  • Emergency nursing experience of intravenous thrombolysis in a patient with acute cerebral infarction

    Abstract: Acute cerebral infarction is one of the common diseases in emergency medicine, and it is a disease with a treatment "time window", with a high disability rate. Early opening of the "stroke green channel" and early implementation of "intravenous thrombolysis" treatment are key to reducing disability and ensuring the prognosis and quality of life of patients. This article reviews the thrombolysis nursing process of a patient with acute cerebral infarction and summarizes the experience of standardized thrombolysis nursing for stroke.
     

  • College Students' Self-improvement Consciousness and Ability——Taking Disciplinary Knowledge Structure as an Example

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The existing library borrowing data analysis mainly focuses on the subject classification of undergraduates borrowing books. This paper aims to analyze the library borrowing data from the perspective of self-improvement, and reveal the same or different manifestation of the deep level of consciousness of different college students. [Method/process] Based on the college students curriculum contents information and college students borrowing record data, it builds the self-improvement discipline knowledge structure consciousness, consciousness degree, and ability evaluation mathematical model, taking the two sessions of undergraduate curriculum, borrowing data as well as the school library collection data in a university as samples for analysis. [Result/conclusion] The results show that using the self-improvement evaluation mathematical model which is based on college students' library borrowing data, enables us to pass through the different lending behaviors of college students, and understand the self-improvement consciousness and ability of college students' discipline knowledge structure. Most of the undergraduates who have self-improvement knowledge structure consciousness have a low degree of self-improvement consciousness. There may not be much difference between the number of borrowing books and self-improvement knowledge structure. Students may differ in their awareness of the knowledge structure of different subjects through elective courses or independent reading.

  • Identifying Expertise Tags of Scholars by Multiple Features of Academic Publications

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Identifying expertise tags of scholars is the most critical task in scholar profiling. Expertise tags contribute to finding peer experts, clustering domain scholars and selecting reviewers.[Method/process] This study analyzed related factors on the scholar expertise in academic publications, then constructed a hierarchical analysis model on the weight allocation of the factors. The TextRank algorithm has been used to identify topical terms in Chinese corpus, and the conceptual linking technique in English corpus. The extracted terms, together with the previously analyzed factors have been combined to select the expertise tags of the scholars. In this study, a group of honored scholars of different domains have been selected. Their research expertise information from their resumes have been taken as evaluation benchmark. And the expertise tags extracted from their publications have been compared with the benchmark by human judgment and additional semantic similarity judgment.[Result/conclusion] The evaluation shows that the expertise tags of 71.9% scholars are acceptable for Chinese, and 77.2% for English. The experiment proves that the method proposed in this article is pragmatic and may lead to reasonable results. The chief innovation of this study lies in three aspects, Firstly, term extraction approaches that suit to different application conditions have been explored, such as the language of publication and the availability of domain knowledge base. Secondly, multiple features have been combined together to identify the expertise tags of scholars, including the content of publications, the substantial contribution to the publications of the scholars, and the influence to the domain of the publications. Thirdly, a reasonable experimental design and evaluation method is proposed, and the proposed approach has been verified by combining manual scoring and semantic calculation results.

  • Practice and Exploration of New Media Mobile Services of Library in China: Taking National Science Library “Sci-think” as an example

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] This paper systematically reviews the theoretical basis and practical cases of domestic library new media mobile service research, sorts out their general characteristics, advantages and problems in research and practice, and proposes practical solutions to relevant problems.[Method/process] Taking "Sci-Think" as an example, this paper summarized its practice of service path, service mode and service ability.[Result/conclusion] "Sci-think" effectively solves the uncertain, unclear and incomplete orientation problems of new media services in China's libraries. Libraries need to speed up the transformation from traditional new media mobile service to new media mobile service with integrating multiple functions.

  • Research on Scientific Research New Media Services of the Special Library in the COVID-19 Epidemic: Taking National Science Library “Sci-Think” as an Example

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] This paper takes "Sci-Think" as an example to analyze the measures and results of emergency scientific communication services of the special libraries, and provides reference for scientific communication services of professional libraries in emergency situations.[Method/process] To sort out the service contents published by the "Sci-Think" WeChat public account during the epidemic, this paper analyzed users' attention to different types of contents from average daily user growth and reading volume, and put forward the thinking of emergency scientific communication services.[Result/conclusion] During the epidemic, Sci-Think's average daily user growth was obvious, with the highest reading volume of electronic resource protection content, followed by related content of the scientific and technological progress of COVID-19, and the number of popular science broadcasts and information quality education broadcasts exceeded tens of thousands. Under emergencies, special libraries should strengthen the promotion of special services, strengthen the information selection and review mechanism, and the lack of emergency scientific communication work plans in major public incidents also needs attention.

  • 基于全球专利的Bt抗虫基因研发态势分析与展望

    Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] The huge economic benefits of Bt insect resistant genes have attracted great attention of relevant research institutions and enterprises at home and abroad, and these genes and technologies are transformed into their own exclusive rights by using intellectual property rights. Through statistical analysis of Bt insect resistant gene patents collected in 126 countries and regions around the world, this paper provides a reference for China in the development and industrial application of Bt insect resistant genes. [Method/Process] Based on the Global Patent Database of Smart Bud (PatSnap), the title, abstract and claim of the patent were taken as the focus of the search, and the patent analysis method was used to statistically analyze the Bt insect-resistant transgenic patents collected in the past 30 years since 1992. In the process of Bt anti-insect gene research, a large number of patent data were produced. After data cleaning, the "Bt strain", "detection method", "Bt insecticidal reagent" and other patents unrelated to the anti-insect gene were eliminated, and 2,988 patents were obtained, all of which were invention patents. The research status, research hotspots and development trends of global Bt pest resistance genes were studied from the aspects of total patent applications and trend, gene family classification, national/regional distribution, key technology fields, technology flow, institutional competitiveness, patent legalization status, and compound trait patents. [Results/Conclusions] Results show that the global Bt insect-resistant gene technology patent research and development trends, research hotspots and distribution technology gradually remain stable, the trend of patent application and disclosure in China is growing at the same time as that in the world. China's patent applications account for an increasing proportion of the global patent applications. But compared with international patent quality, there is still a gap between China and other countries. Multinational companies are the main body of Bt pest resistance gene market competition, and Chinese applicants are mainly scientific research institutions and universities. The cry1 family is the main target of Bt pest resistance gene patent application. The crystallized protein of Bacillus is a hot topic at present. The United States is the exporting country of Bt insect-resistant gene technology, while China is still in the stage of technology input. The patent failure rate of Bt insect resistance gene is much lower than the average level in this field. There is great potential in the study of fusion genes and gene superposition composite traits. Finally, the development prospects of Bt insect resistance gene technology in China were discussed.

    Abstract: Various kinds of cultural resources collected in libraries, archives and museums (LAMs) are an important part of the profound and splendid culture that has been created in the development process of China's civilization. Relying on the cultural resources in the collections of LAMs, the creative development of resources is conducive to promoting the creative transformation and innovative development of the excellent traditional Chinese culture. Similarly, it is also the important means to enrich the spiritual and cultural life of the people and to meet the diversified consumer needs. Moreover, it is the inevitable requirement to enhance the service capacity of institutions, improve the service level and enrich the service content. In order to better promote the integration and reference of theory and practice in the creative development of cultural resources in LAMs, and improve the theoretical level and experience of creative cultural research, 7 experts were invited to attend the seminar on relevant theory and practice: (1) To construct cultural creativity with Chinese characteristics: it is suggested that the development of cultural creativity be elevated to the height of serving the national strategy, so that the theoretical research of cultural creativity could be further strengthened, and the relevant research of cultural creativity could be developed as an important interdisciplinary field. (2) Creative development of cultural resources and reproduction of social memory: social memory is not only the core of cultural elements, but also the meaning framework or conceptual framework for understanding the value of cultural creative products. The article puts forward some suggestions and strategies, such as establishing the dialogue and communication mechanism of LAMs, expanding cultural and creative ways of thinking around the reproduction of the form of memory-content-meaning, and focusing on digital humanities to promote the transformation and development of cultural and creative products in LAMs. (3) The creative development of literature resources under the national culture digitization strategy: institutions such as libraries and archives begin to strive for the digital creative transformation of cultural resources, which provides reference for the digital upgrading of the development of creative products of literature resources in our country. (4) Thinking on the development of cultural creative products in museums: museums inherit and disseminate excellent traditional culture through innovative cultural products as the medium, help these products reach consumers and gain wide popularity through various means. This article summarizes the problems in the practice of cultural innovation in museums, and thinks about the road to sustainable development in the future while people are rejoicing in the cultural innovation craze in museums. (5) The practice and thinking of cultural innovation in libraries: based on the analysis of the similarities and differences between libraries and museums in cultural innovation, the paper summarizes the problems in practice and puts forward a new path of cultural innovation in libraries. (6) It is a successful case that the National Library of China conducts cultural and creative development in the way of enterprise operation. Not only does it start innovate ways of protecting and inheriting classics, make classic works come alive, improve the level of utilize classics and realize leapfrog development of cultural and creative works, but also it is of great significance to innovate the ways of library services and enhance the influence and competitiveness of library services. (7) Thinking on the creative development of "Library Gifts" series: the paper summarizes the cases and experiences of "Library Gifts" series' cultural and creative development in the National Library of China, and puts forward some opinions on the development of cultural and creative products by libraries.

  • Strengthen Ex Situ Conservation of Plants and Promote Protection and Utilization of Plant Resources

    Abstract: Plant resources are the basis of human survival and development. Due to human and natural disturbance, plant diversity is facing a serious threat. Ex situ conservation is an important way to remove the threat. Botanical garden and germplasm bank are the main institutions of ex situ conservation. A total of 105 634 species of plants have been ex situ protected in the global botanical gardens, accounting for about 30% of the global total, and more than 40% of the threatened species have been protected. More than 3 million crop germplasm resources have been collected in more than 500 germplasm banks around the world. China’s botanical gardens ex situ protected more than 20000 native plants, accounting for about 60% of the total species; the National Crop Germplasm Bank and resource nurseries preserved more than 500000 germplasm resources. While strengthening plant conservation, ex situ plant protection institutions have carried out a lot of scientific research and resource utilization. In order to promote the ex situ conservation of plant diversity and green development, this study also reviewed the research progress of ex situ conservation of plants, and put forward some suggestions on strengthening ex situ conservation of plants in China.

    Abstract: Objective To discuss the development status of orthopaedic surgical robots in China and pros-pect the future.MethodsThis paper reviews the development history of orthopaedic surgical robots inChina since the last 20 years , introduces the development status according to the application of orthopaedicsurgical robots in different orthopaedic fields such as spine , joints and trauma , and prospects the future ac-cording to the requirements of orthopaedic surgery and also the development characteristics of the roboticsindustry.Results As a newly developed medical device , the orthopaedic surgical robot can assist doctorsto complete the operation accurately and safely. It is necessary to make continuous improvement in the de-gree of automation of orthopaedic surgical robots in the future and achieve relative autonomy from function-al assistance so as to improve their clinical application.Conclusion Orthopaedic surgical robots can sur-pass some of surgical skills of doctors and achieve better clinical results. The future will be a new era of in-depth cooperation between doctors and robots to treat patients’diseases.

  • PEEK颈椎融合器的拓扑优化设计

    Abstract: The three-dimensional topological optimization of cervical interbody fusion cage was developedby the finite element method to enhance the fusion rate of the cervical interbody cage. 'The finite element( FE) model of C3-C7 segments was constructed and validated. The fusion FE model was developed by in-serting the cage into the C5-C6 disc space and intermal fixation used anterior plate-screw system.The ini-tial structures of cages made of polyether ether ketone ( PEEK) were set up into two types of elliptic cage and box. 'Topological optimization and weighted compliance optimization were developed under single andmultiple loading conditions. The structural configuration analysis of the cage was carried out after two timesof topological optimization. The results showed that the optimal structure of the cage is annular , and thematerials of the cage are concentrated in the back and both sides; the cage is optimized for multi-poreshape and single large-pore shape when the volume fraction is set to 50% and 30% , respectively , and theformer has more contact area with the endplate than the latter; the optimized cage increases the stress onthe intenal bone graft by reducing its own stress under loading. In this study ,the optimal PEEK cage wasdesigned by topological and weighted compliance optimization method , which was not affected by thechange of initial structures of cage. It can effectively reduce the stress shielding and increase the stressstimulation of internal bone graft , which will help to promote the cervical fusion.

    Abstract:根据临床观察采用中药泡洗技术治疗尪痹类风湿关节炎(rheumatoidarthritis,RA)有不错的效果,本文选取1例尪痹患者进行护理评估,日常生活能力评分(Barthel指数)来观察临床疗效。通过治疗后该患者Barthel评分增高。可以有效地缓解患者关节轻微肿胀和疼痛等症状,改善其在关节疼痛处的活动,对于类风湿性型关患者的整体日常生活或者工作质量会有所显著性的提升,改善了患者的病情,是一种有效的治疗解决方案。

    Abstract: General practice research often pays attention not only to the physical health of patients, professional competence of doctors, and the quality of medical services, but also to the spiritual feelings of patients, motivation of doctors to practice, and the cooperation between doctors and patients. However, these are not resolved well only using quantitative research which is still dominated in the field of general practice. Mixed methods research which integrates qualitative and quantitative research, combining the advantages of both, can analyze specific problems more broadly and in depth, and increase the generalizability of research results, which is suitable for studying complex problems. However, the application of mixed methods research in general practice is still limited in China, and the standardization of its design and implementation needs to be improved. Therefore, this paper plans to introduce the key points in the design and implementation of mixed methods research from methodological lence, combining theory with practice, so as to provide reference for general practitioners who intend to carry out mixed methods research.

    Abstract:赣州话是江西省赣南地区赣客方言包围下的一个西南官话方言岛。前人研究中,对赣州话单字调调值的描写和入声的存在与归派问题有一定争议,且缺少对赣州话双字连读变调模式的全面描写。本文运用实验语音学的方法,对赣州话单字调和双字连读变调展开声学分析,得到了赣州话单字调和双字调的调值描写,并发现赣州话的入声仅在连读时存在,在单字调中已归入去声。本文还尝试总结赣州话声调系统的变调规律,对赣州话的方言研究进行了补充。

  • 基于自适应控制的八个混沌系统的多级组合同步

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem of single structure style and less system variable for traditional chaotic system, we proposed a chaotic circuit. The circuit has more complex dynamic behaviors, higher sensitivity to variable and stronger anti-interference. With the change of circuit parameters, we discussed the different dynamic behaviors of the system in detail based on the adaptive stability criterion and chaos motion theory. In addition, we constructed the corresponding circuit and observed the system dynamics phenomena by oscilloscope. The dynamics phenomena are in accordance with the simulation results of Matlab, which further proves the feasibility and flexibility of the circuit. On this basis, we put forward and studied the multi-stage combination synchronization based on this system. By constructing different controllers, we realized the multi-stage combination synchronization among the eight systems. The simulation results show that the synchronization scheme has a good effect on convergence speed and precision.

  • ALDH1、CXCR4、E-cadherin在胃癌组织中的表达及与淋巴结转移的关系

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression of ALDH1, CXCR4 and E-cadherin in gastric carcinoma and their roles in lymphatic metastasis. Methods Surgical specimens from 127 cases of gastric carcinoma were examined for expressions of ALDH1, CXCR4 and E-cadherin immuohistochemistry with 60 adjacent tissues as control. The associations ofALDH1, CXCR4 and E-cadherin with the clinicopathological pfeatures, 5-year survival rate and lymph node metastasis of the patients were analyzed. Results ALDH1, CXCR4 and E-cadherin were positive in 57.5% (73/127), 63.8% (81/127), and 36.2% (46/127) of the gastric carcinoma tissues, respectively, showing significant differences from the rates in the adjacent tissues (P<0.05). The expression of ALDH1 was significantly correlated with TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05), CXCR4 was significantly correlated with the invasion depth, differentiation, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis of the tumor (P<0.05), and E-cadherin was significantly correlated with the invasion depth, differentiation and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05). The positivity rates of ALDH1, CXCR4 and E-cadherin were higher in cases with lymph node metastasis than in those without metastasis. E-cadherin expression was inversely correlated with ALDH1 and CXCR4 expression, and the latter two were positively correlated (P<0.001). Overexpressions of ALDH1 and CXCR4 and a decreased expression of E-cadherin were all related to a poor prognosis of the patients (P<0.05). The expressions ofALDH1, CXCR4 and E-cadherin were all independent prognostic factors of gastric carcinoma.Conclusion The expressions ofALDH1, CXCR4and E-cadherin are associatedwith the invasion, metastasis and prognosis of gastric carcinoma, and their combined detection provides important evidence for predictingtheprogressionandprognosisofgastriccarcinoma.

  • 旋毛虫及其虫源性蛋白对盲肠结扎穿孔诱导的小鼠脓毒症的影响

    Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of Trichinella spiralis and its worm-derived proteins on cecal ligation and puncture(CLP)-induced sepsis in mice. Methods Eighty male BALB/c mice were randomly divided into sham-operated group, CLP group, Trichinella spiralis muscle larvae (ML) pre-infection group (ML + CLP group), soluble muscle larvae proteins (SMP) treatment group (SMP + CLP group) and excretory-secretory proteins (MES) treatment group (MES + CLP group). In ML + CLP group, the mice were orally infected with 300 Trichinella spiralis muscle larvae at 28 days before CLP and those in the other groups were intraperitioneally injected with PBS or SMP (25 µg/mice) or MES (25 µg/mice) 30 min after CLP. The general condition and 72-h survival after CLP of the mice were observed. The levels of alanine transaminase (ALT), aspartate transaminase (AST), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (Cr), TNF-α, IL-6, IL-1β, IL-10 and TGF-β were measured at 12 h after the operation, and the pathological changes of the liver and idney were observed. Results Compared with the sham-operated mice, the mice in CLP group showed decreased 72-h survival, obviously increased ALT, AST, BUN, Cr, TNF-α, IL-6, IL-1β, IL-10, and TGF-β with hepatic cords disorder, hepatocytes swelling, glomerulus shrinkage, and renal tubular cell edema. Compared with CLP group, the mice in ML+CLP group showed lowered levels of ALT, AST, Cr, TNF-α and IL-1β and increased levels of IL-10 and TGF-β; in SMP + CLP group, the levels of ALT, AST, Cr, TNF-α and IL-1β were decreased and TGF-β increased. In MES + CLP group, the mice showed obviously increased 72-h survival with lowered levels of ALT, AST, BUN, Cr, TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-1β, increased levels of IL-10 and TGF-β, and alleviated liver and kidney damages. Conclusion Trichinella spiralis and its worm-derived proteins can decrease the levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines and increase immunomodulatory cytokines, and MES has more potent effect to reduce structural and functional damages of the liver and kidney.

  • 酶法糖基化合成一种新型补骨脂定葡萄糖苷

    Abstract: Objective To modify the structure of psoralidin using in vitro enzymatic glycosylation to improve its water solubilityand stability. Methods A new psoralidin glucoside (1) was obtained by enzymatic glycosylation using a UDP-glycosyltransferase. The chemical structure of compound 1 was elucidated by HR-ESI-MS and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) analysis. The high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) peaks were integrated and sample solution concentrations were calculated. MTT assay was used to detect the cytotoxicity of the compounds against 3 cancer cell lines in vitro. Results Based on the spectroscopic data, the new psoralidin glucoside was identified as psoralidin-6',7-di-O glucopyranoside (1), whose water solubility was 32.6-fold higher than that of the substrate. Analyses of pH and temperature stability demonstrated that compound 1 was more stable than psoralidin at pH 8.8 and at high temperatures. Only psoralidin exhibited a moderate cytotoxicity against 3 human cancer cell lines. Conclusion In vitro enzymatic glycosylation is a powerful approach for structural modification and improving water solubility and stability of compounds.

  • 胎膜早破对胎龄<37周早产儿并发症的影响

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of premature rupture of the membrane (PROM) on neonatal complications in premature infants. Methods The registration information of 7684 preterm infants with gestational age <37 weeks were collected from the cooperative units in the task group between January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2014. Specially trained personnel from each cooperative units filled in the unified form in a standardized format to record the gender, gestational age, birth weight, PROM, placental abruption, antenatal corticosteroid, Apgar score, amniotic fluid pollution, and complications of the infants. The data were analyzed comparatively between the cases with PROM and those without (control). Results The preterm mortality rate was significantly lower but the incidences of ICH, NEC, ROP and BPD were significantly higher in PROM group than in the control group (P<0.05). The 95% confidence interval of the OR value was <1 for mortality, and was >1 for ICH, NEC, ROP and BPD. After adjustment for gestational age, birth weight, gender, mode of delivery, placental abruption, placenta previa, prenatal hormones, gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM), gestational period hypertension and 5-min Apgar score <7, the incidences of NEC, ROP and BPD were significantly different between the two groups (P<0.05) with 95% confidence interval of OR value >1, but the mortality rate and incidence of ICH were not significantly different between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion PROM is a risk factor for NEC, ROP and BPD in preterm infants, and adequate intervention of PROM can reduce the incidences of such complications as NEC, ROP and BPD in the infants.

    Abstract: Objective To improve the water solubility and biological activity of neoligans (magnolol and honokiol) and test the antitumor activity of the modified compounds. Methods The glycosylated products of magnolol and honokiol were obtained by enzymatic synthesis using a UDP-glycosyltransferase (YjiC) from Bacillus. The products were characterized by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS), and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) analysis. MTT assay was used to detect the growth inhibition of 4 human cancer cell lines induced by the compounds. Results We obtained two glucosides of neolignans (magnolol and honokiol) for the first time by enzymatic synthesis using a UDP-glycosyltransferase. Based on the spectroscopic data, the glucosides were identified as magnolol-2- O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1) and honokiol-4'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2). Compounds 1-4 exhibited moderate anti-proliferative activities against the 4 human cancer cell lines, with IC 50 values ranging from 9.41 to 111.21 µmol/L. Conclusion The glycoslated products show enhanced water solubility and drug sensitivity against SMMC7721 cells, suggesting their value as potential therapeutic drugs.

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the correlation of serum calcium levels and the risks of diabetes mellitus (DM) in middle-aged elderly men. Methods A total of 3386 male subjects aged 40-79 years were selected from two local communities of Beijing using stratified random sampling for this cross-sectional survey. The survey was conducted using questionnaires, and all the subjects underwent physical examination and blood tests of serum calcium, vitamin D and other biochemical parameters. The subjects were divided into normal glucose group, prediabetic group and diabetic group to compare their blood biochemical parameters and analyze the risk factors of diabetes. Results The prevalence of diabetes and pre-diabetes was 32.31% in the 3386 subjects surveyed. Serum calcium, vitamin D and Creatinine (Cr) levels were significantly higher in pre-diabetic and diabetic groups than in the non-diabetic group (P<0.05), and age, body mass index, serum calcium, vitamin D, and Cr levels differed significantly between the former two groups (P<0.05). The prevalence of diabetes increased significantly with serum calcium level (P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that age, body mass index, serum calcium, and serum vitamin D levels were independent risk factors for diabetes (P<0.05). Conclusion Male diabetic patients have abnormal serum calcium levels. An increased age and increased serum calcium levels are associated with higher risks of diabetes, and age, serum calcium, serum vitamin D, Cr, and body mass index are all risk factors of diabetes in men.
