Abstract: [Purpose/significance] This paper defines the concept of scientific data security behavior, and combines different stages of research activities to analyze how to ensure the safety of scientific data in the scientific research process. It is of great significance to standardize the scientific data security behavior of scientific researchers, promote scientific data security management, formulate scientific data security policies, and improve the scientific data security management system. [Method/process] The network research method was adopted to integrate the definition of information security behavior and scientific data security management, and then, the concept of scientific data security behavior was proposed. On this basis, starting from the theory, this paper combined with the practical experience of scientific data management and sharing to explained that way to ensure the security of scientific data through personal behavior. [Result/conclusion] At this stage, scientific data security management is aimed at scientific data management platform. Research on scientific data security from the perspective of behavior is still in its infancy. Based on the scientific research process, this paper analyzes how to standardize the behavior of scientific researchers to improve the security of scientific data from two aspects. First, in the stage which existence of scientific data security risk, combined with the policy of scientific data management, this paper proposes a targeted improvement strategy. Second, for the stage where there is no obvious security risk, suggestions are put forward which based on the practical experience of scientific data management at home and abroad.

Abstract: The closely reciprocal feedback between cryosphere and biosphere has constantly been intensified by global change, which strongly affects global management for environment and sustainable development of human-being. From the perspective of basic pattern and function of cryosphere ecosystems, and their response process and adaptive strategy to changing environment, we fully specified distribution patterns of cryosphere ecosystems and how it functioned for earth ecosystems and contributed to human well-being, briefly stated how it is most sensitive, thereby as an indicator to climate change, also pointed out cryosphere ecosystems as barrier function for maintaining biodiversity and increasing productivity, and finally put forward an effective way to facilitate ecosystems health in cryosphere. Totally, the common contents and corresponding study processes in cryosphere ecology were better to be introduced, even essential prospective of cryosphere ecology was included in this paper.

Abstract: Transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is selecting the patient dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC) as a stimulating area, by adjusting the cortical excitability, alleviate ADHD symptoms and improve impaired cognitive functions. In view of the problem of tDCS in ADHD treatment, the future from effectiveness, determine the optimal stimulation parameters, individual differences, different subtypes and in combination with other therapies using these five aspects to further study.

Abstract: Objective To investigate the role of triggering receptors expressed on myeloid cells-1 (TREM-1) in the oncogenesis and progression of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods The expression and localization of TREM-1 were detected by immunohistochemistry in 76 specimens of HCC, 33 specimens of liver cirrhosis, 30 specimens of hepatitis and 20 normal liver tissues. The association between TREM-1 expression and the clinicopathologic parameters of HCC was analyzed. Human normal hepatic cell line LO2 and HCC cell line SMMC-7721 were examined for TREM-1 expression pattern using RT-PCR and Western blotting. Results All the normal liver samples showed negative expression of TREM-1 protein, which was significantly up-regulated in the other 3 tissues. The positivity rates of TREM-1 expression were not significantly different between hepatitis, cirrhosis and HCC tissues [20.00% (6/30), 24.24% (8/33), and 21.05% (16/76), respectively; χ 2 =0.195, P=0.907]. Different from chronic hepatitis and liver cirrhosis tissues where TREM-1 expression was located mainly in the nucleus and occasionally in the cytoplasm of the hepatocytes, HCC tissues showed a cellular localization of TREM-1 protein almost exclusively in the cytoplasm. In HCC, TREM-1 expression was negatively correlated with the histological grade of the tumor (r=-0.261, P=0.023) but not related with the patients' age, gender, tumor size, clinical stage, pre-existing hepatitis and cirrhosis, lymph node metastasis, or intrahepatic vascular embolism (all P>0.05). In the in vitro experiments, low levels of TREM-1 mRNA and protein expressions were detected in LO2 cells line, but their expressions were markedly up-regulated in SMMC-7721 cells. Conclusion Aberrant enhancement of the expression and cytoplasmic accumulation of TREM-1 may correlate closely with the oncogenesis and progression of HCC.
