  • Calibration and Correction Algorithms for the POLAR2/LPD Detector

    Abstract: Gaseous X-ray polarimetry refers to a class of detectors used for measuring the polarization of soft X-rays.
    The systematic effects of such detectors introduce residual modulation, leading to systematic biases in the
    polarization detection results of the source. This paper discusses the systematic effects and their calibration and
    correction using the Gas Microchannel Plate–Pixel Detector(GMPD) prototype for Polar2/Low Energy X-ray
    Polarization Detector(LPD). Additionally, we proposes an algorithm that combines parameterization with Monte
    Carlo simulation and Bayesian iteration to eliminate residual modulation. The residual modulation after data
    correction at different energy points has been reduced to below 1%, and a good linear relationship is observed
    between the polarization degree and modulation degree. The improvement in modulation degree after correction
    ranges from 2% to 15%, and the results exceed those of IXPE above 5 keV.

    Abstract:在大数据、人工智能飞速发展的当下,大学出版社的数字化转型面临着新的机遇与挑战。从制度理论来看,大学出版社的数字化转型具有强制性、模仿性和规范性制度同构的特点。本文分析了三种制度压力如何驱动大学出版社进行数字化转型,并在三种制度压力之外,发现了“自驱力”和“组织资源”两个调节变量,由此构建大学出版社数字化转型的驱动力模型,最后探讨了在制度压力下大学出版社数字化转型的实践路径。

  • New Demands in Basic Research on Environmental Pollution and Health in China

    Abstract: The complex environmental pollution in China greatly threatens the human health. Although the pollution control policies have taken a great effect in recent years, the resultant long-term, chronic health risks are still concerned. Until now, the causes of many regional high-incidence diseases are still unclear. In order to solve these environmental health problems, we need multi-disciplinary innovations in basic research to establish the comprehensive research chain of “pollution process–human exposure–body response–disease development”. We need breakthroughs in interdisciplinary fields including exposomics, ultratrace measurement and source tracing methodology, molecular epidemiology, environmental big data, and artificial intelligence. Only in this way can we achieve the health risk-oriented precise prevention and control of environmental pollution.

  • 科普类短视频的用户采纳行为探究

    Abstract: 科技发展使得媒介信息技术带来的内容分享成为了新的研究热点。基于 UTAUT-2 模型和启发式-系统式模型,以科普类短视频为研究对象,通过考察内容和技术两个方面,探究影响科普类短视频使用意愿和使用行为因素。经过对 1127 份有效调查问卷的分析,发现短视频的使用习惯与科普类短视频的使用意愿和使用行为有着正向的影响关系,娱乐动机对用户采纳意图的影响大于对科普知识的获取预期。这意味着科普短视频的制作应符合短视频用户的媒介使用习惯,在有限的时长内丰富内容价值,以合集等形式使碎片化内容形成系统;提升账号吸引力,构建与用户间的情感连接以增强用户粘性,巩固粉丝基础;借助国际短视频平台开拓科技类短视频的海外市场。

  • Research Achievement and Prospect Development on Wheat Genome

    Abstract: China is the largest wheat producer and consumer in the world. Wheat production is of great importance for national food security and is greatly influenced by the spatial variation of climatic variables, soils, cultivars, etc. The un-deciphered wheat genome has prevented the development of map-based cloning and molecular design breeding technology for a long time. Supported by the Chinese Academy of Sciences Strategic Priority Program “Innovative System of Designer Breeding by Molecular Modules”, Chinese scientists made a significant contribution in deciphering the wheat genome. Moreover, some new wheat varieties have been successfully developed using the theory of “multi-module assembly breeding”. This paper presents these important achievements and future research development directions.

  • 秦巴山特困区农户生计资本及生计策略研究——以商洛市为例

    Abstract:基于秦巴山商洛地区农户问卷调查数据,在可持续生计框架下,聚焦不同群体之间生计资本状况,并探讨其农户生计资本对生计策略选择的影响以及生计资本的耦合性。结果表明:(1) 山区农户生计策略出现明显分化,依据非农收入比重分为纯务工型、务工主导型、兼业型和纯农型4种类型。(2) 调研样本中农户生计资本有限和不均衡,呈现金融资本和社会资本相对较高,自然资本、人力资本偏低的特征。非贫困户中兼业型生计资本总值最高,务工主导型、纯务工型次之,纯农型最低;贫困户中务工主导型生计资本总值最高,纯务工型、兼业型次之,纯农型最低。(3) 非贫困户中人均耕地面积、人均林地面积、耕地质量、职业技能水平、政治资源、就业网络对纯务工型农户向务工主导型、兼业型转变有着积极影响,家庭人均收入、男性劳动力比例则具有负向影响;家庭人均收入和职业技能水平对于纯务工型向纯农型转变有负向影响。贫困户中人均耕地面积、人均林地面积、政治资源对纯务工型农户向务工主导型、兼业型和纯农型转变具有正向影响,家庭人均收入、劳动力教育水平、职业技能水平、联系成本则具有负向影响。(4) 非贫困农户生计资本耦合度依次为兼业型>务工主导型>纯务工型>纯农型;贫困农户则为兼业型>纯务工型>务工主导型>纯农型。因此,开展农户可持续性生计研究,对于农户减贫、促进乡村地区发展具有重要意义。

  • 基于似物目标的快速行人检测算法

    Abstract: Detection of pedestrians on the image using a sliding window mode results in a huge amount of invalid windows and inefficiency. To circumvent these problems for pedestrian detection, this paper proposed an approach, based on generic object generation, for rapid detection of pedestrian. Firstly, the approach generated the generic object proposals by the Improved Binarized Normed Gradients, and then calculated the character of proposals based on our NDOG feature descriptor. Experimental results over the INRIA and Caltech-USA pedestrian datasets show that our approach reduces the number of proposals effectively, and improves the efficiency and the detection accuracy significantly along with a linear SVM classifier.

  • 利用SpyTag/SpyCatcher构建胞内自组装多酶复合体实现高效生物合成

    Abstract:SpyCatcher和SpyTag可通过自发反应形成共价键,产生稳定的分子自组装体。酶分子自组装体因具有高效有序的催化特性在合成生物学和纳米技术领域具有重要的应用价值。为探索SpyTag/SpyCatcher在大肠杆菌胞内多酶复合体系形成有序自组装分子能力,将SpyCatcher和SpyTag分别与P450BM3m单加氧酶和葡萄糖脱氢酶GDH进行融合表达,以期产生具有辅酶再生循环系统、高效生物合成靛蓝分子的SpyTag/SpyCatcher双酶自组装复合体。首先,通过电泳及质谱对重组工程菌表达蛋白进行分析,证实SpyCatcher-P450BM3m与SpyTag-GDH在胞内成功形成了自组装多酶复合体;然后,系统分析了不同培养条件下组装体合成靛蓝的能力,结果发现,经0.5mmol/L IPTG诱导后,菌体在16 ℃继续培养18 h后,工程菌对吲哚(2 mmol/L)与葡萄糖(4 mmol/L)的全细胞催化能力最强,靛蓝产量最高达258 mg/L,是未组装多酶系统的1.9倍,比P450BM3m单酶表达系统高约2.4倍;反应70 min后达到反应平衡,转化率为52%。本研究成功实现了SpyTag/SpyCatcher介导的多酶体系在大肠杆菌细胞中的自组装和高效转化体系,为胞内多酶复合物组装体的设计提供了新思路。
