Abstract： Background There are many tools for symptom assessment of patients with heart failure，but there is a lack of standardized evaluation studies on the quality of such tools，which brings difficulties to the selection of tools. Objective To evaluate the Measurement Property and methodological quality of symptom assessment tools in patients with heart failure，and to provide reference for relevant personnel to choose symptom assessment tools. Methods The Chinese and English databases such as PubMed，EmBase，and CNKI were searched for relevant studies from the date of library construction to July 30，2023.The（Consensus-based Standards for the Selection of Health Measurement Instruments）COSMIN guideline was employed to evaluate the scale and form recommendations. Results Eleven studies were included for quality assessment，including eight tools for assessing symptoms in patients with heart failure：Chinese version of Memorial Symptom Assessment Scale Heart Failure（MSAS-HF），Heart Failure Somatic Perception Scale（HF-SPS），M.D.Anderson Symptom Inventory Heart Failure（MDASI-HF），Symptom Status Questionnaire Heart Failure（SSQ-HF），Shortness of Breath in Heart Failure Instrument（SOB-HF），Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire（MLHFQ），Chronic Heart Failure Assessment Tool（CHAT）and Kansas City Cardiomyopathy Questionnaire（KCCQ）. Regarding the measurement property，scales such as Chinese version of MSAS-HF，MDASI-HF，MLHFQ，and KCCQ were demonstrated a “sufficient” level of content validity. Conversely，HF-SPS，SSQ-HF，and SOB-HF were exhibited an “uncertain” level of content validity，while CHAT was categorized as having “insufficient” content validity. Finally，Chinese version of MSAS-HF and MLHFQ were recommended as level A，and the other six scales were recommended as level B. Conclusion Certainly，both Chinese version of MSAS-HF and MLHFQ demonstrate a remarkable level of reliability. Considering the distinct attributes of assessment tools，it is highly advisable to utilize Chinese version of MSAS-HF for the purpose of symptom assessment in patients suffering from heart failure.

Abstract： Background Cardiovascular disease（CVD） is a major cause of human mortality worldwide，characterized by its insidious onset，intricate and variable course，and poor prognosis. Early identification and active intervention of potentially critically ill patients is essential to improve their prognosis. Objective To conduct a scoping review of the research on early warning assessment tools for cardiovascular disease risk at home and abroad，summarize and analyze their assessment content and application，ultimately providing reference for the selection of appropriate early warning tools for cardiovascular disease patients in China. Methods CNKI，Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform，VIP，China Biomedical Literature Database，PubMed，Web of Science，Cochrane Library，Embase，CINAHL，and Scopus were systematically searched from inception to May 2023. Two investigators independently screened literature and extracted data，analyzed in terms of assessment content，study subjects，validation method，reliability and validity，and predictive efficacy. Results A total of 16 papers were included，comprising 7 papers on the development and validation of assessment tools and 9 papers on the localized application of these tools，involving 20 early warning assessment tools for cardiovascular disease risk. The results of the analysis showed that each assessment tool contained 3 to 17 assessment items，with the most frequently mentioned items of age，systolic blood pressure，respiratory rate，oxygen saturation，heart rate，comorbidities，level of consciousness，and gender. The results of the reliability and validity tests for 2 papers indicated robust reliability and validity，while all other studies lacked reliability and validity evaluations. Ten papers reported the area under the curve（AUC），with values ranging from 0.550 to 0.926 9. Conclusion Diverse early warning assessment tools for cardiovascular disease risk are available，however，their overall quality remains to be improved and there is a lack of specific assessment tools. In the future，it is imperative to conduct further validations of the reliability and validity of the existing tools，and develop localized early warning assessment tools specialized for cardiovascular diseases considering the unique characteristics of the disease，which exhibit robust reliability and validity.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] "Picture book space" is not only a space for children readers, but also a necessary space for universities to cultivate excellent primary education professionals. It is necessary for university libraries to create picture book space. [Method/process] Based on the value of picture books and publishing status quo, domestic and foreign libraries picture book space construction service status, this paper analyzed the necessity of picture book space construction and service in normal university library, the practice of picture book space construction service and some considerations about picture book library service. [Result/conclusion] University libraries should change the misunderstanding of the picture-book construction and advocate that picture-book libraries should be rooted in the innovative space of normal university libraries.

[Method/process] Based on the introduction of the status quo of space transformation of university libraries at home and abroad, taking Mingde Lecture Hall of Shenyang Normal University Library as an example, this paper summarizes the practical experience of its classic reading space service, and puts forward the strategies to promote the construction and service of characteristic reading space in university library. Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper aims to study the planning of information literacy education and provide references for further improving the practice of information literacy education in colleges and universities in China. [Method/process] By literature review and web research, this paper analyzed the status quo of information literacy education practice in Chinese universities and the latest achievements of information literacy education planning abroad. The principles of planning of information literacy education were analyzed. The core system of information literacy education in colleges and universities in the new era is discussed in detail. [Result/conclusion] The development of information literacy education in the new environment urgently needs planning research to be strengthened, which may provide guidance and suggestions for information literacy education to enter a new stage.

Abstract：
Purpose/Significance The current slow progress of medical and health data assetization at home and abroad has seriously affected the implementation of the national medical and health big data strategy and industrial development. It is important to find out the key influencing factors affecting medical and health big data assetization and propose targeted countermeasures to tap the potential value of medical and health big data. Method/Process Firstly, based on the combination of literature analysis and expert interview, this paper identifies the influencing factors of medical and health big data assetization. Then, based on Fuzzy-DEMATEL-ISM method, the factor ranking and the association relationships among factors are identified. Finally, based on the analysis results of influencing factors, the promotion strategies of medical and health big data assetization are proposed. Result/Conclusion The study finds that medical and health data assetization is affected by 23 factors from 6 dimensions, including data acquisition, data storage, data processing, data management, data application and related environment. Among them, four factors, such as data sharing and data trading, are the most direct influencing factors of medical and health big data assetization; 11 factors, such as standard management and privacy protection, are the key factors connecting the bottom and top layers; 8 factors, such as technical support and data integration, are the root influencing factors of medical and health big data assetization. Based on the research conclusion, suggestions are put forward to promote medical and health big data assetization from 5 dimensions of the life cycle of medical and health big data around the related environment.

Abstract：
Background Multiple myeloma is a common hematologic tumor. With the emergence of a variety of new drugs, the survival rate of patients has increased, but how to achieve deeper and faster remission of patients and reduce recurrence needs further discussion. Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of daratumumab in the treatment of multiple myeloma. Methods The clinical data of 73 patients with multiple myeloma (70 patients with multiple myeloma and 3 patients with multiple myeloma complicated with light amyloidosis) who received daratumumab in Sichuan People's Hospital from January 2020 to July 2022 were retrospectively analyzed. Results All patients were treated with daratumumab based regimen (including DVd, DKd, Dd, etc.), and 55 patients could be evaluated for efficacy. Among them, 41 patients (56.1%) with mSMART score were at high risk. Among chemotherapy regimens, 31 patients received DVd regimen ( daratumumab + bortezomib + dexamethasone), 13 patients received Dd regimen ( daratumumab + dexamethasone), and 11 patients received DRd regimen ( daratumumab+ lenalidomide + dexamethasone). 5 cases were treated with DKd ( daratumumab + carfilzomib + dexamethasone) , 5 cases were treated with DPd ( darettuzumab + pomalidomide + dexamethasone) , and 8 cases were treated with other regimen. The overall response rate (ORR) was 72.7%[complete response rate (CR) was 30.9%], the median follow-up time was 6.5 months (0.5-26.5 months), and the progression-free survival (PFS) time was 6 (0.5-26.5) months after one course of the darettuzumab based regimen. Median overall survival (OS) was 16(3 to 103) months. Overall response rate (ORR) was 90.0%[complete response rate (CR) was 35.0%] in first-line darettuzumab patients and 58.3%[complete response rate (CR) was 25%] in relapsed refractory patients. Thirty-one patients (42.5%) had renal impairment at initial diagnosis, 20 patients (83.3%) had improved renal function after the administration of darettuzumab, and 7 patients (29.1%) had completely recovered renal function. The main adverse reactions were myelosuppression, infusion - related adverse reactions, and infection. Conclusion The daratumumab based regimen has good efficacy and safety in the treatment of multiple myeloma.

Abstract：
Background Insulin resistance (IR) has a high incidence in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) regardless of obesity, which seriously affects their reproductive and metabolic health. At present, there are few studies on the influencing factors of IR in patients with normal body mass index (BMI). Objective To explore the influencing factors of IR in women with PCOS with normal BMI. Methods A total of 453 PCOSAct clinical trial participants with normal BMI were selected as the research objects. They were divided into IR (+) group (n=339) and IR(-) group (n=114) according to the homeostasis model assessment-insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR).The differences of anthropometric indicators, sex hormones, glucose and lipid metabolism, liver and kidney function and electrolytes between the two groups were compared, and the correlation between each indicators and HOMA-IR was analyzed. Finally, Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the risk or protective factors of IR. Results The levels of BMI, waist circumference (WC), waist to hip ratio (WHR), systolic blood pressure (SBP), free androgen index (FAI), fasting blood glucose (FPG), fasting insulin (FINS), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low-density lipoprotein (LDL-c) and apolipoprotein B (APOB) of IR (+) group were significantly higher than those of IR (-) group (P < 0.05); while anti-mullerian hormone (AMH), sex hormone tuberculous globulin (SHBG), total bilirubin (TB), direct bilirubin (DB), creatinine, blood β2 microglobulin, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, sodium and chlorine were significantly lower than those in IR (-) group (P < 0.05). Correlation analysis showed that TG had the strongest positive correlation with HOMA-IR, followed by WC, BMI, APOB, TC, FAI, WHR, systolic blood pressure and LDL-c (P < 0.05). The negative correlations were DB, TB, SHBG, phosphorus, chlorine, sodium, creatinine, AMH, magnesium, FT, calcium, blood β2 microglobulin (P < 0.05). Logistic regression analysis found that BMI, WC, FAI, and TG were the risk factors for IR in PCOS patients with normal BMI, while AMH, TB, and phosphorus were the protective factors (P <0.05). Conclusion PCOS patients with normal BMI still have a high proportion of IR, and the influencing factors are wide. High levels of BMI, WC, FAI and TG, and low levels of AMH, TB and phosphorus are all risk factors for IR.
