  • Research on boundary reconstruction and government supervision strategy for digital platform

    Abstract: Digital platform is the most important form of organization in the digital era. How to clarify the boundary between platform autonomy and government regulation so as to exert the order maintenance function of platforms effectively is the key issue in the region of the digital economy governance. This study firstly introduces the basic model of platform autonomy and the regulatory challenges it faces, basing on the background of the emergence of digital platform autonomy. Secondly, through a comparative analysis of the regulatory theories and legal policies of the digital platform autonomy in the European Union and the United States, this study summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of different models. Finally, aiming at the fuzzy boundary of digital platform autonomy in China, as well as the dilemma between over-tolerance and over-regulation in government regulation, on the basis of the reconstruction of the governance boundary, this study puts forward policy recommendations such as changing extensive rigid supervision to prudent and flexible regulation, changing mandatory supervision to cooperative regulation, changing after supervision to whole-process regulation; at the same time, the study proposes to strengthen the compliance capacity building of digital platforms, in order to promote the standardized and healthy sustainable development of China’s platform economy.

  • Impact of CHIPS and Science Act of 2022 on China’s related industries and policy suggestions

    Abstract: As the cornerstone of modern information technology, chips are the strategic commanding heights of competition game and industrial development of countries all over the world. In recent years, the United States has taken advantage of its technological advances to successively introduce chip laws against China, which seriously violates the laws of market economy and has a significant impact on the global semiconductor industry chain. This study first sorts out the development pattern of the global semiconductor industry, and then introduces the background, content and purpose of CHIPS and Science Act of 2022. Then, it analyzes the impact of the Act on the global chip market, China’s chip industry and other related industries, and China’s economy. Finally, it puts forward countermeasures based on China’s actual conditions.

  • Digital economy enables Chinese path to modernization

    Abstract: Firstly, from the perspective of the internal consistency between the characteristics of Chinese path to modernization and the Internet spirit, this study reveals the importance of developing the digital economy for achieving Chinese path to modernization, and expounds the internal logic of digital economy enabling Chinese path to modernization. Then, it analyzes the challenges and problems faced by the construction of Chinese path to modernization from the aspects of the construction of basic scientific and technological capacity of digital economy, the coordination mechanism of data elements, the structural imbalance of digital development, governance system and security system. Finally, based on the actual situation of China’s new development pattern, policy suggestions are put forward from four aspects: deepening the mechanism to strengthen core technology research and development, improving the construction of data infrastructure systems, improving the problem of imbalanced and insufficient development, and innovating the collaborative governance mechanism between the government and the market.

  • Effects of Navigation and Cognitive Load on Digital Library User Experience: A Case Study of National Digital Library of China

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] This study explored the effects of digital navigation and cognitive load on older readers' user experience, and accordingly proposed the optimization suggestions.[Method/process] Extremely controlled experiment method was used in this study, and older readers were invited to attend the reading experiment under different cognitive load conditions. They were asked to fulfill different tasks commonly used in the digital library by different navigation structures of digital libraries.[Result/conclusion] The results showed that the navigation structure has significant influence on usability. In addition, interaction effect between cognitive load and navigation structure were found. Older readers' affects and task efficiency were significantly influenced by the two factors.

  • Study on Secondary Metabolites of Marine Streptomyces Sporoverrucosus 33510

    Abstract: To study active secondary metabolites of marine actinobacteria Streptomyces sporoverrucosus 33510, and evaluate antibacterial activity of the purified compounds. The Streptomyces sporoverrucosus 33510 strain was tested for antibacterial activity. Streptomyces sporoverrucosu 33510 shows strong inhibitory activity against various plant pathogenic bacteria. The compounds were isolated and purified by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), semi-pre HPLC, thin-layer chromatography (TLC) and resortification technology. And their chemical structures were characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) analysis. The chemical structures were identified as bisphenol A (1), 2-(4-methoxyphenyl)acetic acid (2), N-phenethylacetamide (3), methyl 2-(1H-indol-3-yl)acetate (4), dibutyl phthalate (5), cyclo(D)-pro-(D)-Leu (6), cyclo(D-Pro-L-Leu) (7), cyclo-(D-ProL-Ile) (8), cyclo(L-Pro-L-Phe) (9), cyclo-(L-Leu-L-Val) (10). Except for the compounds 5 and 9, the remaining eight compounds were isolated from Streptomyces sporoverrucosus for the first time. The antibacterial activity of the compounds were tested for by Disk Diffusion Assay. Compound 3, 4, 5, and 6 show antibacterial activity against Rhizoctonia solani. Compound 7, 8, and 9 show antibacterial activity against Cryphonectria parasitica. Compound 3 and 7 show antibacterial activity against Fusarium pseudograminearum. Marine actinomycetes Streptomyces sporoverrucosus 33510 can be a potential resource for antibacterial drugs.

  • Effect of Annealing Treatment on Corrosion Resistance in Solutions of NaCl and NaOH for Electrodeposited Nanocrystalline Nickel Films

    Abstract: Nanocrystalline nickel films on Cu plate were prepared by direct current electrodeposition and then post-annealled at 200 ℃ and 300 ℃ respectively. The effect of annealing treatment on corrosion performance of the films in solutions with different amount of NaCl and NaOH was examined. Results showed that the grain size changed little for the nanocrystalline nickel film annealed at 200 ℃, while the grain size increased significantly after annealing at 300 ℃, but which is still nano-sized; after annealing at 200 and 300 ℃, the corrosion resistance of the nanocrystalline nickel film was enhanced significantly in solutions with high concentration of NaCl and NaOH; however,the nanocrystalline nickel film exhibited different corrosion behavior in the solutions of NaCl and NaOH respectively, while Cl- exhibited much stronger corrosivity rather than OH-.

  • Promoting Safe and Orderly Flow of Cross-border Data to Lead Development of Globalization of Digital Economy

    Abstract: While cross-border data flow considerably improves the effectiveness of cross-border collaborations, it also faces issues of data sovereignty, national security, conflict of interest, privacy protection and data regulation. It has become a link to the global economy and the center of the game of the new order. First of all, this study analyzes the role of cross-border data flow in economic globalization from the perspective of the economic impact of data elements. It then analyzes the constraints of cross-border data flow in the global context and lists the benefits and drawbacks of China’s data element market construction. In the end, based on the practice of China’s digital economy development, the study puts forward policy recommendations of better integration of government with effective market, promoting R&D application of digital privacy technologies, playing the role of early and pilot implementation in free trade zones and free port areas, implementing differentiated regulatory policies of classification and grading, initiating multilateral agreements to export Chinese solutions for international data governance, and adhering to systemic thinking to lead the globalization of digital economy. It aims to promote the safe and orderly flow of cross-border data, so that China can better grasp the strategic opportunities in the globalization of digital economy.

  • Visits for Medically Unspecified Disease in General Internal Medicine Clinics of County General Hospitals

    Abstract: Background Medically unspecified disease(MUD)is characterized by complex and diverse symptoms that cannot be clearly diagnosed or rationally explained,which often leads to frequent hospital attendance,imposing a heavy economic burden on individuals,families and the healthcare system. Objective To understand the visits for MUD in general internal medicine clinics in county general hospitals by analyzing the results of a survey,providing a theoretical basis for standardized treatment of MUD by integrating evidence from this epidemiological survey and our ideas for general diagnosis and treatment of MUD in county general hospitals. Methods From January to March 2021,conditional sampling was used to select all patients( n=45 439)who attended the general internal medicine clinic(85 881 visits in total)in a grade B tertiary county general hospital in Taizhou,Zhejiang Province from January 1 to December 31,2020 through the hospital information system.Among whom,adult patients with MUD were screened using the PRESUME screening method,and information involving the demographics,time of consultation and reasons for consultation was collected for analysis. Results A total of 497 adult patients were identified with visits due to MUD,with a mean number of visits of 2.23 visits/person,and a mean age at visit of (51.65±15.89)years. There were sex-specific differences in age composition and attendances of MUD patients( P<0.01). As for the reasons for visits,men had more visits due to anxiety than women( P<0.05). The visits due to abdominal pain, anxiety and cough differed significantly by age( P<0.05). The visits in different seasons showed no significant differences by sex and age( P>0.05). The visits for cough differed significantly across the seasons( P<0.05). Conclusion According to this survey,the visits due to MUD are influenced by various factors such as gender,age and season. Frequent visits for MUD due to various reasons cause difficulties in identifying and rationally treating the disease in the general internal medicine clinic as the first contact setting. To provide more accurate diagnosis and treatment for MUD patients,it is necessary to further develop the general medicine department,and make the general medicine department in county hospitals become the primary care center for MUD, and comprehensively enhance the effectiveness of county hospitals in serving the society.

  • 国内公共图书馆未成年人服务研究的系统评述

    Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to accurately grasp the current situation and development trend of research on the services for children and young adults in public libraries in China, to sort out and analyze the shortcomings and defects of the existing researches, and to provide a better reference for future research. Through a literature search of Chinese and English studies on this domain, 3,224 papers were classified into five categories according to research methods, and each category and its subcategories were systematically reviewed. The study found that the research on public library services for children and young adults had a variety of topics. It has a wide range of contents and fit the national requirements and social needs. It mainly focused on the interests of special groups and had its own research characteristics. At the same time, the proportion of non-empirical studies was large, there were fewer studies with depth and persistence, and the international influence was very small. In the future, we should actively draw on the empirical paradigms of other social sciences to study the core issues of this discipline and make the research on library services for children aged 0-18 more detailed and in-depth.

  • 基于青冈和滇青冈生境模拟的湿润和半湿润常绿阔叶林替代分布及气候解释

    Abstract: To explain the geographical displacement law and the dominant climate factors between humid evergreen broadleaved forests (HEBF) and semi-humid evergreen broadleaved forests(SHEBF), Cyclobalanopsis glauca and C. glaucoides were selected as research objects because both species are the typical dominant tree species of the HEBF and SHEBF, then the specimens data of both species and the 19 bio-climate factors map layer were collected to simulate their distribution area using MaxEnt model. Moreover, the niche differences were quantitatively analyzed by the kernel density analysis, discriminant function analysis (DFA) and analysis of variance (ANOVA) to reveal the dominant climate factors which affect the niche differentiation between both species, then analyzed the geographical displacement law and the dominant climate factors between the HEBF and SHEBF. The results were as follows: (1) The AUC values of C. glauca and C. glaucoides are 0.995 and 0.986 respectively, and it accurately predicted the potential distribution of the two species; C. glauca is suitable for the subtropical and North-tropical regions of 20皌o 30癗, but C. glaucoides is mainly distributed in subtropical area of Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau. (2)The results of DFA and ANOVA were consistent, and the mean diurnal range (bio2), isothermality (bio3) and the precipitation seasonality (bio15) were the climate variables that promoted the niche differentiation of the two species. (3) The mean diurnal range (bio2), isothermality (bio3) and temperature seasonality (bio4) are the dominant temperature factors affecting the niche differences of the both species; However the precipitation seasonality (bio15), precipitation of the driest month (bio14), precipitation of the driest quarter (bio17) and precipitation of the coldest quarter (bio19) also significantly affect the difference of geographical distribution. Therefore, it can be found that the seasonal difference of temperature and precipitation are the main factors determining geographical displacement distribution of the HEBF and SHEBF from the niche simulation of C. glauca and C. glaucoides.

  • Does the children s library promote literacy?

    Abstract: With the increasing demand for library services for children, China has paid more attention to the collection and service construction of children s libraries. However, what kind of benefits the children s library has brought to children, especially whether the children’s literacy is really promoted by libraries? Through literature research and analysis, two major types of researches were found to answer this question: literacy promotion researches and library literacy program evaluation. Because the first type of researches does not take the library as the main factor in literacy development, its conclusions cannot really answer the questions we care about. The second type of researches can be divided into three categories according to different reader groups: book gifting research, early literacy project evaluation, and summer reading project evaluation. However, no substantial research work has been carried out on this issue in China. The library researchers have begun to address this critical and fundamental question. But currently, the depth and standardization of these researches could not answer the question well, and still left many unanswered questions. Children s library researchers should adopt a broader perspective, more diverse metrics tools, and more solid scientific approaches to clarify and demonstrate the great role that children s libraries can play in literacy development.

  • Reliability and Validity test of Sub-questionnaires of Chinese Doctor-Patient Social Mentality Questionnaire

    Abstract: In this study, 2909 data of the patients and 1555 data of the doctors collected nationwide were analyzed, found that the cumulative variance contribution value of sub-questionnaires Doctor-Patient Security (medical version/patient version), Doctor-Patient Satisfaction 1 (medical version/patient version), Doctor-Patient Satisfaction 2 (patient version), Doctor-Patient Tolerance (medical version/patient version), Doctor-Patient Attribution style (medical version/patient version) from “Doctor-patient Social Cognition” module and the subscales Health Concept (medical version/patient version) and the Disease Concept (medical version) from "Doctor-patient social value" module of Chinese Doctor-patient Social Mentality Questionnaire were all above 50%, and the Internal consistency coefficient were between 0.642 to 0.929, Χ2 / df were between 1.614 and 3.257, GFI is greater than 0.9, RMSEA is less than 0.7, shows that the sub-questionnaires mentioned above have good reliability and validity, can be used split or combined. At the same time, this study also found that the doctors and patients groups had great differences in the dimensionality division of the same questionnaire. In addition to the Doctor-Patient Attribution Style sub-questionnaire, the two groups had significant differences in all the dimensionality division, reflecting their respective characteristics.

  • 基于暗原色先验的快速单幅图像去雾算法

    Abstract: The existing single image dehazing algorithms based on dark channel prior theory cannot achieve satisfactory performance in the cases that the image has large high light regions (i. e. sky area, water surface or white objects) which does not meet the dark channel prior hypothesis. To solve this problem, this paper proposed a novel single image dehazing algorithm based on the dark channel prior. Firstly, it estimated the atmospheric light value by a new statistical truncation process, then a median filter is applied to the dark channel prior to estimate the approximative value of the transmission map. Finally, it restored the haze-removed image by the atmospheric scattering model. Experimental result shows that compare to the original method, the proposed algorithm can pick out the pixels in the sky regions correctly then estimate the atmospheric light value accurately, which can alleviate the colour distortion effectively. Compare to other dehazing methods, the proposed algorithm has better performance in haze removal in foggy images with large high light regions, even has spot lighting sources, and the details can be reserved and the visual quality is enhanced significantly. The proposed algorithm can be applied to restore the foggy image that has large high light regions or spot lighting source. This method can serve as a useful pre-processing to image segmentation, semantic retrieval, intelligent analysis, etc. , which has great significance to the research areas of traffic supervision, video surveillance, automobile data recorder and visual guidance and so forth.

  • 不同水淹深度对鄱阳湖洲滩湿地植物生长及营养繁殖的影响

    Abstract:水淹深度是影响湿地植物生长和繁殖的关键因子,不同湿地植物对淹水深度存在着不同响应。然而,在水情不断变化的背景下,鄱阳湖洲滩湿地植物种群和群落如何变化还不清楚。为了探究淹水深度对湿地植物生长的影响,并预测鄱阳湖洲滩湿地植被分布的趋势,采用控制实验模拟了不同水淹深度(0、0.5、1 m和2 m)下鄱阳湖湿地3种优势植物(灰化薹草(Carex cinerascens)、南荻(Miscanthus lutarioriparius)和虉草(Phalaris arundinacea))的生长和繁殖情况。实验结果表明:1)水淹对灰化薹草总生物量的影响最显著。遭受水淹时,灰化薹草把大部分的生物量集中在地下部分;随着水淹深度逐渐增加,南荻的生物量逐渐减少;不同深度水淹对虉草生物量没有产生显著影响(P>0.05)。就生物量而言,虉草对水淹的适应性强于其他两种植物。2)不同水淹深度下,灰化薹草的株高都显著降低;而南荻只在2 m水淹梯度下株高才显著降低。在枯水年时,下降的水位有利于南荻向较低高程迁移。3)不同深度水淹对灰化薹草的分株没有产生显著影响(P>0.05);而虉草在经过2 m水淹后分株数显著高于其他水淹深度。在丰水年时,相比于灰化薹草和南荻,升高的水位对虉草的繁殖影响较小。在一个水位周期性变化的湿地生态系统中,不同深度的水淹对植物的生长及退水后的繁殖产生了严重影响,研究结果为预测水文变化对湿地植被的生存和分布提供了重要的依据。
