspects of the assisted objects, keeping pace with time; implementation of assistance measures that are both constructive and deconstructive, employing a multi-pronged approach; and the diverse forms of assistance outcomes, seeking stability while striving for progress. Result/conclusion The following insights were derived for the construction of China’s digital humanities projects aimed at aiding marginalized groups: focus on the advantages of social systems to unleash the government’s driving force; target the needs of the assisted objects to carry out precise and targeted assistance; unify pragmatic measures to facilitate the realization of digital dividends; and build lightweight outcome clusters to promote the sustainable compounding of collective intelligence.

  • Research on the Influencing Factors of Knowledge Service Quality of Government Affairs WeChat Public Accounts

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Under the big data environment, government services gradually shift from information services to knowledge services. In order to better improve the quality of e-government knowledge services, it is necessary to understand the factors that affect the quality of knowledge services of the government and micro-channel public platforms.[Method/process] Mainly on the influencing factors of refined knowledge service quality, using survey questionnaires to collect relevant data, using Spss tools and exploratory factor analysis methods, an influencing factor model of knowledge servicequality of government and micro-channel public accounts was constructed.[Result/conclusion] According to the result of the rotation component, the influencing factors of the quality of service of government affairs and WeChat public number are mainly divided into three levels:service process and system operation, knowledge quality and public characteristics and sensory psychological experience, and service type comprehensiveness and service security privacy. The influencing factor index lays the foundation for the development of the government-based WeChat public number knowledge service business.

  • An Empirical Research on Customer Satisfaction of Government Websites' Knowledge Service Quality Based on MUSA Model

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Through the evaluation of municipal governments' website knowledge service quality, this paper hopes to provide data support and reference for the improvement and optimization of government website knowledge service quality.[Method/process] Through the literature collecting and questionnaire surveys, this paper establishes evaluation standards for the quality of knowledge services on government websites. Then, using the MUSA model and benchmarking management methods,we conduct an empirical analysis on the satisfaction of the municipal governments' website knowledge service quality.[Result/conclusion] The evaluation results of the user satisfaction of the three municipal government websites' knowledge service quality are actually obtained, and the position of each government website is positioned in terms of its competitive advantage, disadvantages, weaknesses, and priorities for improvement in the knowledge service process.

  • Study on Knowledge Element Model and Visual Representation of Government Website Information Resources

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The theory of knowledge element model is used to study the optimization path of the knowledge service effect of government Website, and the visual representation technology is helpful to reduce the operating load and the cognitive load of the information processing of the government users under the big data environment.[Method/process] According to the related knowledge element model, the six-tuple knowledge element representation method and the knowledge element ontology four tuple structures are deduced, which conforms to the characteristics of the information resources of the government Website. The TextRank and HDP algorithms are used to extract the key words and the subject words of the government Website information resources, and the domain experts determine the knowledge according to the extraction results. A visual representation model of government Website information resources knowledge element is constructed, which includes knowledge element ontology database generation and visual knowledge service.[Result/conclusion] The shared bicycle as an example issued by the government Website tests the effectiveness and feasibility of the visual representation model of knowledge element, and it provides a new research idea for the transition from government Website document's coarse-grained service to the knowledge element as a unit of fine-grained service, also with the help of visual knowledge services, the structured navigation of government information and the effect of user interpretation of domain text semantics are enhanced.

  • Research on Knowledge Fusion Service Model of Government Website Information Resources in Policy-making

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The concept of knowledge fusion is innovatively introduced into policy-making, through the in-depth excavation and utilization of massive government website information resources with multiple policy-making support values, to improve the level of policy-making.[Method/process] In view of the different policy-making support value of government website information resources, this paper analyzes the knowledge fusion service demand and function positioning in the policy-making process. Based on this, a knowledge fusion service model for policy-making of government website information resources is constructed, and takes the knowledge fusion of related government website information resources in the field of "reforms to streamline administration, delegate more powers, improve regulation and provide better services" as an example to describe the application scenario of the model.[Result/conclusion] The model can provide new perspectives, ideas and ways for the construction of the current party and government leadership scientific decision support service platform.

  • Empirical Research on the Funding Effect of Science and Technology Policy Based on DID Model: Take the 20 Years of Implementation of Distinguished Young Scientists' Fund in Earth Science Projects as an Example

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Science and technology innovation is an important strategic support for modern economic system. After the reform and opening up, in order to promote China's economic development, China government introduced and implemented a series of science and technology policy aims to promote the development of science and technology. However, how is the founding effect of these science and technology and policies, how the changes in founding effects in the historical cycle of science and technology policy have caused wide spread concern.[Method/process] This paper conducted an empirical research of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars Earth Science Project that has been in operation for 20 years(JieQing fund) as an example. In order to overcome the endogeneity problem caused by sample selection bias,the study used DID model to assess the effect of fund for distinguished young on the research papers output efficiency of scientists, and put forward the "environment-motivation-behavior" model to explain the research result.[Result/conclusion] The empirical results show that between 1994 to 2008, the significant funding effect of JieQing fund reached 12 years, with a significant proportion 80%. Scientists who have received JieQing fund(JieQing Scientists) were able to published more 0.412 to 3.234 papers per year than those who have not received JieQing fund. After data conversion,compared with other scientists who in the same period(Same period Scientists) of JieQing Scientists, JieQing scientists can published more 0.426-3.277 papers per year. The largest funded effect of JieQing fund was in 2002, but the funding effect was not significant in 2007 and 2008. When evaluating the effect of science and technology policy support, the control group can be constructed by this method in this paper to achieve the research purpose of causal effect inference.

  • The Study of Traditional Collection O2O Information Service Mode in the Environment of “Internet +”

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] In view of the realistic problems of cultural heritage institutions' user service channel blocking,insufficient contact with target users,low utilization rate of collection resources existing in libraries, museums and archives, based on "Internet + traditional collection information service", this paper explores the feasibility of online to offline service mode.[Method/process]The paper uses literature review to analyze the drawback of traditional mode,and O2O mode's application in the field of LAM theoretically, illustrates the present situation of internal cultural heritage institutions' application of O2O service method, puts forward traditional collection O2O information service mode, explains its connotation, elements and forms, and discusses the practical operation and service process.[Result/conclusion]Cultural heritage institutions are adapting to the changes in digital age. The traditional collection O2O information service mode accords with this tendency,and is helpful to user service development and transformation of LAM.

  • The Construction of Training Target and Knowledge Ecosystem of Medical Intelligence Talents

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance]Based on the current big data environment and the demand for knowledge services in the field of medical intelligence, this paper explores the training objectives and the construction of knowledge ecosystem of medical intelligence talents.[Method/process] First of all, from the perspective of medical intelligence personnel providing medical services, it explores its multi-angle analysis of user needs, multi-level matching of needs and resources, and the ability to provide knowledge services through multiple channels. Then, according to the composition and operation mechanism of the knowledge ecosystem, from three perspectives which include knowledge resources, knowledge service activities and knowledge innovation activities, it constructs a knowledge ecosystem, which includes professional curriculum system, teaching practice platform and knowledge ecosystem of educational incentives for the training of medical intelligence personnel. Finally, taking the reform of the curriculum system of the medical informatics major of Jilin University, the setting of the teaching practice platform and the training program of knowledge innovation activities as an example, this study analyzes the role of the knowledge ecosystem in the training process of medical intelligence talents.[Result/conclusion] The research constructs the goal and the knowledge ecosystem of cultivating medical intelligence talents driven by innovation ability, promoting the application of information science research theories and methods in medical intelligence.

  • Research on Multi-dimensional Social Attribute Analysis and Visualization of Weibo Public Opinion——Taking a Vaccine Event as an Example

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Combining sociological perspective and information science means, the social attributes and external manifestations of public opinion events on microblog are correspondingly integrated, which provides a new perspective for explaining the social problems behind public opinion events.[Method/process] Combing the current research situation related to public opinion, and constructing the social attributes and externalization performance model of public opinion on microblog. Focusing on public opinion and explaining the internal logic between the 3 social attributes of crowd, content and sentiment and the 3 external manifestations of opinion leader, event and emotion. Then taking a vaccine incident as an example for empirical research and visual display.[Result/conclusion] The results of empirical research verify the validity and operability of the social attributes and externalization performance model of microblog public opinion. From the perspective of sociology, using the advantages of quantitative and visual research methods in the field of information science, we can fully understand the externalization of different social attributes of public opinion events and dig deeply into the essential problems behind public opinion events.

  • Understanding Users' Purchase Behaviors on Information-Driven Decision-Making Sharing Service Platform——The Configuration Effect of Multi-Agent Generated Signals

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] This paper aims to explore the interactive impact of information generated by multiple entities on purchasing behaviors of resource demanders on the shared service platform, so as to facilitate the recovery and sustainable development of sharing economy in the post-epidemic era.[Method/process] Based on the signal theory, combining information features generated by multiple-agents, this paper constructed a configuration model of users' purchasing behaviors of information-oriented decision-making sharing service platform. Taking the sharing accommodation platform as an example, this paper used Python to crawl Chengdu's shared housing data on the Airbnb platform, and used the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) to identify the configuration effect of information generated by multiple entities on users' purchasing behaviors.[Result/conclusion] The results show that there are three equivalent paths encouraging users' purchase behavior, and among which there is one necessary condition. There are also three combinations of information characteristics that discourage the purchasing behaviors of sharing platform users, and among which there is one necessary condition. The findings confirmed that the path leading to users' purchasing behaviors and the path of non-purchasing behaviors are not the opposite.

  • Practical Application Analysis of Data Storytelling: Taking Data News as an Example

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Data storytelling realizes the association and fusion of data, and narration, which is conducive to the public’s perception and cognition of complex data, and improves the data reuse rate. [Method/process] The author extracted 260 data news story titles from Xinhuanet and refined high-frequency words, based on this, identified 27 health-related hot data news stories. Based on the grounded theory and using the qualitative analysis software NVivo11, the author carried out three-level coding. Finally, 11 initial categories and 6 main categories of data news practice were obtained. [Result/conclusion] Get the theoretical model and characteristics of the practice path of data storytelling. Data stories can be used for knowledge discovery, data interpretation, service value-added and other aspects.

  • Research on Aggregation of Historical Archive Resources Based on Linked Data

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The application of linking data technology in the aggregation of historical archive resources can help to explore the potential correlation of resource data, discover new knowledge and realize value increment, so as to optimize knowledge service. [Method/process] This paper sorted out the related researches on the exploitation and utilization of archival resources, constructed the framework of archival resources aggregation from the objective, principle, process and hierarchical relationship of resource aggregation, and analyzed the process of resource aggregation with the example of "Jing Shi Zi Ji". [Result/conclusion] The theoretical guiding framework and retrieval service platform of historical archival resources aggregation from the perspective of linked data are given, which provide a path from theory to practice for the development and utilization of historical archival resources.

  • 多级分解的Retinex低照度图像增强算法

    Abstract: The existing algorithms can't enhance the details of image edges and effectively control the enhancement degree of each scale information. Aiming at the problem, this paper proposed a multi-level decomposition Retinex low-light image enhancement algorithm. On the basis of Retinex decomposition model and bilateral filtering, the algorithm can obtain the multi-level reflection components and illumination component by setting different filtering parameters. Using the exponential function to enhance the multi-level reflection components, the algorithm can effectively enhance the expression ability of the image edge details. And using the S-type function to process the final luminance component, the algorithm can improve the overall brightness of the low-light image while suppressing the high-luminance area. By processing the color restoration function as post-processing, the algorithm can further avoid the problems of color deviation and distortion. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can improve the visual quality of low light images and is superior to the existing algorithms in terms of clarity, information entropy, and contrast.
