    Abstract: Both inhibition of return (IOR) and emotion have the characteristics of attentional bias and improving search efficiency. Previous studies mostly used a single modality presentation of emotional stimuli to investigate the relationship between the two, but the findings are inconsistent. Existing studies have shown that the congruent emotion of audiovisual dual modality can be integrated into the perceptual stage, which is the same as the processing stage of IOR. Therefore, the present study adopted the cue-target paradigm and used audiovisual dual modality to present emotional stimuli to further investigate the interaction between emotion and IOR. Experiment 1 was a three-factor within-subject design. We manipulated the presentation of cue validity (cued vs. uncued), target modalities (visual vs. audiovisual), and emotion type (negative vs. neutral). The task of the subjects was to identify the emotional stimuli of visual modality. Experiment 2 was similar to Experiment 1, but the emotional congruency was changed. The audiovisual dual modality presented incongruent emotional stimuli (visual negative face-auditory neutral sound; visual neutral face-auditory negative sound) to further investigate whether the impact of the audiovisual dual modality emotional stimulus on IOR was caused by the emotional stimulus of the auditory modality, that is, whether the emotional stimulus of the auditory modality was processed. In Experiment 1, the responses in the cued condition were slower than those in the uncued condition, which suggested that IOR occurred. More importantly, the interaction between emotion type and cue validity in the audiovisual dual modality condition showed that congruent negative emotion produces a smaller IOR effect (11 ms) than neutral emotion (25 ms). At the same time, the audiovisual dual modality condition produced a smaller IOR effect (18 ms) than the visual single modality condition (40 ms). We also found a larger multisensory response enhancement effect in the congruent negative emotion than in the neutral emotion. In Experiment 2, the results showed that there was no interaction between emotion and IOR under the condition of audiovisual dual modality, and there was no significant difference in IOR effect between single modality and audiovisual dual modality. This indicated that the IOR effect was not influenced by the presence of incongruent emotion in the audiovisual dual modality. In summary, the present study showed that the IOR effect was influenced only when the audiovisual dual modality presented the same emotion. Our findings revealed that IOR and audiovisual dual modality congruent emotion in the same processing stage had a mutual influence. Audiovisual dual modality congruent emotion weakened the IOR effect, and the differences between the negative emotion and the neutral emotion showed the adaptability of IOR. At the same time, this study further supports the perceptual inhibition theory of IOR.

    Abstract:

    Persistent genital arousal disorder (PGAD) and genito-pelvic dysesthesia (GPD ) jointly known as persistent genital arousal disorder/genito-pelvic dysesthesia syndrome(PGAD/GPD). It is a newly discovered entity in recent years, featuring spontaneous or secondary genital arousal and dysesthesia in the genital and pelvic areas. This syndrome mainly affects women and the special symptoms of the disease can seriously affect the physical and mental health of the victims, most patients are in anxiety, depression, and suicidal even be committed. Attention had been paid by medical community abroad, and PGAD/GPD was included in international classification of diseases-11 (ICD-11). Given the fact that lacking recognition of this special entity among domestic health providers at present, we introduce the research status and the latest expert consensus of PGAD/GPD abroad in this review, hoping to raise the attention of our clinicians.

  • 不同光质对白及组培苗生长及光合特性的影响

    Abstract:白及的自然繁殖率极低,组培育苗是其种苗繁殖的主要方式之一。本研究以紫花白及(Bletilla striata)为试验材料,研究LED光质对白及组培苗的生长和光合特性的影响,探索提高白及组培育苗质量及缩短育苗周期的高效人工光环境。结果表明,提高红蓝光组合中的蓝光占比,有利于促进白及组培苗的生长和生物量的积累,而白及的球茎大小与红光的占比呈正相关;在红蓝组光合中增加25 %的绿光(2R1B1G),可显著提高白及叶片的叶绿素含量和净光合速率,促进组培苗根系和叶片的生长。综合分析表明,光质(2R1B1G)处理下的白及组培苗株高提高、茎粗增大、叶绿素含量、净光合速率和根系发育均表现出最佳优势,2R1B1G处理可推荐作为白及组培育苗的光质配方。

  • 定点突变改善PvEH1对邻甲基苯基缩水甘油醚的催化特性

    Abstract:环氧化物水解酶能够对外消旋环氧化物进行动力学拆分保留单构型的环氧化物。测定了菜豆环氧化物水解酶 (PvEH1) 针对苯基缩水甘油醚及其甲基衍生物的催化特性,并基于分子对接及多序列比对分析确定7个突变位点,通过单点和组合突变对PvEH1进行改造,以期改善PvEH1对邻甲基苯基缩水甘油醚 (1a) 的催化特性。底物谱分析表明PvEH1对1a的催化活性 (157.2 U/g湿细胞) 和对映选择性 (E = 5.6) 最高。单点突变结果显示E. coli/pveh1L105I和E. coli/pveh1V106I对1a的催化活性和对映选择性均有明显提高;L105I和V106I位组合突变菌株E. coli/pveh1L105I/V106I的催化活性 (493.8 U/g湿细胞) 是E. coli/pveh1的3.1倍,对映选择性 (E = 8.3) 也提高至E. coli/pveh1的1.5倍。纯化后PvEH1L105I/V106I的催化活性为17.6 U/mg是PvEH1的1.5倍,对1a的催化效率提高至PvEH1的2.1倍。SDS-PAGE分析表明提高了蛋白的可溶性表达量。利用E. coli/pveh1L105I/V106I全细胞催化100 mmol/L 1a水解动力学拆分获得手性纯 (R)-1a (ee > 96%) 的产率和时空产率分别为31.2%和5.12 g/L/h,因此,在手性纯 (R)-1a的制备中,E. coli/pveh1L105I/V106I是一种颇具潜力的生物催化剂。

  • 河北省滨海盐渍土地区油葵综合性状分析

    Abstract: Because of soil salinization, the economic benefit of agricultural land is low in coastal saline soil area. So, it is a very meaningful job to improve the agricultural productivity in coastal saline soil area. Oil sunflower (Helianthus annuus L.) has long been considered as a oil economic crop with a considerable tolerance to saline-alkaline soils. Salinization abiotic stress is a main natural environmental factor that adversely affects oil sunflower production and quality in soil salination area. Cultivating salt-tolerant and superior quality oil sunflower variety is one of the primary missions of salinized oil sunflower breeding. In this paper, the 9 oil sunflower accessions were cultivated in anti rainshed saline alkali soil identification method in a controlled environment chamber. We can be obtained 6 g·kg-1 mixture salt soil by adjusting the 1 g·kg-1 topsoil and 10 g·kg-1 seashore saline soil. The 1 g·kg-1 topsoil was used as the control. The 6 g·kg-1 mixture salt soil was used as the treatment. Plant height, leaf area, biomass on oil sunflower seeding were measured after 20 days treatment, and emergence rate and emergence index were investigated after sowing every 3 days. The salt resistance of different oil sunflower accessions was evaluated by the fuzzy mathematics method of membership function. The 9 oil sunflower accessions were used in the preliminary analysis of salt-tolerant characteristics. The results showed that the 5 indexes of the 9 oil sunflower decreased under the 6 g·kg-1 mixture salt soil. But rate of change were the most significant difference at seedling stage. The degrees of salt-tolerance of 9 oil sunflower accessions were different. The 9 oil sunflower accessions were sorted based on clustering analysis. Oil sunflower accessions of no.1 and no.8 were strongly tolerant to salt stress. Oil sunflower accession of no.3 was the most sensitive to salt stress. Furthermore, the growth period, plant height, diameter of flower dish, oil content and other 10 major agronomic traits were measured under salination soil condition. Different oil sunflower accessions was evaluated by correlation analysis, principal component analysis and clustering analysis. The result of the study provided the needed reference information on salt tolerant germplasm resources of oil sunflower in coastal saline soil area and genetic breeding. Correlation analysis showed that one trait was correlated or extremely correlated with at least two traits each other, but the correlation coefficient was low. Growth period was extremely negative correlated with production factor, and the result indicated that the longer suffering in severe saline environment, the worse increasing oil sunflower yield. According to the obtained agronomic traits from field experiments, 9 oil sunflower varieties could be classified into 3 clusters on the basis of mature period, yield and quality. ClusterⅠwas mainly high oil content, middle yield and later maturing variety. Cluster Ⅱwas mainly early maturing, middle yield and low oil content variety. Cluster Ⅲ was mainly high yield, middle yield and middle oil content variety. The principal component analysis results showed that the three eigenvalues of cumulative variance proportion is 69%. We calculated the comprehensive score for the evaluated the 9 oil sunflower accessions with weighted sum method. Oil sunflower accession of no.8 was tops the list. Combining with the results of identification of salt tolerance at seedling stage, comprehensive analysis suggested that oil sunflower accessions of no.1 and no.8 could be used as the excellent germplasm for salt tolerance breeding of oil sunflower in coastal saline soil area.

    Abstract:本文基于热质耦合的Lattice Bhatnagar-Gross-Krook(CLBGK)模型,通过引入浓度分布函数,利用格子Boltzmann方法对顶盖驱动的复合方腔内的双扩散混合对流现象进行了研究,复合方腔由多孔介质区域和自由空间组成。分析了路易斯数Le=2.0,浮升力比N=1.0,格拉晓夫数Gr=104和普朗特数Pr=0.7时,孔隙率(ε = 0.6/0.7/0.8)、方腔中多孔介质层位置及理查德森数Ri(10-3≤Ri≤103)对内部混合对流及热质扩散的影响。给出了方腔内温度、浓度和流线分布,以及高温高浓度壁面的平均努赛尔数Nuav和平均舍伍德数Shav。研究结果表明:多孔介质层对顶盖驱动方腔内热质双扩散影响显著,且方腔左壁壁面平均努赛尔数Nuav与平均舍伍德数Shav,在位置D1-D3之间随多孔介质层的右移而增大,在位置D3上随Ri(10-3≤Ri≤103)的增大而减小。
