    Abstract:当今的时代是移动互联网时代,智能设备如智能手机、平板电脑等已经普及。移动互联网在很大程度上改变了人们的生活、工作、学习的方式,对于出版业也产生了很大冲击。虽然,教育出版相对于其他出版领域所受到的冲击较小,但是,如果不能及时适应移动互联网时代就难逃衰落的命运。近年来,各类出版社根据自身情况,充分利用各自的资源优势,进行了不同程度的数字化转型探索。本文根据我社申报成功的国家新闻出版改革发展项目库入库项目——轨道交通职业教育云服务平台,探讨教材类数字出版产品的设计原则。

  • The Astrophysical Origins of Neutron-captue Elements in CEMP Star HE 1005-1439

    Abstract: HE 1005-1439 is a Carbon Enhanced Metal-Poor (CEMP) star with $\text{[Fe/H]}\thicksim-3.0$, which is significantly enhanced in elements produced by slow neutron-capture process (s-process; e.g., $\text{[Ba/Fe]}=1.16\!\pm\!0.31$, $\text{[Pb/Fe]}=1.98\!\pm\!0.19$) and mildly enhanced in elements produced by rapid neutron-capture process (r-process; e.g., $\text{[Eu/Fe]}=0.46\!\pm\!0.22$). The neutron-capture element patterns of the star can not {\lk}be fitted by the s-process model or intermediate process (i-process) model. Studying the astrophysical origins of chemical elements in the star based on the method of abundance decomposition can help understanding the formation and evolution of the CEMP stars. Fitting the abundance patterns of the neutron-capture elements in this star with the combination of s- and r-process patterns, we found that the neutron-capture elements of the star are mainly produced by the s-process of the companion AGB stars with low mass and low metallicity, and the r-process nucleosynthesis also contributes a little to this star.

  • Study on the Mechanism of Budesonide in the Treatment of IgA Nephropathy Based on Network Pharmacology

    Abstract: Background  IgA nephropathy(IgAN) is the most common primary glomerulonephritis in China and worldwide,approximately 25%-30% of patients will progress to end-stage renal disease within 20 years after diagnosis. Currently,there is no effective and safe treatment specifically for IgAN. In recent years,there has been a rapid progress in the research of new drugs for IgAN,among which the targeted delayed-release budesonide capsules is the first allopathic drug for IgAN globally. Objective  To investigate the mechanism of corticosteroid budesonide capsules in the treatment of IgAN based on network pharmacology. Methods  Chemical Book platform was used to screen the targets of budesonide;GeneCards and CTD databases were utilized to obtain the relevant targets of IgAN. The intersection of budesonide targets and IgAN targets was obtained through a Venn diagram. A protein-protein interaction(PPI) network map was constructed,and gene ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG) enrichment analysis were performed on the intersecting targets. Results  A total of 242 targets for budesonide,1 443 candidate targets for IgAN,and 146 intersecting targets were selected. The 15 core targets in the PPI network included interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor(TNF),interleukin-10(IL-10),vascular endothelial growth factor A(VEGFA),epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR),interleukin-1B(IL-1B),interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-8(CXCL8),gene on chromosome 1(JUN),interleukin-13(IL-13),interleukin-2(IL-2),chemokine 2(CCL2),toll-like receptor 4(TLR4),colony-stimulating factors(CSF2),and albumin(ALB). Enrichment analysis revealed 1 646 GO enrichment results and 174 KEGG signaling pathways. The biological processes(BP) mainly involved positive regulation of phosphorylation,inflammatory response,and positive regulation of cell movement. The cellular components(CC) mainly involved cytoplasmic vesicle lumen,cyst cavity,and secretory granule lumen. The molecular functions(MF) mainly involved receptor signaling activity,receptor regulator activity,and receptor ligand activity. The KEGG signaling pathways mainly included interleukin 17 signaling pathway,cytokine#2;cytokine receptor interaction,pathways in cancer,and tumor necrosis factor signaling pathway. Conclusion  This study provides preliminary verified that budesonide can treat IgAN by targeting IL-6,TNF,IL-10,VEGFA,EGFR,and other targets,through multiple signaling pathways,like cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction,interleukin-17 signaling pathway,pathways in cancer,and tumor necrosis factor signaling pathway,providing a theoretical basis for further research and clinical practice of budesonide.

  • Value of an Dynamic Eye-tracking Task in Assessing Unilateral Spatial Neglect after Stroke

    Abstract: Background Unilateral spatial neglect (USN) is a common post-stroke cognitive impairment that severely affects the functional recovery and quality of life of patients. Therefore,objective assessment of USN is essential to facilitate patients' functional recovery. Objective To investigate the feasibility of using adynamic eye-tracking task to assess USN in sub acute stroke patients. Methods Thirty inpatients in the sub acute phase after stroke in Department of Rehabilitation Medicine,Nanchong Central Hospital were recruited from September 2021 to July 2022.USN was assessed using the Behavioral Inattention Test-Conventional (BIT-C),Catherine Bergego Scale (CBS),and a two-minute dynamic eye-tracking task within one week of admission by two professional rehabilitation therapists,and adverse effects during the assessment were recorded.USN was diagnosed by a CBS score >0,a total BIT-C score <129,or gaze points distributed outside the four screen zones (gaze points distributed within the four screen zones were defined as non-USN).Correlation and consistency analyses were used to evaluate the results of the three assessments. Results In accordance with the performance assessment in conducting the dynamic eye-tracking task,14 patients had left-sided neglect,and theother16 had no USN.USN patients had a higher percentage of gaze points on the right side of the screen than non-USN patients ( Z=-4.776, P<0.001).There was a significant difference in percentages of gaze points on the left and right side of the screen in USN patients ( Z=-3.49, P<0.001). By BIT-C assessment,15 patients were diagnosed with USN,and the remaining 15 patients had no USN. CBS assessment revealed that 16 patients had varying degrees of USN,and the remaining 14 were non-USN patients. The BIT-C and dynamic eye-tracking task were highly consistent in the assessment of USN ( Kappa=0.933, P<0.001).Spearman's rank correlation analysis revealed a negative correlation between the percentage of gaze points on the right side of the screen and the total BIT-C score ( rs=-0.776,P<0.001). The CBS and dynamic eye-tracking task had good agreement on the assessment of USN ( Kappa=0.867, P<0.001).Conclusion It is feasible to use the dynamic eye-tracking task to assess USN,because it is less time-consuming,with high level of patient participation and motivation,and there is a good consistency between the results assessed by it and BIT-C or CBS.Therefore,it can be used as a supplement to the standard USN assessment.

  • Effect of Length to Diameter Ratio on Compressive Properties ofWFiber/Zr-based Metallic Glass Composite

    Abstract: The W fiber/Zr-based metallic glass composite was prepared by infiltration and rapid solidification. The effect of the ratios of length to diameter of fibers on the compressive properties of the composite was investigated in detail. The results show that the yield strength firstly decreases with the increase of the length to diameter ratio then reaches a stable value when the ratio is greater than 1. The plastic strain has no obvious change when the ratio is greater than or equal to 1.25, while the plastic strain is bigger than 50% when the ratio is smaller than 1.25. The reason for these phenomena is the comprehensive effect of the friction force between pressure head and the end of the compressive sample, the change of the length to diameter ratio of the metallic glass fibers between W fibers and the mismatching between metallic glass matrix and the W fiber during deformation.

  • A Pilot Study of Eye-Tracking-Based Dynamic Tasks to Assess Unilateral Spatial Neglect After Stroke

    Abstract:

    Background Unilateral spatial neglect (USN) is one of the common cognitive impairments after stroke, which severely affects the functional recovery and quality of life of patients. Therefore, objective assessments are essential to facilitate patients' functional recovery. Objective Eye-tracking-based technology is being tried as a novel assessment tool, and here we attempt to explore the feasibility of an eye-tracking-based dynamic task to assess unilateral spatial neglect in patients with subacute stroke. Methods Thirty inpatients with subacute stroke were recruited from September 2021 to July 2022 at the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, Nanchong Central Hospital. Patients were assessed on the USN clinical scale (Behavior Inattention Test-Conventional Group and Catherine Bergego Scale) and dynamic task based on eye tracking, and the results were analyzed for correlation. Results Left-sided USN patients showed a significantly higher percentage of right-sided gaze points than non-UNS patients (Z=-4.776, p=0.000), and there was a significant difference in the percentage of left- and right-sided gaze points between left-sided USN patients (Z=-3.49, p=0.000); BIT-C and eye-tracking-based dynamic task assessment showed a high agreement in the detection results of USN patients ( Kappa=0.933, p=0.000). Pearson correlation analysis showed a significant negative correlation between the percentage of right gaze points and the total BIT-C score (r=-0.955, p=0.000); CBS and eye-tracking-based dynamic task showed high agreement in the assessment of whether the patient was USN (Kappa=0.867, p= 0.000). Conclusions An eye-tracking-based dynamic task to assess USN is feasible, and its results are highly consistent with both neuropsychological (BIT-C) and ecological (CBS) assessments, and the assessment process is less time-consuming, highly participatory and motivating for patients, and can be a complement to the standard USN assessment.

  • 基于用户潜在兴趣的知识感知传播推荐算法

    Abstract: Applying knowledge graph to recommendation system can make use of semantic relations between entities of knowledge graph to learn user and item representation. The embedding propagation method uses the graph structure of the knowledge graph to learn relevant features, but the semantic dependency between multi-hop entities decreases as the propagation range increases. In order to effectively improve the semantic expression ability of recommendation and improve the accuracy of recommendation, this paper proposes a knowledge-aware propagation recommendation algorithm based on users' potential interests. The model adopts heterogeneous propagation method to disseminate item relevant knowledge and iteratively learn users' potential interests, so as to enhance the representation ability of the model to users and items. Specifically, first, graph embedding layer generate initialize representation of users and items, and in the heterogeneous propagation layer, the knowledge-aware attention mechanism can distinguish the importance of entities in the same layer, so the model can generate the representation of target entities more accurately. Then the user's potential interest propagation can effectively learn the user's higher-order potential interest and enhance the semantic relevance of multi-hop entities. Finally, information decay factor is used in the prediction layer to distinguish the importance of different communication levels and generate the final representation of users and items. Experiments show that the AUC value of the model on the Last. FM and Book-Crossing increases by 2.25% and 4.71% compared with the most advanced baseline, and the F1 value increases by 3.05% and 1.20% respectively, and the Recall@K value is superior to the comparison baseline model. The proposed model can effectively improve the accuracy of recommendation.

  • 育王时额外添加叶酸对西方蜜蜂蜂王质量的影响

    Abstract:本试验旨在确定育王时额外添加不同浓度的叶酸对西方蜜蜂蜂王质量的影响。控制蜂王产卵8 h,孵化后进行人工移虫育王,从移虫第2天起每天用微量进样器给王台内的小幼虫饲喂2 μL分别含有0(Ⅰ组)、0.05(Ⅱ组)、0.25(Ⅲ组)、1.00 mg/kg(Ⅳ组)叶酸的糖水,连续饲喂3 d。蜂王出房时,测其初生重、胸宽,并采用实时荧光定量PCR检测蜂王卵巢中储存蛋白110(hex110)、储存蛋白70b(hex70b)和卵黄蛋白原(Vg)基因的相对表达量。结果表明:Ⅱ组蜂王初生重显著高于Ⅰ组、Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组(P0.05);蜂王胸宽4组之间差异不显著(P>0.05);Ⅰ组、Ⅲ组蜂王卵巢中Vg基因的相对表达量显著高于Ⅳ组(P0.05),Ⅱ组与Ⅳ组之间差异也不显著(P>0.05);随着叶酸浓度的增加,蜂王卵巢中hex110基因的相对表达量先增加后降低,且4组之间差异显著(P0.05)。由此得出,在育王时额外添加叶酸对西方蜜蜂蜂王质量存在影响,额外添加低浓度的叶酸可以增加蜂王的初生重及卵巢中hex110基因的表达,但额外添加高浓度的叶酸会抑制蜂王卵巢中Vg、hex110及hex70b基因的表达,因此,育王时可适当添加低浓度叶酸来提高蜂王质量。

  • “标准化甲状腺结节超声培训-考核系统”的短期教学效果评估

    Abstract: Objective: The purpose of this study is to explore the value of standardized thyroid nodule ultrasound training and examining system in short-term training.Methods: We prospectively included 12 trainees who were trained in the Department of Ultrasound, Peking Union Medical College Hospital in December 2017, and assessed using Standardized thyroid nodule ultrasound training and examining system. The ultrasonic characteristics and malignant risk classification of thyroid nodules were investigated.The scores were automatically recorded by the system. The training part of the system was then used for corresponding training. After twelve hours and one month, the system was used again to evaluate all participants and the differences in scores before and after training were compared. Results: In this study, the results of thyroid nodule reading were significantly improved after 12 hours and one month(80.7±7.3 vs 69.9±4.0,P<0.01;78.0±9.2 vs 69.9±4.0,P<0.05) , the diagnostic ability of recognition of ultrasonic features and thyroid node classification was improved .(P <0.05). Compared with the results after 12 hours of training, the diagnostic level of thyroid nodule ultrasound did not drop significantly one month later(P> 0.05). Conclusion: Standardized thyroid nodule ultrasound training and examining system can improve students' ability of diagnosis of thyroid nodules with ultrasound in a short time, and will help the standardization diagnosis of thyroid nodules, and at the same time it provides new teaching methods for the standardization process of thyroid ultrasound in the future.

  • 冠状位髁间窝宽度指数与骨关节炎的关系

    Abstract: Objective To study the relationship between knee osteoarthritis (OA) and intercondylar notch narrowing based on the notch width index. Methods Magnetic resonance (MR) images were collected from middle-aged and elderly patients with a definite diagnosis of knee OA, including 42 with mild OA and 37 with moderate to severe OA, with 70 healthy individuals serving as the control group. The notch width indexes NWI, NWI-A, and NWI-P on the coronal images at different levels were calculated, and the intercondylar notch was classified, according to the features on axial MR images, into types A, U, and W. The association of OA with NWI, NWI-A, NWI-P, and notch type was determined, and the cutoff values were obtained based on the ROC curves at different levels as indicators for diagnosis of intercondylar notch stenosis. Results In the control, mild OA, moderate to severe OA groups, the NWI value on coronal MR images were 0.252�.019, 0.251�.017, and 0.240�.020, NWI-A were 0.261�.024, 0.259�.023, and 0.245�.023, and NWI-P were 0.271�.026, 0.270�.024, and 0.254�.022, respectively. Patients with moderate to severe OA had significantly smaller NWI, NWI-A, and NWI-P than the other two groups (P<0.05), and a significant association was found between NWI values at each level and the occurrence of moderate to severe OA (P< 0.01). A NWI value<0.248, NWI-A<0.256, and NWI-P<0.266 supported a diagnosis of intercondylar notch narrowing. Type A intercondylar notch was found in the majority of patients with intercondylar notch narrowing (P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with moderate to severe OA have significant intercondylar notch narrowing, and patients with a type A intercondylar notch are more likely to have intercondylar notch narrowing than those with type U notch.

    Abstract: To access left ventricular global deformation abnormalities during low-dose dobutamine stress test (DSE) by three-dimensional speckle-tracking echocardiography (3D-STE)in patients with non-ST-elevation acute coronary syndrome (NSTE-ACS), and explore the diagnostic value of 3D-STE combined with DES for NSTE-ACS. Methods Forty-nine patients with suspected NSTE-ACS underwent DSE and coronary angiography with an initial dobutamine dose of μg•kg-1min-1kg',which was doubled at 3-min intervals to the peak dose of 20μg•kg-1min-1.The global longitudinal strain (GLS), global circumferential strain (GCS), territory longitudinal strain (TLS), and territory circumferential strain (TCS) of the left ventricular subendocardial myocardium were measured with 3D-STE at rest and at the peak-dose stage. Conventional echocardiography and 3D-STE parameters and their changes during DSE were evaluated, and their diagnostic values were analyzed according to the receiver-operating characteristic (ROC) curves. Results All the patients completed DSE uneventfully and 3D-STE showed a good reproducibility of the results. Compared with patients with non-NSTE-ACS, NSTE-ACS patients showed obviously reduced resting left ventricular global deformation function especially in terms of circumferential deformation (P<0.05); the ROC curves for the parameters were similar between the two groups (P>0.05). During DSE, the global deformation differences between the two groups further increased (P<0.01), and the diagnostic values of the peak-dose stage parameters were significantly greater than those of the resting parameters. ROC curves analysis showed that TLS and TCS at peak-dose stage had the highest diagnostic value for NSTE-ACS. Conclusion 3D-STE combined with low-dose DSE is a safe and effective noninvasive technique for accessing and identifying NSTE-ACS, and DSE can significantly enhance the diagnostic value of 3D-STE.

  • 长春城市森林绿地土壤肥力评价

    Abstract:以长春城市森林绿地为研究对象,测定9种土壤指标并参照全国第二次土壤普查分级标准对长春城市森林绿地土壤整体特征进行评级,采用内梅罗指数法分析长春城市森林绿地不同林型、行政区、环路土壤肥力,结合ArcGIS分析长春城市森林绿地土壤养分空间分布特征,以期对长春城市森林建设提供依据和建议。对比全国第二次土壤普查所确定的分类等级(6等级),土壤有机质平均含量(34.51 g/kg)及其空间分布(大部分区域>30 g/kg)达到了2级、含量高的水平;全氮(均值1.37 g/kg)、碱解氮(均值133.04 mg/kg)、速效磷(均值38.47 mg/kg)及其空间分布均达到了3级以上水平;全钾(均值58.7 g/kg)和速效钾(均值255.85 mg/kg)及其空间分布达到1级、含量很高的水平;全磷平均含量0.51 g/kg,空间上大部分区域集中在0.4-0.6 g/kg,为4级、含量中下水平。土壤pH为5.43-8.89,容重为1.11-1.62 g/cm3。内梅罗综合肥力指数分析表明长春城市多数区域处于1.5-1.8之间,处于中等水平(4级制中排第3级)。不同林型间差异主要表现在pH、全氮、全磷和碱解氮(P 单位附属林=农田防护林 > 道路林,绿园区 > 朝阳区 > 南关区 > 二道区 > 宽城区,1环 > 3=4环 > 2环 > 4环外。根据以上结果,可采取疏松土壤、枯枝落叶沤肥、增施氮磷有机肥而控制钾肥、种植固氮耐低磷植物等措施推进长春城市森林建设,提升城市植被生态服务功能。
