  • Embedded Promotion: An Effective Path to Classical Reading Promotion in University Libraries——Taking Southwest Jiaotong University as an Example

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The paper aims to explore an effective path of classical reading promotion and form a certain restraint and management to classical reading of college students to solve the bottleneck of college library classic reading promotion.[Method/process] The case of embedded classical reading promotion in the library of Southwest Jiaotong University was selected for empirical analysis, ranging from embedded teacher classroom teaching and embedded student learning process to embedded preparation, embedded implementation, and embedded evaluation. The whole process demonstrates the embedded classical reading promotion mode and its related problems.[Result/conclusion] Embedded classical reading promotion has achieved effective control over the classical reading of college students, played a positive role in the construction of general education courses to a certain extent, and promoted the improvement of students' reading ability. This paper makes experimental exploration for the development of the depth and precision of classical reading promotion in university libraries.

  • Exploration on the College Library's Writing Guidance Service Embedded in the Curriculum——A Case Study of Southwest Jiaotong University

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The lack of writing ability of college students is a common phenomenon. Writing service provided by university libraries is an important means to improve the writing quality of college students. The development of embedded writing counseling service plays an important role in promoting the improvement of students' writing ability.[Method/process] This paper discussed the basic mode of library embedded writing guidance service, and studied the specific object, form, content and effect evaluation method of embedded service. Then taking the library service practice of Southwest Jiaotong University as an example, this paper analyzed the experiences, problems and improvement measures.[Result/conclusion] The universities should select appropriate embedded methods and modes according to the specific situation of the university, combine the characteristics of the discipline and the specific curriculum requirements, and strengthen the construction of long-term mechanism.

  • Certificate-based Promotion: An Effective Way of Classical Reading in University Library——Taking Southwest Jiaotong University Library as an Example

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] To explore an effective way to promote classic reading, to form a certain incentive and affirmation for college students' classic reading, and to strengthen the role and position of classic reading promotion in the process of talent cultivation.[Method/process] This paper made an empirical analysis on the promotion cases of the certified classical reading in the library of Southwest Jiaotong University, and demonstrated the certified classical reading promotion paths and related problems in depth from 4 certification forms of Certificate-based the general course, Certificate-based the second class certification, Certificate-based Young Marxist Training Project, Certificate-based reading workshop and 5 evaluation methods of test method, conversation method, statement method, observation method and proof method.[Result/conclusion] To a certain extent, the promotion of certified classical reading has encouraged and affirmed the classical reading of college students, and also reflected the responsibility and contribution of the promotion of classical reading in college education and ideological and political education, which has made a beneficial exploration for the promotion of classical reading in college library and the library's service to teaching and personnel training.

  • 条件性恐惧记忆消退的提取干预范式及其作用的神经机制

    Abstract: The memory reconsolidation theory holds that consolidated memories can be reactivated into an unstable state again, which is called the reconsolidation process. During this period, the activated memories are susceptive to new information and therefore, the interruption of it can update or eliminate original memories. Behavioral or pharmacological interventions after memory reactivation are proved to be an effective way to extinguish fear memories and prevent relapse. The behavioral intervention, which is the so-called retrieval-extinction paradigm can eliminate conditioned fear through applying extinction training during the reconsolidation time window. The neural mechanisms of this effect, however, are still largely unknown. Based on reviewing present studies in animals and humans, we concluded the critical brain areas which were proved to be playing an important part in retrieval extinction process and their effect mechanisms, including hippocampus, prefrontal cortex and amygdala. Furthermore, we summarized the controversial points in theories and manipulations in order to provide insights for future explorations.

  • Preparation of Fe/SiO2/PE Composites Through Polymerization Filling Technique

    Abstract: Fe/SiO2composites were prepared by sol-gel method firstly and further on which zirconcene dichloride (Cp2ZrCl2) was deposited to prepare a catalyst Fe/SiO2/Cp2ZrCl2. Then particulates of Fe/SiO2/PE composites were produced by polymerization filling technique with ethylene and the Fe/SiO2/Cp2ZrCl2 catalysit. The obtained Fe/SiO2/PE composite particles were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), energy dispersive X- ray spectroscopy(EDX), infrared spectroscopy(IFR), inductively coupled plasma spectroscopy(ICP), thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA) and laser particle size analyzer, respectively. The results show that the Fe core was perfectly coated by a SiO2 layer for the Fe/SiO2 composites, which could act well as a supporter for the deposition of Cp2ZrCl2. The Fe/SiO2/Cp2ZrCl2 catalyst showed a high activity for the ethylene polymerization process. PE chains grew and attached on the Fe/SiO2/Cp2ZrCl2 composites gradually, until the Fe/SiO2 composites were entirely coated. Moreover, the Fe/SiO2/PE particles were found to agglomerate significantly during ethylene polymerization. Both the Fe/SiO2/Cp2ZrCl2 catalysts and Fe/SiO2/PE composites had irregular shapes, and the latter tended to duplicate the shape of the former. The Fe content in the Fe/SiO2/PE composites can be adjusted by varying the time and pressure of the polymerization process. Finally, the range of the molecular mass distribution of the PEs produced by this process is narrow.

  • Penetration of Arbitrary Double Potential Barriers with Probability Unity: Implications for Testing the Existence of a Minimum Length

    Abstract: Quantum tunneling across double potential barriers is studied. With the assumption that the real space is a continuum, it is rigorously proved that large barriers of arbitrary shapes can be penetrated by low-energy particles with a probability of unity, i.e., realization of resonant tunneling (RT), by simply tuning the inter-barrier spacing. The results are demonstrated by tunneling of electrons and protons, in which resonant and sequential tunneling are distinguished. The critical dependence of tunneling probabilities on the barrier positions not only demonstrates the crucial role of phase factors, but also points to the possibility of ultrahigh accuracy measurements near resonance. By contrast, the existence of a nonzero minimum length puts upper bounds on the barrier size and particle mass, beyond which effective RT ceases. A scheme is suggested for dealing with the practical difficulties arising from the delocalization of particle position due to the uncertainty principle. This work opens a possible avenue for experimental tests of the existence of a minimum length based on atomic systems.

    Abstract: 南极高原拥有独特的天文观测条件,为对南极中山站夜天文观测条件进行实测研究,中国科学院云南天文台特殊研制了一套具有耐低温、自动除雪除霜等适应南极气候性能的全自动全天信息采集系统。该系统可以提供实时的全天云量、天光背景和全天图像,并可将信息推送到网页实时显示。本文介绍了这套系统的研制,及为适应南极气候所进行的耐低温实验。后统计分析了中山站2016-2017两个年度的全天信息数据,初步得出中山站的可观测小时数、可观测夜数、天光背景及温湿度条件。

  • 基于改进高斯—拉普拉斯算子的噪声图像边缘检测方法

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the existing gradient operator is sensitive to noise in image edge detection, this paper proposed an improved Gaussian-Laplacian edge detection method. Edge detection in noisy images was a key task. However, several commonly used gradient operators, including the proposed Gaussian-Laplace operator, had failed to achieve the desired results. The proposed method improved the traditional Laplacian edge detection operator and combined it with a Gaussian filter. First, it used a Gaussian filter to smooth the image and suppress noise. Then it performed edge detection based on a Laplacian gradient edge detector. Finally, it selected 10 images in the imagenet data set. It compared the Gaussian gradient edge detector proposed with the traditional edge detector. The evaluation results show that the peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) obtained by the proposed method is higher than that of the comparison algorithm, and the mean square error (MSE) is smaller. Experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the quality of noise image edge detection in practical applications.

  • 基于NT降阶的乘积型区间二型模糊控制器结构分析

    Abstract: The structure analysis of interval type 2 fuzzy controller is based on Zadeh's min inference and KM type reduction, which is an iterative process without analytical solution for the stability analysis of controller, and input space dividing is adopted under min inference, thus the process is tedious. Thia paper proposed a simplify structure analysis method in this article, used the product inference, the fuzzy rules fired membership function of which obtained by the product of the membership degree of the input variable. It unified the expression of controller and avoided division process of input space, and the structure analysis of fuzzy controller was more simple. It used NT type reduction algorithm in this method, which defuzzification by the average of upper and lower limits of first membership function, avoided iterative process and simplified type reduction process. The controller expression was equivalent to an incremental PI controller (or position PD controller) with nonlinear adjustable proportional gain, integral gain and compensation term. Moreover, the closed-loop expression of the controller could be obtained, and the stability analysis and design of the controller were easy to be carried out.

  • 预期错误在复合恐惧记忆提取消退中的作用

    Abstract: Memories with a strong fear emotional connotation play a pathogenic role in a variety of emotional disorders, including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety disorder and phobia. So how to fundamentally eliminate the acquired fear memory and prevent relapse has been the difficulties of clinical treatment. The retrieval extinction paradigm, which is based on the memory reconsolidation theory, was demonstrated an effective and promising way in eliminating undesired memories. The key of this paradigm is how to retrieve fear memory to undergo reconsolidation, which makes the memory fragile and labile. Research has shown that when a mismatch between what is expected based on previous experiences and the actual state of events at retrieval, the prediction error will occur so that the memory will undergo reconsolidation. In the present study, we change CS-US (conditioned stimulus-unconditioned stimulus) matching rules during the retrieval to manipulate the conditions of PE to explore whether the amount of PE is a crucial factor to open reconsolidation window. In the current study, two tones and four colored figures were used, one of the tones and two of the figures (CS+) were paired with a mild shock to the wrist (US) on 50% of the trails, while the other figures and tones were never paired with shock (CS−). the skin conductance response (SCR) was the measure of fear. Four groups of participants were fear conditioned on day1 using a 50% reinforcement schedule, in such a way that they could expect the CS to be followed by shock every other trial. During memory reactivation on day2, participants received one unreinforced CS+ (No PE group), two unreinforced CS+ (Negative PE group), two reinforced CS+ (Positive PE group) and four unreinforced CS+ (Multiple PE group) respectively, following extinction training. On day3, participants took part in tests of spontaneous recovery and reinstatement of fear through re-extinction and regaining. The results showed that the SCR was not significantly different among the four groups in the fear conditioning of the first day and extinction of the second day. However, on the third day, No PE group and Multiple PE group showed increased SCR in spontaneous fear recovery and reinstatement test, whereas Negative PE group and Positive PE group did not show any significant increased SCR in spontaneous fear recovery or reinstatement. Our study provided further evidence that the behavioral interference during reconsolidation (retrieval-extinction) can effectively eliminate fear and block fear relapse under certain circumstances. According to the results, we demonstrate that the prediction error is a necessary condition of initiating reconsolidation and a lack of prediction error during retrieval will leave the memory trace in an inactive state. Additionally, the amount of PE is a crucial factor and too much prediction error will cause failure. It is inferred that a limited degree of mismatch between the memory and events at the time of retrieval will induce memory destabilization.

  • 日全食期间武汉钠层和电离层联合观测结果

    Abstract:利用全天时钠层荧光激光雷达和GPS电离层探测仪, 在2009年7月22日武汉日全食期间, 开展钠层与电离层的联合观测试验. 观测结果表明, 钠层密度半高全宽在日全食过程中稍有变窄, 而日全食过后增宽, 钠层峰值高度在日全食过程中稍有降低, 日全食过后高度略增, 钠层变化特性表现出快速的日出日落过程. 电离层电子总含量和天空背景光噪声也随日全食期间太阳辐照的变化而呈现出明显下降和上升的波动特征. 所不同的是, 钠层原子的这种半宽度起伏变化要比电离层的变化迟缓得多, 这可能是由于钠层受到日全食辐照扰动后, 会产生一系列复杂的光化学反应及动力输运过程, 再复合成钠原子被激光雷达探测到, 有一个滞后过程, 这也正好与理论模拟的结果相符.
