  • Advances in Gut Microbiota in Heart Failure Combined with Depression

    Abstract: Heart failure patients are prone to depression,and interact with each other,leading to lower quality of life and poor prognosis of patients. As the largest microecosystem in the human body,changes in the composition,structure and function of the gut microbiota are closely related to the physiological and pathological states of the host. Currently,the “gut heart/brain axis” has been used to explain the link between gut microbiota,cardiovascular diseases,and mood states,which is an important comorbid basis for heart failure and depression. In this paper,we reviewed the mechanisms of gut microbiota,metabolites,and vagus nerve in the development of heart failure and depression,and propose that mediterranean diet,probiotics,and microbiota transplantation have the potential to improve the “microbiota-gut-heart/brain axis”,providing a new perspective for the treatment of heart failure patients comorbid with depression.

  • Strategic Approach on Promoting Reform of China’s Natural Protected Areas System with National Parks as Backbone

    Abstract: China has formed a natural protected areas system with various types and functions, which has played an important role in protecting important natural ecosystems and biodiversity. However, for a long time, China basically implemented a “rescue” conservation strategy, focused on protected area expansion, and ignored the improvement of management quality and ability. The construction and management of protected area cannot keep China’s pace of promoting ecological civilization construction. The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes to establish a natural protected areas system with national parks as the main backbone, which poses urgent demands on promoting the revolution of the natural protected areas system in China. Firstly, this study deeply analyzed a series of outstanding problems facing China’s natural protected areas system, which included the lack of top-level design and system planning, weak legal system, insufficient multi-participation, shortage of funds, unclear land ownership, fierce conflict between conservation and development, weak management capacity, etc. On this basis, the study proposes to promote a systematic reform of China’s natural protected areas system. First, promote the top-level design, system planning, and legislative arrangements on the natural protected areas system. Second, improve the property right system of protected areas. Third, build governance system and promote multi-governing of protected areas. Then, expand the scope of space governance of protected areas, and facilitate coordinated development between protected areas and surrounding areas. Finally, establish a mechanism for realizing the value of ecological products in and around protected areas.

  • Design and Prospect for Anti-theft and Anti-destruction of Nodes in Solar Insecticidal Lamps Internet of Things

    Abstract: Solar insecticidal lamps (SILs) are widely used in agriculture for the purpose of effectively controlling pests and reducing pesticide dosage. With the increasing deployment of SILs, there are more and more reports about theft and destruction of SILs, seriously affecting the pest control effect and leading to great economic losses. Unfortunately, many efforts remain unsuccessful, since people can destruct the components of SIL in part but not steal the whole SIL, which cannot be detected by GPRS module or can only be labeled as a fault of component. To realize the broader effect of anti-theft and anti-destruction in the scenario of Solar Insecticidal Lamps Internet of Things (SIL-IoTs), there were two types of designs which would enable substantial improvements. On one hand, SIL was reformed and designed to obtain more information from different kinds of sensors and increase the difficulty of theft and destruction of SILs. Four modules were equipped including gated switch, voltage and current module, emergency power module, acceleration sensor module. Gated switch was used to judge whether the gate of power was open or closed. Voltage and current module of battery, solar panel, lamp, and metal mesh were used to judge whether the components were stolen or destructed. Emergency power module was used for communication module after the battery being stolen. Acceleration sensor module was used to judge whether the SIL was shaking by stealer. On the other hand, the auxiliary equipment of SIL, i.e., unmanned aerial vehicle insecticidal lamp (UAV-IL), was put forward for emergency applications after theft and destruction of SIL, e.g., deployment, tracking, patrol inspection, and so on. Through the above-mentioned hardware design and application of UAV-IL, more information from different kinds of sensors could be obtained to make judgements about the situation of theft and destruction. However, considering the short occurrence time of theft and destruction, the design was not enough to realize fast and accurate judgments. Therefore, six key research issues in the design of internal hardware, software algorithm and appearance structure design level were discussed, including 1) optimal design of anti-theft and anti-destruction of SILs; 2) establishment of anti-theft and anti-destruction judgment rules of SILs; 3) fast and accurate judgments of theft and destruction of SILs; 4) emergency measures after theft and destruction of SILs; and 5) prediction and prevention of theft and destruction of SILs; 6) optimal calculation to reduce the load of network data transmission. The anti-theft and anti-destruction have crucial roles in equipment safety, which can be extended to various agricultural applications.

  • 罗汉果苷IIE 在巨噬细胞糖尿病炎症模型中的作用

    Abstract: To explorer the mogroside IIE effect on macrophages in mice diabetes inflammation model by induced with lipopolysaccharide and palmitic acid, 1 ng·μL-1 LPS and 100 μmol·L-1 PA were combined treatment for macrophages in mice RAW 264.7, and the mRNA expression changes of TNF-α was detected by qRT-PCR. Also the macrophages in mice with induced by lipopolysaccharide and palmitic acid after 24 h was treated with 20 μmol·L-1 Mogroside IIE and the mRNA expression change of inflammatory factor TNF-α was detected by qRT-PCR at different points of time 1, 3, 6, 12, 24 h. The results showed the synergistic effect of inflammation in macrophages in mice RAW 264.7 by treatment with 1 ng·μL-1 LPS and 100 μmol·L-1 PA after 24 h was maximum. All the above results indicate that 20 μmol·L-1 mogroside IIE can reduce the mRNA expression of inflammatory factor TNF-α in macrophages in mice by treatment with LPS and PA, which provides the reference for new therapy of diabetes.

  • 基于数值历表的月球物理天平动研究

    Abstract:月球物理天平动是对月球运动在空间摆动的描述。确定月球物理天平动,可以推测物理天平动的激发与耗散机制,比如陨击、月震和核幔粘滞摩擦等,故测定月球物理天平动对认识太阳系中天体的起源、演化及结构等,都具有十分重要的意义。本文利用最新的INPOP19a历表的数据,完成了对历表提取的欧拉角到月球物理天平动的转换,得到的物理天平动数值分别与该系列历表INPOP17a以及被广泛使用的DE430对比,发现不同历表的物理天平动之差存在着稳定周期。对比历表欧拉角的差别,计算出地心到月面反射器A15的距离最大有30厘米的差别,此结果对月球激光测距的预报精度有较大的影响,为后续的高精度测月研究打下基础。研究结果表明,INPOP19a最为稳定,故在月球物理天平动研究中推荐使用INPOP19a。

  • 一种激光导引星自适应光学系统中激光上行到达角起伏测量方法的研究

    Abstract: 激光导引星波前倾斜测量问题是限制自适应光学技术在天文领域广泛应用的关键问题之一。测量并改正激光上行到达角起伏是解决这一问题的有效方法。提出一种基于统计平均算法而不依赖自然导引星和辅助望远镜的测量方法,可以有效地测量出激光上行到达角起伏。利用具有子孔径阵列的哈特曼波前传感器对激光信标进行探测,选择部分子孔径进行倾斜量的统计平均以获得激光上行到达角起伏。仿真了统计平均算法的误差随子孔径数量的变化关系。结果表明,最小算法误差相对于望远镜全口径倾斜误差的下降比例与大气Fried常数无关,而与望远镜口径有关。望远镜口径越大,算法误差相对于全口径倾斜误差下降越多。当望远镜口径为10m时,最小算法误差下降为望远镜全口径倾斜误差的33%。

  • CD45单抗介导的188Re-亲和素二步法预定位靶向淋巴瘤的实验研究

    Abstract: Objective To establish a two-step pretargeting approach to lymphoma radioimmunoimaging in mice using biotinynaled CD45 monoclonal antibody (McAb) and 188 Re-avidin in a tumor-bearing mouse model. Methods Six Nod-Scid mice bearing lymphoma cell xenograft were randomized to receive either an intravenous injection of 50 μg/200 μL biotinyled CD45 McAb followed 24 h later by an intraperitoneal injection of 3.7 MBq (50 μg/100 μL) 188Re-avidin (two-step pretargeting group), or a single intravenous injection of 3.7 MBq (100 μg/100 μL) 188Re-CD45 McAb (control group). SPECT was performed at 0.5, 1, 6 and 23 h post-injection to characterize 188Re isotope biodistribution. At 24 h pos-injection, the mice were sacrificed for measurement of radioactivity uptake in the tumor and normal tissues and calculation of the tumor-to-non-tumor (T/NT) ratios. Results SPECT showed that the two-step pretargeting method resulted in a low radioactivity in the blood pool during the imaging and a concentrated radioactivity in the liver and spleen. The transplanted tumor began to be displayed at 1 h post-injection and was clearly displayed at 1-6 h; the images were clear even at 23 h. With the two-step pretargeting method, the radioactive uptake at 24 h post-injection were (1.34±0.52)%, (6.77±2.32)%, and (2.81±1.25)% in the tumor, kidney and liver, respectively, with low radioactivity levels in other organs and high tumor/blood and tumor/muscle ratios (4.28±0.82 and 8.00± 0.88, respectively). In the control group, SPECT revealed intense radioactivity in the liver, spleen, and kidneys with obscure display of the tumor; at 20 h, the radioactivity in the blood pool remained high but that in the tumor was low, and the tumor/ blood and tumor/muscle ratios at 24 h were only 0.58±0.06 and 3.21±0.24, respectively. Conclusion Compared with 188Re-CD45 McAb, the two-step pretargeting approach exhibits a good specificity in targeting lymphoma with an increased T/NT ratio in mice and allows early tumor display at 1 h post-injection.

  • 玉米籽粒的传质干燥模拟及实验分析

    Abstract:为了解干燥过程中玉米籽粒内部水分的扩散过程,优化干燥工艺参数,本文采用模拟研究和实验研究方法分析干燥过程中玉米籽粒内部水分分布随时间的变化规律。玉米籽粒由种皮、角质胚乳、粉质胚乳和胚四组分组成,四种组分水分扩散系数各不相同,本文分别假设玉米籽粒由单组分均质体和多组分非均质体组成,分别建立了玉米籽粒的干燥数学模型,利用COMSOL Multiphysics模块模拟研究了玉米籽粒内部的水分变化情况,并通过玉米籽粒的薄层干燥实验进行了实验验证。研究结果表明,建立的两个模型均可有效模拟玉米籽粒薄层干燥过程;80℃的模拟值与实验值的差异较70℃的小;玉米籽粒多组分模型精度优于单组分模型精度。
