Abstract:大数据时代的来临对传统图书出版产生了巨大的挑战,传统图书出版无论是在出版方向上还是在发展理念上都必须进行全面的革新,否则不但无法满足市场的需求,还会在媒体的不断更新之下被市场淘汰。为了提高图书出版质量,使图书出版具有较强的针对性和方向性,我们应当认真研究传统图书出版的特点,以及大数据带来的影响,结合大数据的特点,探讨传统图书出版编辑创新改革的发展方向,为传统图书出版提供新的发展理念支持。

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The review of research on the mainstream reading behavior can promote the understanding of users' mobile reading behavior and indicate the direction of the future research.[Method/process] The paper tracked the research articles regarding mobile reading behavior published from 2007 to 2017. A sample of 254 articles was obtained after careful screening. More analysis was conducted in terms of the distribution of literature growth, journal sources, research methods, research objects and research themes.[Result/conclusion] The research on reading motivation, reading habit and preference, reading comprehension and performance as well as practice and application of mobile reading behavior were summarized. By analyzing the research abroad, this article discussed the future research trends so as to arouse the attention of the scholars in related field.

Abstract:利用新疆地区2016年夏季(6—8月)近2000个区域自动站小时降水数据,以最新一代GPM(Global Precipi⁃tation Measurement Mission,全球降水测量计划)IMERG(Integrated Multi-satellite Retrievals for GPM)卫星降水产品为初始场,运用概率密度匹配与最优插值两步融合校正方法(probability density function-optimal interpolation, PDFOI),开展干旱区多源降水融合试验。首先,通过将实况观测与卫星反演降水进行概率密度函数(PDF)匹配,从而实现对IMERG降水的偏差订正;然后以偏差订正后的IMERG降水为初估场,实况降水为观测场,通过最优插值(OI)将偏差订正后的IMERG降水量估计值与雨量计实况相结合,最终得到经过两步校正后的新疆地区小时雨量数据。交叉验证结果表明,与雨量计实况和原始卫星降水数据相比,PDF-OI两步校正方法构建的融合降水不仅大大消除了系统误差,而且显著提高了数据精度。

Abstract: Objective To investigated the effects of bisoprolol pretreatment on hypoxia/reoxygenation (H/R)-induced injury in H9c2cardiomyocytes.MethodsCulturedH9c2cellswereexposedtohypoxiafor6hfollowedbyreoxygenationfor2hwithor without pretreatments with bisoprolol or bisoprolol+LY294002. The cell survival was measured by MTT assay, and the cell apoptosis and levels of radical oxygen species (ROS) were evaluated with flow cytometry. The protein levels of phosphyorylated AKT and phosphorylated GSK3β in the cells were determined by Western blotting. Results Compared with the normal control cells, the cells exposed to H/R injury showed significantly decreased cell survival and increased cell apoptosis and ROS production; pretreatment of the cells with bisoprolol significantly decreased the cell apoptotic rates and ROS production and obviously enhanced the cell survival and protein levels of p-AKT and p-GSK3β in the exposed cells. The protective effect of bsioprolol against H/R-induced cell injury was significantly attenuated by LY294002. Conclusion Bisoprolol can protect H9c2 cells against H/R-induced injury and oxidative stress by activating PI3K/AKT/Gsk-3β pathway to increase the phosphorylationofAKTandGSK3βandreduceROSproduction.

Abstract: Zelolitic imidazolate frameworks (ZIFs) are a new porous materials for CO2 capture. In this work, we study the effect of H2O on CO2 adsorption and CO2/N2 separation in ZIF-8 and ZIF-90 using Grand Canonical Monte Carlo (GCMC) simulations. The results shows that the CO2 uptake amount and CO2/N2 selectivity in ZIF-90 are higher thant that in ZIF-8. In ZIF-8, the presence of H2O have no effect on CO2 adsorption and CO2/N2 separation. In ZIF-90, H2O has a cooperative effect on the adsorption of CO2, the CO2 uptake amount and CO2/N2 selectivity increased with the presence of H2O.
